Great detail work! Fast and great communication from beginning to end. Renee was very helpful and made sure I was updated every step of the way. From the time I dropped my truck off I was informed of what would be done and when I could expect to have it back. The paint work done on my truck was excellent! I’m very happy with the work they did. I love my car and when I was rear ended my left rear fender was bent up and coming off. My insurance company tried to steer me to their own body shop. I took it there for an estimate. He didn’t even bother looking under the car. He just walked around and took pictures. I was not impressed with the looks of the garage. So I took it to this place on somebody’s recommendation. And I am glad I did. Excellent work. Thank you advanced auto.!

I had to take my car to an auto body shop for a cracked windshield and paint chips from rock splatter on the freeway. I called Advance Auto Body to check pricing before I spoke to my insurance. Renee told me they could help me, and I just had to call and file a claim, and let my insurance know I’d be using them. When I called my insurance, I felt like I had to take my car where they wanted me to take it, from “their list” to be inspected. I called Renee back and wanted to know if she was on their list, she informed me I did not have to take my car where they wanted, I could go anywhere! I called my insurance back and asked if I could go to my own choice of shop, he didn’t say “No”, he said, “We have a list of shops.” That right there told me I didn’t know all the rules and loopholes. I told him I was going to use Advance Auto Body, and just like that he said “Ok”. So they won’t offer up this info, but if you know what to ask for, they can’t tell you, No! From that point on, it was smooth sailing! Renee stayed in contact with my insurance and me! I was going on vacation and they were able to take me the next morning and get it all done while I was going out of town. When I went to pick up my car, Renee, the OWNER, was finishing up the last of my service, cleaning my car! My car looks brand new! Thanks Advance Auto Body!
