Very good selection of brands and products to choose from, with many of them on display so that you can really look at them. Johnny looked after us, answered all of our questions and was friendly and courteous when dealing with us from start to completion of our purchase. We would highly recommend CAS and our salesperson Johnny.Delivery was as scheduled. Be aware to shop here if you live inside a condo. The delivery team is painful. They took you more money $129 and say they will secure you a specific time for delivery. But at the end they do nothing. The time is never the one you requested.

Bought a Maytag washing machine online last week. What a pleasant experience - went and picked up at the Brampton Distribution Centre Warehouse - guys were great! As an added bonus, without asking, they came and picked up old machine - great touch. Will definitely be back for future appliance needs.

I ordered a Samsung Range Hood that was on backorder for over 2 months. Akshika was very helpful and provided excellent Customer Service. She took the initiative to follow up with the Purchasing Department and got back to me right away with an update. She updated me regularly with when they would be receiving the product, reserved it for me as well as booked my appointment to pick it up. Called to see if they were open and Nina was very friendly and welcoming.There was sanitizer at the door and we were the only customers in the store. When we visited the store she promptly met us, asked questions to determine our needs. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She showed us all the available 30 inch refrigerators. We found exactly what we needed in less than half and hour and the LG fridge was delivered two days later.

This Markham location is very convenient near 407, hwy 7 & woodbine. Very busy on Sunday. Not a hugh place but carry lots of different brands, from affordable to high-end. Staffs are very helpful and price is negotiable. Too bad so many appliances are out of stocks, I guess its because of the covid and theres a import difficulty. But for sure its a great place to shop appliances.

The newly purchased fridge with charging of delivery fee and haul away fees is still lying in the garage. Plus, i have to find place to park my car. They dont even deserve one single star.

I bought 5 pieces of appliances at your store, 2 of them are either damaged or non-functional. Upon the delivery, the guy damaged one of my refrigerator’s door. On the next day, when I open the box of my microwave, I found the door of the microwave was not functional. The door cannot even be closed! The whole experience is horrible. I supposed to be using my refrigerator and microwave with no problem 2days ago, but right now I am waiting for your team to contact me, then come and fix those problems that should be avoided at the first place! So so disappointed!

I ordered online through the CAS web site. We are on the west coast and nowhere near the physical store. I was nervous about ordering online from a company I knew nothing about but I did find their website very helpful for research and their selection and pricing seemed to be the best out there.Fortunately, I was connected to Rebecca Chan via the online chat tool. Im not a big review writer but I wanted to come here to say that, thanks to Rebecca, our experience was terrific. I asked A LOT of questions and even changed my mind on what appliances I wanted a few times. Rebecca sent me info and answered all my questions very quickly.If youre nervous about ordering online like I was, I can say we got better service and pricing than any of our local retailers (two of them never even called me back with pricing after promising to do so). Save your money and shop elsewhere. We unhooked the washer/dryer and paid for them to install the new ones, but left without installing. We called Customer Care for them to come back, they wanted to charge a second fee. They left the new machines in the middle of the hallway. Cant even get to my bedroom. Terrible customer experience. Even worse behaviour to hang up on a paying customer.

Hit and miss experience with CAS. The first half of delivery went completely smooth. The second half which still is yet to happen is for a dishwasher that was CONFIRMED to be delivered last week.When customer care called to confirm i let them know that the driveway was just paved so the truck cant park on there, but they can walk it up. Apparantly that means the environment presents too much of a risk of injury for the delivery people.Instead of rescheduling or giving me an option to pick up, they RELEASE the product to another customer, leaving me to have to wait a week or 2 for the next shipment.Also, im out $100 because i paid a deposit for an installation that will now no longer happen.Customer Care is essentially useless as all they do is give you the same information you can get by tracking the order on their website. No other answers are provided by them. They show very little care for the customer in general which is literally the name of that team.Again, experience was going very smoothly until it goes terribly wrong.** In response to owner response.FYI to anyone reading this. I never requested a cancellation. I notified delivery team that the truck could not park in my driveway but can be walked upon. Instead they cancelled the order instead of affording me the option to reschedule or pick up from warehouse.Customer care is useless and provides no answers. In fact it was all messed up because of them. Going directly to my sales rep was the best recourse. Also, dont mention anything that implies difficulty with delivery. The delivery company will cause a stink and do anything in their power to ensure their work is a simple and easy for them as possible.

Purchased a washer/dryer from CAS. Salesperson Kien Tran was very prompt in providing quotes and options for our selection over the phone, the whole sales process was super smooth and efficient. We also contacted customer service a few days later to add a vent kit to our order and Akshika Bhayana provided wonderful customer service, we couldn’t have asked for more. The delivery process was also very efficient, we were emailed the 4-hour delivery window the day before and even a tracking link to see where the driver is on the day of delivery.

I order a washer and dryer through the chat online, I had questions and they were all answered. Two weeks later I decided to order a dishwasher too. The sales person arranged it so that the dishwasher would be delivered at the same time as my washer and dryer, so the extra delivery charge wasn’t incurred.Three days later all three appliances arrived, they had them in the house within 10 minutes.I’m very satisfied all around!

Worst customer service ever! you will never get your appliances on time!dont ever buy from them!Ordered a 30k worth of appliances for a project, the sales rep name Joseph gave ETA dates that matched our deadline. in July he claimed everything arrived and ready to ship and asked for full payment. a week after started getting emails that everything on back order. he kept changing dates and make excuses. manager wont answer the phone and only communicate through emails and the answer was they cant do anything. basically they are stealing your money and wont deliver the appliances for months. the kitchen cabinets been built by millwork company so they keep clients hostage. ddont believe anything they say they are just stealing money! dont ever buy from them!

We bought a LG tower washer/dryer from this store. Our laundry is on the second floor, which is the design of the houses in this neighborhood. The delivery with 2 men came and refused to bring the machines up because the machines were heavy and was told that it should be a 4 men job; they took some pictures of the stairs and left. We looked it up and learned that this model could be disassembled for moving (but not for operation). We contacted our salesperson with our suggestions 1) either bring 4 men or 2) disassemble the machines which we were fine with. The reply we got from our sales rep was a CUT and PASTE message which he didnt even bother to write himself If your client would like to try, they are responsible for the $150 4 Man team fee. Please have your client send you pictures of the stairs including any obstacles and measurements of the turns. If we were informed at the beginning that there might be an extra charge because the laundry was on the second floor, we would have absolutely no problem paying it. Second delivery arranged a week later, this time once again, 2 men came and once again, refused to bring the machines up and left. We emailed our salesperson and suggested to disassemble the machines and the reply was This is a new model and for warranty, we are not allowed to disassemble. This needs to be done by technician only. Technician would charge you more. and no other suggestion was made. We gave up on asking him for advice. We finally called and talked to a gentleman in the Customer Care, Joseph and he was helpful. He said it was a complete bogus to said the warranty would be voided if taking this model apart (as it is designed to be able to take apart for moving purpose). Third delivery arranged 3 days later, also 2 men came but we were lucky this time, the 2 gentlemen were patient, and hardworking, took it one step at a time and got the job done. If you have any issue with your order, try contact Customer Care directly. For us, the experience with our salesperson, Kien Tian, was frustrating. He was unprofessional and he didnt know his products. Very disappointing experience.

Over promised and has yet to deliver ...I ordered a Napoleon bbq June 13. I was told they would have it for me within 5 weeks. I agreed to the purchase based on that delivery date. My visa was charged half of the net cost plus all of the HST, a 55% deposit.Since then they have spammed the email address I gave them twice a week with urgent order updates. There was no real update the order status remained the same. When I complained about the spam they said just ignore the emails ....I checked back in with them in July the delivery estimate was updated with the new arrival date of August 20. August 20 I went to their online chat asked the robot for customer care and waited .... to then be told, Aug 20th was the estimate for arrival at the manufacturer. We should have it in about 10 days.Thought I should check in this week and see if there was any news. Waited again for the customer care chat person. While discussing the order with her I mentioned the the order status on their web site had not been updated since July 6th. She said she would look into and to check back for an update in 48 hours.The order has been updated .... new ETA Oct 22nd.I dont even know what to ask for in terms of compensation. What is the value of a lost summer bbq season. I aint getting any younger, I could die before I receive this damn grill.

This is the second major appliance I’ve bought from CAS; the first time was a refrigerator online while this time I actually went to the CAS store in Markham.I did my research and went to the six, top rated (4 star+) appliance stores, looking to match products with pricing and availability. CAS won, hands down. The model that I ended up with, a Whirlpool 5005, was purchased on August 15 and delivered today. (August 18) At two other stores, I was told this particular model was not going to be available for anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks even though the price/delivery fees were identical. As a bonus, the two gentleman who delivered and installed my new washer and removed the old one were friendly,efficient, and entertaining. My friends recommend CAS and so do I. If you don’t want to do any research and just cut to the chase, start and end your appliance search with CAS.

My experience with CAS Woodbine Ave., Markham branch for purchase of a gas range was excellent.In particular, I have to provide a great deal of credit to Mr. Naveed Afzal - the representative who serviced my account.Naveed is most knowledgeable of all products in the store not only because he was able to answer all my questions, but I also noticed couple of other representatives consulting him from time to time on technical issues. Based on our discussions, Naveed was able to recommend and help me to narrow down and choose a product amongst many, that best suited my needs and one that was within my budget.Naveed was very responsive to my phone calls and emails and was extremely polite and patient with my queries despite the busy schedules that most representatives of CAS are subject to during the day.If I were to rate CAS and Naveed, I would give them both 5 stars out of a total of 5.

Terrible customer experience at the Woodbine location from both the senior manager and the sales associate. My frustration is with how the team communicates and not with the delay itself. We were assured that our appliances would be ready when we needed them in early July and at the time our fridge was in stock but other appliances were out of stock. When our other appliances came back into stock, our fridge became out of stock! Week after week, our communication with the team has been very frustrating with misleading updates (i.e will be ready next week). As sales associates, I would assume that the appropriate next steps would be to offer other comparable options or some sort of compensation. The sales team that looked after our order needs to be more proactive and offer ACTUAL solutions and not bogus ETAs. I suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking to buy appliances. It has been 10 weeks that my fiancé and I have been dealing with the team and not a pleasant experience!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Was delivered a defective stove last week 7/23/2021. The stovetop works but the oven didnt. Called the store to let them know that it was defective the moment it was delivered. The store tells us they cant do anything so we have to call Customer Care. Their so-called Customer Care was rude and dismissive. They told us we are now responsible to contact the manufacture to fix it. CAS you sold us a defective stove and now giving us the run around?!HERE IS THE BEST PART: We proceeded to ask for a refund (was told we had 7 days), but they refused because we had plugged in the stove....wth? How else would we be able to tell if the appliance you sold us was defective??? This has been a nightmare experience. CAS please dont give me your cut and paste reply to this review. To date, your customer care team has done nothing to help but cause us more grief. Additionally, a manager is never available but according to some of these reviews, that wouldnt make a difference anyways.

Good variety of products, sales person was knowledgeable. Do give better pricing when purchasing numerous appliances but will only give set discount amounts, no room to negotiate further. Charge for delivery, the more items, higher the delivery charge. Delivery people unboxed fridge and range but would not inbox dishwasher or microwave. Wouldn’t even slide the range into the spot and plug it in.

Our experience at the Markham store was excellent. The sales manager Antonio was not pushy and made recommendations based on what we were looking for. The fridge was delivered today. Looks good so far.

With in store shopping not an option, Rebecca was amazing and very patient as we asked questions while viewing online and talking with her by phone. She was knowledgeable and was very helpful with her suggestions. We were able to find the item with the specifics we had in mind and it was quick and painless. Fast turn around for pickup. Will definitely consider them for the next appliance very soon. Their prices were lower than other places that carried the brand we were looking at.

Order # T1413446. It was a the biggest mistake on my end to trust making the purchase in this store. And I am not saying they delivered my item in an bend box, no, they ensured they provided me with the worst service anyone could ever receive, I ordered major appliances from the location in Markham, fridge, stove, dishwasher, all to ensure my mother, who unfortunately is sick and needs the new appliances to assist in her care and her ability to perform daily functions, as ours were old and needed to be retired of their duties. At first Canadian Appliance store in Markham gladly processed my order and charged me for it, while thanking me for my business and support during the tough times of Covid, promising the complete delivery within 6-8 weeks. Now we are sitting at 16 weeks, and here I am, sitting with only an damaged fridge (which they did deliver after 2 month, and bent a whole in my wall when installing it, thanks for that a lot, definitely improved the design of my empty kitchen.) And the worst part is, when I call in to complain and seek any answers or help, desperate as I cannot make a simple omelets at my own house, while caring of an ill mother, because they cannot deliver my stove! All I hear from customer support is that we do not have these items in at the moment, you can either sit and wait, or cancel your order. Not to be rude, but how do any of these options solve any of this at the moment?!? You guys said 6-8 weeks! If you cannot deliver, why do you give this timeframe? I ordered during COVID times, so do not put the blame on pandemic for your own simple incompetence and clearly no experience on how to run a business. I want to make a special shoutout to two associates from the customer support team who kindly did nothing to help me at all, ignored any requests to speak to the manager and simply repeated that if I do not like something then to get my refund. Brishini, and Kien, I am talking about you. Thank you for being great at turning your customers away, and showing how little the company stands by its products and services. I hope the Corporate office looks into this issue and other people think twice before ordering here.

Im surprise to see quite some bad reviews on BBB recently but my experience with CAS is nothing but above satisfaction.My washer had broken down on a Saturday and CAS had both the washer and dryer replaced the following Tuesday, I have never experienced such efficiency for buying home appliances ever. Other chain stores couldnt deliver for at least 2 to 3 weeks later, provided they have ready stock.Kudos for my salesman, Kien Tran, who not only kept his promise on delivering the washer on time, he somehow managed to get a hold of a supposedly out-of-stock dryer and delivered both units together, saving me extra delivery cost that I had agreed to pay. Additional extra efforts was to honor the discount, which was expired a day earlier, plus to refund the difference of a substituted (not the original brand) stream hose kit, which I later found out was of very good quality.I normally dont write long review but I want to do justice to CAS for all the bad reviews out there. Needless to say, CAS will be my first choice to look for appliances again and I would highly recommend Kien to my friends in the future.
