Excellent customer service ! .I used them for staging my property . Even they do not specialize in short term rentals, the manager Nicole was able to offer me the furniture pieces I needed . She even arranged the dining table to be delivered from another store .The selection is not very large but nice enough. Best thing - delivery and pick up is free !! . They also put the pieces together for you . Julian and Jeremy - the delivery guys were extremely nice . Will definitely use the rent- a Center again !

I visited the Markham store because I found a frame online that I had been searching for, had no intention of shopping. After visiting the store, I met Felice, who was kind and courteous. If/when you visit ask for her. She was very sweet and informative. I found a gorgeous TV stand and ended up leaving with a bundle. Thank you Felice, Nicole and Emmitt for excellently handling my concerns. So far, so good.

Good store we have bought many items from here. Staff always good at working with you.They also offer good plans for your budget.They also offer delivery on items wich is very helpful.

The worker that help us fill out the application was amazing and had q strong work ethic, I will be renting from them more often for my household furniture.

Hate this store!! Very unprofessional and ignorant. Purchased a dryer from there and it went out and I had to wait a week before they would come pick the stupid thing up and they want to swap it with a cheap crappy one. The nerve of them idiots!!

This place is very pricey and the customer service is not good . Took 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was there .
