Nowadays I only come here for rolling papers. I’m an avid CBD buyer and in the past bought from them but nowadays the CBD I want from them such as Green Roads is always expired bottles everytime! It’s bad enough they overprice their CBD compared to what I’ve shown them online as the actual market price but when I call them out on expired CBD they give me such rude, arrogant attitude! It’s the young punks working there that made me never want to come back again if they are going to handle sales that way. I miss the old management here, the previous staff were heaping times better to deal with. My wife and I came in to buy hemp drinks and they were all expired on the rack since early September and I explained to them that’s bad for business, they are ultimately losing sales over stale products and they said “good to know!” with such arrogance, they could careless!! I will never shop here again for CBD, it’s always a hassle to negotiate with them to chisel down the price of expired products and they overprice it.

I used to come here for the glass in the back but I now find myself popping in the store to see what new crystals I can find. I love coming here and taking my time looking. I usually find at least 1 treasure and have a good conversation with the staff.

Good deals. Good selection of all kinds of things from smoking devices to knives and swords as well as many stones and oriental objects and bamboo. The staff here knows there stuff, couldnt be more helpful and friendly. Love this store

This store has everything, so many great trinkets and an entire smokeshop section to rival any other retail smoke shop in the area with all the glass art and accessories you will ever need. So many beautiful oriental items in the front of the store, this is the perfect shop to get a lot of cool christmas gifts at or any kind of gift

This place is definitely a lot better than it used to be as far as the staff goes. The staff now are sociable and ready to help but no longer overbearing as the previous staff was. I love to buy incense here, among other things, and Im never disappointed with my purchases!

Trust me. I love everything else here, but when I walked in I was horrified to see the sight of the poor Betta fish. Dyed water, I’m not too concerned of as long as it’s non-toxic. The worst thing is that the containers are SO tiny! What is wrong with you hurting a poor animal like that? Sure they are “just fish” but they have lives too. I am very disappointed in this being the case of these poor animals. Please, I’m begging you for the welfare and safety of the fish change their habitat. This is outrageous.

The young girl working there was very condescending, there was no regard for customer service. She was demanding I answer questions when I simply said I didnt want to buy something after inspecting their wares. That reaction alone is suspicious, even disregarding my treatment. And I was very polite and even lowered my tone and calmed down even more to try and get out of that situation by de-escalating. I am sorry, I will not be interrogated and femisplained to by a child for 5 minutes, when I am being a polite and nice customer. I swear I bent over backwards to be nice to her, and I AM THE CUSTOMER. Please dont bother trying to get me back, I will never go here again, and in fact after this, I am never going to the mall again. The children that staff the place do not care about taking care of a customer, no matter how polite and regular they are.

Pretty nice place, nice selection and the staff are friendly. But beware: I purchased a sharpstone grinder from here and I figured out after searching around online that the one I got was a fake/a counterfeit. I’m not sure if the owner knows or not but I believe they need to look at their current inventory and compare photos online with the counterfeit sharpstone guides out there. Normally I’d be like, whatever, a grinder is a grinder, but the cheaply made counterfeits can actually be possibly dangerous; I only searched online because when I used it the first time I got it, I saw little metal shavings from where the grinder parts grinder against each other (which they shouldn’t, in a high quality grinder). I have a legit sharpstone to compare it to and it’s very different. Even the logo is slightly different. I’m mostly posting this because I hope management sees as I’m a bit too shy to try and ask about it over the phone or in person but like I said, as a customer I would avoid buying sharpstone grinders here and as management I’d examine my stock and compare to counterfeit guides online. If the store is purposely selling counterfeit ones then that’s a bit disappointing and I hope the shop stops because these counterfeits can be a potential health/safety hazard.

This business is absolutely one of the most compassionate and customer-oriented places Ive ever been. I suffer from crohns disease and PTSD. I use handheld vaporizers for the convenience and instant access. Sometimes my symptoms will overwhelm my ability to use herbal remedies the traditional way. Times like this, being able to instantly puff on a hand held vaporizer for relief, is when the ease of use is needed. Well I purchased a PAX3 dry herb vaporizer for this establishment back in late February. The sales clerk was extremely helpful and an extensive knowledge of the technology. I felt very comfortable purchasing the product when the clerk told me theyre authorized retailers and how to register my product online to take advantage of the manufacturers warranty. I left with my purchase, after the clerk took me through a helpful tutorial on how to set up and use the product. Almost a month later I visited Oriental City again to purchase some small accessories for my water pipes. The two employees there were very welcoming and one of them recognized me. He remembered me from our single meeting over thirty days ago. He asked me how I my experience was with the product so far and if it was helpful for my crohns and PTSD. I could see that these employees and the entire business culture revolves around compassionate care and service. The owner came out from the back and greeted me as I came to the register to make my purchase. The clerk had told the owner how much I enjoyed my purchase from a month ago. She was so cute and nice, she even gave me a discount on my accessory purchase for customer loyalty. If you are looking for a good deal, knowledgeable employees, and an amazing experience take a trip to Oriental City and head through the beads to the back room! AND, theyre in Berlin, MA so the smoke shop is 18+

Seemed very unprofessional that there were children running around the store and behind the register. A smoke shop is not a place for young children. I was also alarmed that the young boy running around was coughing over all the products, while I was talking to the young man working there which turned me away from buying any products.

Prices are very high but has a large selection of vapor and smoking products hard to find just anywhere. For me, it was disposable 1ml 510 thread cartridges for $2.

Horrible place the buy 20 pieces on amazon and sell them for hundreds of dollars they are scam artists dont go there.
