Because of the lack of car parts it was a month before car was released to drive. Even then there was still one part missing. It would be coming in a week hopefully. Everyone that I talked to were helpful and concerned. My insurance was not happy having to finance rental and was causing me stress because they would only do the rental week to week. All in all I appreciate the help, comfort, and concern that was expressed to me by the employees. I would recommend to anyone to use their services.

My husband hit a deer in our spare vehicle, Ashley Nailer quickly got our Honda picked up and brought to the shop and the work began! I was updated throughout the entire process as to where the car was at, if they were waiting on parts, once the work began, when it was being painted and then washed up! I took my suburban to them because I dealt with them over 15 Years ago and they were great. This time wasnt so great. They had my truck about a month then when I got it back I found that whoever assembled it didnt put it back together properly. The outside fender kept popping out, the inside under the dash was off track. I took it ther so that Jenna could look at it. She told me that she was ordering the part for it and she would get in contact with me when the part came in. That weekend, it rained really bad and water was inside my truck messing up my headliner. Now this is 2016 Suburban with all the bells and whistles. Jenna tried telling me that it wasnt their fault but shes going to Have a guy from Columbia that finds leaks to look at it. Thats been over 3 weeks ago and Ive called and left messages for Jenna but no one has called me back. I know she told me that they really dont have guys to work. This is what I feel, if a company dont Have the man power to fix or carry out a service for a customer then DONT TAKE THE JOB ON AND GET OVER $8,000 FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY...

I’m pleased with my experience with Kendrick. I was updated frequently on the progress of vehicle’s repair. My car looks great. The process went very smooth.

Kendricks did a great job fixing my trunk after I was rear ended. They were able to make my trunk look good as new. They also texted and called me along the way to give me updates on my car. When there was a problem, they gave me a call to let me know. I will definitely use them again.

My BMW was hit by a young lady texting in a parking lot. I have a car that is completely babied and Kendrick returned it like it was before the little fender bender. Communication was great thru the entire process and the car was ready a day early. Im very pleased.

My passenger door was dented in from someone backing into it. I was so impressed with Jenna’s thoroughness to check the damage. She explained the process of how it worked with the other person’s insurance, to set up an appointment to get fixed in the body shop and gave me her card if I had any questions. The shop cleaned my car head to toe after replacing door. No one would ever know my passenger door was once backed into. Customer service and thoroughness in detail are key. Kendrick’s in Martinez is always going to be my go to for body shop work.

Blown away.I just needed a simple prime and paint on a plastic bumper cover.The estimate was amazing. Not only was it the best price of 5 places I tried, they didnt try to push extra work on me. The didnt tell me about my warranty being ruined, unable to resell, no more than an estimate that was 80 dollars less then the next best. The lady helping me didnt bat an eye that I wanted to get it estimated at a few more places. Didnt try to feed me garbage. Just said to call her if I want to schedule.They painted my 4runner bumper in 2 days. It looks beautiful. They even said if I had issues putting it back on myself they would gladly answer any questions I had. Best part is, they guarantee their work as long as I own the vehicle.Thank you Kendricks, and Nicole Mercer for being nice and polite when I was just getting an estimate with no promise of a sale.

Kendrick Paint & Body is a great business to use for getting your vehicle fixed. The service was fast and the employees were very kind, courteous and provided exceptional service.

Friendly people but that doesnt make up for the sub par work. Stopped by 3 times after being told my car was done to find panels that didnt meet up, hood alignment that was way off (higher than fender in the rear, lower in the front and uneven gap with fenders.). I finally had enough and just took my car back. Im sure if I wanted to stop by another half dozen times, they might eventually get it right, but I shouldnt have to.

This is the most unprofessional establishment I have gone to. My wife dropped her car off for minor repairs to her bumper and fender. We were told it would take 1 week and we would be updated. The rep in charge of doing so would not answer the phone or call is to do so. The process took over 3 weeks! And on top of that they didn’t know where the key was when we came to get it.

Truly the best body shop in Augusta!I have always and always will take my cars (2015 Mustang and 2015 IS 250 F-Sport) to Kendricks if I should need body work on my vehicles. The work is ALWAYS exceptional. The staff is the BEST. I worked with Tina Bryant and she kept me updated throughout the repair process of my Lexus (either by phone or text). Even when they discovered additional damage after the tear down of my vehicle she called me and she was very detailed about what was found. The front office staff was by far the nicest group I have ever dealt with. I truly understand why USAA has Kendricks as one of their preferred auto body shops. If youre looking for a great dependable body shop please go see Kendricks and ask for Tina Bryant. I am very thankful to have trusted Kendricks with my car as well as to have walked through the process with Tina.

Kendrick’s had my car for almost a month! Tina Bryant took great care of everything making it easy for me to deal with the other insurance thur the process! Great customer service and would recommend anyone getting there car fixed with them!! Wonderful job guys!!

Pros:1. Paint match spot on.2. They gave progress updates.3. Enterprise Rent-A-Car on site.Cons:Three cons, one Kendrick fixed, one with Enterprise which I think you should know if you are using Kendrick. So really just one con with Kendrick.1. The insurance only paid to fix one headlamp and Kendrick did not give me the option to fix the other (details below).2. Enterprise will charge you your full insurance deductible if you get in a wreck with their car. Even if is not your fault. I have never had a rental car company have this policy. To me it is unacceptable. I think they are counting on you using their service because it is on site. I know this is not Kendricks policy but the rental car may factor into your decision.3. The first estimate said seven days for repairs. Then they changed it to nine after I dropped it off. It ended up taking 14 days. This was no big deal for me since I had a rental.More one con 1. I thought that Kendrick was replacing both headlamps. When I arrived for pickup, I was disappointed to see one new headlamp and my other fogged over old one. I told them they should have called me and I would have paid to have the other fixed. When I expressed my disappointment Kendrick offered to polish the old one for $40. I took them up on the offer, which was better than nothing but I still walked away disappointed.I cant speak to overall price because my repairs where 100% covered by insurance.

This is the place where you want to take your car. My husband and I picked up my Camaro yesterday and it looks absolutely AMAZING! Patrick is the manager and hes so professional and nice. Hes totally a man of his word. Theyll take care of you no matter what.

I dont usually leave reviews but Im extremely upset as to what has happened to my car. I was in a minor fender bender accident. I only had minor repairs that needed to be done to my car. Dont ever take your car or any of your business here. First, it took 2-3 weeks just to get my car into Kendricks to be repaired. I was told it was going to be a 4 day repair. It turned into a 3 week repair and I feel like the only reason it was 3 weeks and not longer was because they had to take over the cost of the rental. Then I get my car back from them. Let me start off by saying that there was NOTHING wrong with my battery (which was only a year old) or my alternator prior to dropping it off with them. Now my alternator, battery, and my cars electrical system is completely messed up because of them. They had done something to my cars alternator and battery. They hooked up the battery wrong and fried my alternator. What they have done to us is wrong and bad business. Had I taken my car somewhere else, I would not be in this mess.EDIT: Kendricks fixed all problems with the car.

My insurance company recommended them to get my car fixed. The car had some significant fender/rear damage but was still driveable. They were friendly and the customer service was decent. The enterprise rental there was convenient. They gave me an estimate of when the car was going to be done. The problem was when that date came the car was not anywhere near done. They said it would take another week. After that week they delayed about another week. Also they were not very good at keeping me updated of the status with my car. I had to keep calling them to find out. When I got the car it looked good, not perfect. The panel for the gas cover was sticking when I hit the button to open it, and the panel seemed to be a little further out instead of flush against the car. They told me to come back in if it kept giving me problems but it hasnt since.(about a month) A few days after I noticed a bunch of tiny scratches on the trunk that I had not noticed before. I can not be positive that this was caused by them, but I dont remember having those scratches before. overall not terrible service, but nowhere near the best.

This place is trash and completely rubbish! Never again never ever! I repeat my family, friends and soldiers will be warned about this disaster ! You would think after spending over 3000 they would treat us with care and decency but this place carrys no value in customer service. owner needs to close down this location or hire new people starting from Lauren and the new manager. Goodbye and good riddance.

I was very pleased with my repair after I got hit in the bumper....they took care of contacting Insurance company so I didnt have to and have connections to Enterprise car rentals so I didnt have to worry about dropping the rental back off.They washed the car and even vacuumed it out too!Great job!

When you tell someone the whole car and they skip the roof and the mirrors makes you wonder just how much they care about your car. The girls in the front are just miserable humans... the manager is no better as for whoever painted my car, you need to find another profession because you really suck as this pal.

Stephen and Phillip Johnson, the Father-son duo, were sooooo very helpful. My car was towed all over augusta and Im just glad it came here. The customer service I received from Stephen and Phillip was beyond amazing and Im so thankful that they were here! My car was a total loss so I cant tell you anything about pricing but I can tell you that customer service is a priority to me and even if a Kendricks is higher (per the reviews Ive read) Id come here any day! They are awful. Told me my vehicle was repaired, meanwhile they didnt fix a broken motor mount. They are lucky I did not get into an accident because of their negligence. They have a very rude manager that disrespected me because I am a woman, and dont know anything about cars

This garbage have cause me and my wife both sleep and peace of mind. Money is not a problem to us, we paid for a car paint out of our pocket no problem. Before all the craziness it was impossible to talk to them calling and always on hold for the most part. If you cant handle business hire more people or close down! I dont even know where to begin, they took an extra six days to fix our car, broke a botton and didnt paint the mirrors. How the hell on earth did you brake my button and not see that the mirrors werent painted. The whole point of painting a car is so it would look new. Didnt even so much as puff the roof. When my wife specify make it look shiny and new! Clearly thats what kendricks standards are! Then they got upset at my wife for yelling at them for not knowing how to do their job. As a military personal up for promotion we have decided you are not worth our time. And know this and note it well every military personal will not step foot in the dump.

Service is excellent, they took my car in and in no time they fixed it. If you are not satisfied with their job a 100% they will do everything possible to make you happy.
