Spoke with nice gentleman about getting new tires and he explained the factory tires could be replaced but not witb rims/wheels I currently have. He was helpful but explained Firestone couldnt do as it would be a liability for them

I had a major problem with the brake hoses and the men at this shop took such good care of me and my car. He took the time to really explain the problem, must have been obvious I had no clue. To replace all four is not a quick event but he constantly checked in to let me know how much longer. Then when they were finished something didn’t seem perfect so they checked again and made sure to give it back to me in the best condition, they wanted to let air out of the lines to make sure the brakes worked best.. Not letting me leave before it was done and done right. They have high expectations, good customer service and move quickly for their customers. Great job guys! Thanks.

I have unlimited alignment with Firestone, I brought in my 2015 Lexus IS 250 a few weeks back. I asked to have my alignment adjusted slightly (within manufacturer spec) to reduce tire wear. The manager made a huge deal about it saying they only do manufacturer spec. I asked him to check for tire wear which he said he would, he didnt. On top of that, they test drove my car after the alignment (which my original Firestone doesnt do), which is kind of annoying. All the past things I listed are not a big deal.. when I left the shop, my steering wheel was angled towards the right. It literally took me minutes to find this out, I called back and told the manager that the car drives straight but my steering wheel is angled towards the right. He told me it might be the roads that cause the steering wheel to be angled towards the right. I drove it for a few more days and it will still angled towards the right. I called back, common courtesy would be to get me back in the shop ASAP and fix my issue but instead he kept saying how busy he was and would have to schedule me to another day. I have attached a picture of my steering wheel on a local road. I went back to my original Firestone in East Brunswick, I made a last minute appointment and told them what happened, they got me in, told me my toe was out (only two weeks after my alignment with the Marlton Firestone). Never going back here again.

These Firestone guys always force to repair more and over charge. There are hardly any offers and what’s more they scare you into doing a larger repair. Hope they don’t over charge. Until this changes, stay away. Pep boys across the street is much better

The service reps here do their jobs VERY well. I price hunted throughout Cherry Hill and Marlton for the best prices on service for my Honda. Firestone was the cheapest by over 25% to any other auto care centers around here. On top of that, they took a look at my car and quoted me on two new tires that I would need in the future without being too pushy. Keep both gentlemen that were running the service sales floor on 2/10 and 2/11 for a long time as Im sure theyre a very valuable asset to your company....

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when discussing the needed service and suggested service. Sales are never pushed and this is what makes this location a pleasure to visit.The work performed by the Mechanic staff is always satisfactory.

I went in for a oil change and they discovered 3 nails in my tires. Given that this was not an expense I was anticipating I was certainly surprised! Chris worked with me to find quality tires (2) that still fit my unexpected expense budget. The tires were replaced efficiently and I was able to still make my next appointmenton time due to their expediency! Highly recommend this shop for all auto service needs!

Employees are very professional, courteous and friendly. They would suggest other services that your car would require and need but they are not very pushy. They respect your decision right away. I like that! I just wish they could make their waiting area a little nicer and presentable and replace those chairs a more comfortable like a couch at least.

Excellent customer service, honest pricing. Will not install owner supplied windshield wipers. Company policy. But otherwise probably the best non dealer to get repairs done. Knowledgeable staff. 5/2019 update after going there for many years they just would not inspect a used car for purchase. I was expecting to pay. They just let it sit there and have 100 reasons why they could not check car over. Well all that ended when I purchased a 2018 and 2019 with extended warranties. Won’t be going back.

I highly recommend this location. I knew I needed tires but I went there because I had a bolt and washer in one of my tires. I just wanted to get home safely. The staff made sure I did.I arrived there at 4:30 pm on a Sunday and they close at 5. I checked out at 5:12 with new tires. Im safe and my car feels much better while driving. Thank you so much.

I really liked your clean facility and the manager. He worked with me on the tires I should get that would best fit in my sons car. After dealing with him I feel that I made the the best and safest decision for my sons car.

The staff is very cordial.The overnight temperature drop of 20-plus degrees had caused my tire pressure to drop and the warning light was on.With no wait time, they checked and reinflated my tires...no charge since I am a regular customer here, for tires and routine maintenance.

The worst experience ever very rude and disrespectful staff. Unprofessional. You call to before making the drive there and get told you have to have a appointment and when you show for your appointment and are waiting for your vehicle to get serviced you watch three people literally walk in with out a appointment and they actually get serviced some even before your vehicle which is unprofessional unfair to those whom called and you made make an appointment. Dont waste your time with Firestone. I now go to the major car dealership to have my car serviced or MrTire where they are more professional, respectful and polite. I actually even save money with them alsoFirestone is overpriced but time.

Very professional, honest and fair service. Had a flat tire, the repair turned out to be too expensive, so I preferred another solution, but they did not charge me despite spending a lot of time on the vehicle. They presented all the options very honestly and clearly.

Great experience. Visiting my mom from out of town and had a slow leak in right front tire with visible nick in the sidewall. Called them on a Friday afternoon and they said to bring it right in and that it would be a ten minute wait to get it on a lift. They checked it out immediately when I arrived and were very professional in their initial assessment. They checked all tires to match tread type for best replacement tire if required. They then gave me a best case and worst case estimate of how long it would take and or how much if it cost if repairable or if it needed to be replaced. They had it on the lift as promised and found the problem which did in fact require replacement. They put the new tire on and did not try any high pressure sales gimmicks. They did a safety check on my car and were 100% honest and on the mark for time and price. I was back on the road in a little over an hour. I will go back again, I will recommend to all my mom’s neighbors and also highly recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care, 910 W Route 70, Marlton, NJ 08053 to anyone.

Only place well take our vehicles, even while under warranty. The team at this Firestone are always fair, never make over-recommendations and always get us in and out. Its hard to find a service center that is capable and trustworthy - Firestone in Marlton is exactly that!

Was told we don’t patch tires we repair them. Ok cool man can you fit me in to repair tire? Was told you can leave the car here and we may get it done today. All day for a repair or a plug? Ended up stopping at Goodyear down the road and they took me right away to fix the nail in the tire.

On 3/28/2014 I noticed the check tire pressure gauge in my car and of course I had to be on the turnpike and out of town in the next hour. I took my car over to Ryan who put me into the next available spot where the mechanic removed the tire and made the repair and had me on my way in no time. I would definitely recommend Firestone as I found their service excellent.

Good store, good manager and staff, they have long hours that helped me on a Sunday morning when I had a serious tire problem. Everybody was closed at 8 am on a Sunday morning!! Except Firestone on route 70. Now I have a battery problem. Help! Firestone??? I called, theyll help.

Firestone is the worst rip-off going !! . Recently I brought my Mercedes in for a slight noise coming out of the rear. They checked things out and called me to let me know that I needed front brakes and two new rear tires, found a low spot on one of the tires stated this should solve the problem.Low and behold I drove it home and the noise was still there. I brought it back and asked them to see if they could find out the cause after $300.00 in new tires. Not only did they mount the wrong size tires after I inspected them and told them they were the wrong tire but insisted that it was a newer tire. After, checking intenally they admitted they mounted the wrong tire and corrected the situation.After inspecting the noise situation they said they had three techs evaluate it and felt 75% sure that it was the wheel bearing however not totally convinced that it was. I asked how much to replace the bearing and was given a quote of $860.00 and suggested that I replace both with no quarantee that this was the problem and that it would take approx 6 hours of labor time.I took the my car to CarSense in Westhampton, N.J. after inspecting the car for 10 minutes their tech stated no doubt that it was a wheel bearing and that it would take 2-3 hours and total cost labor and parts was $260.00.CarSense did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them!! I will never go back to Firestone and will share this story with all who will listen.

Typical scam artists. I was very well aware of their propensity to lie to unknowing customers in order to sell more expensive, unnecessary products/services as Ive had similar experiences with the same chain years ago in another state but they had an opening on a Sunday to fix a flat tire so I went in. The puncture was in the outer tread (not sidewall) which I know can easily be plugged for a few dollars as Ive had it done in the past. However, after a brief inspection of the tire I was immediately told the tire could not be fixed because the hole was in the outer tread not inner (total horse@#$%) and that I would need a new tire. They couldnt even match the tire brand I had and wanted to sell me a mismatched tire for $134.99 - $199.99. I told them Id think about it, went across the street to Pep Boys where they said they could fix it (of course) and for $12.83 they plugged my tire and I was on my way. The tire has been perfectly fine since. The scary part is these Firestone employees automatically lie to you with a pleasant attitude and smile on their face so avoid Firestone at all costs.

They got me in fast and resoled my tire issue quickly. They were very friendly and professional.

Changed my oil here, two days later check engine light comes on, check oil level, nearly 2 quarts low. I recommend that you dont have your car repaired or have maintenance done on your automobile here.

Second time we have taken the same vehicle here (for different issues) and it has been returned to us with noises and problems it didnt have before putting it in the shop. It has been very frustrating that we have to return the car a second time to get these items fixed. It appears that something has happened to the quality at this center in the last 6 months.
