The taillight lens was cracked and they replaced it. They did a great job - quick and clean.They are very friendly. They take their time with you not making you feel rushed. They listen and give you options. I will use them again if the need arises.

I have a fairly new Dodge Ram that someone hit the drivers door. Martinez Auto did an amazing job replacing the door and painting the side of the truck to exactly match the original paint color. You cant even tell the door was replaced. I highly recommend MA. They will do all the communications with the insurance company. They also personally delivered the truck back to me and completely detailed. Everyone here at our company was very impressed with the quality of workmanship, service and customer treatment.

This place is as good as it gets! I bought a 2014 infiniti q50 and there were parts on the front bumper/under the hood that were broken and missing. They gave me a free quote for the repairs and the best price you could get to fix a car like this. Most auto shops are expensive and take advantage of your ignorance of how cars work and the different parts that need fixing. Most importantly Martinez Auto Body was honest and had the best customer service I have ever seen in an auto shop. Gary and Sean were exceptional people that helped me with every little thing I needed to be completely satisfied walking out of there. The repairs looked great and I also got my headlights cleaned as well as some scratches buffed out. My car looks brand new thanks to them.

Great customer service

I went in fully expecting a repair bill of at least several hundred dollars for a scrape I did to my car. Sean was super nice and cleaned off the area, showing me the damage was very slight. He recommended getting touch up paint for the small area where I did scrap it off. He wished me a happy new year and I was on my way. Much relieved not to have that repair bill for a 2010 car! I hope I never need them, but I would definitely return here if I need repairs.

It always sucks when your car gets messed up. They were really nice to me, respectful, and took the time to explain the repair to me. They also worked with my insurance company (USAA) who was giving me trouble. I was willing to pay extra because its a union shop, and that is something thats really important to me.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with this body shop and all of its employees. They place customer service high as well as taking pride in the work they do. Very pleased with the entire experience and the work they did on my vehicle.

I recently got into an accident and had no idea what to do. I brought my car in and spoke with Sean. He listened to my story, connected me with the resources I needed, and helped me through the process. Should I ever need repairs in the future, I will definitely return.

If i could give this business zero stars i would do it right away, i gave him my minivan to fix my interior door handle, after seeing it he told me the part is 70$ and labor was gonna be 87$ because it would take .9 hours of labor to fix, the next day he called me he said bring the van because the part has arrived and was ready, i went and after fifteen min he called me sayng the car was ready (not .9 hours like he said) i went to pick up the car and the door handle was not completely fixed, and then he told me that it needed two parts instead of the one that he ordered he said to come tomorrow and hell have the the other part and now wanted to charge more money. hes the professional and should know if the car needed two pieces or one, im not the body shop professional he is and should be aware of whats happening with his customers cars

Worse experience with Martinez Auto Body! Do NOT take your car here. I wanted a more personal experience and got an experience from hell. Not only did they not fix my car correctly from an accudent, they actually made a new dent in my bumper and messed up my rim. They were very apologetic, AFTER they were shown pics that those problems werent there when I brought the car to them! They did provide a rental for me, but took 1 and half weeks to get the bumper and rim done. Kept promising a date, which was changed twice. And did not offer any compensation for my extra stress and time, which was considerable. Bad business!

Horribly slow. No loaner cars. Takes them at least 2 weeks to fix a fender/bumper and shocks. Only go here if you have another car you can drive. Its a living nightmare.
