Poor communication between service technician and service tech secretary which resulted in poor communication with me the customer. Tried to talk to manager to get a clearer understanding, and he kept referring to the notes on the service ticket, which was limited due to there poor documentation. Will NOT buy!!! or bring another car here for them to touch.
