First I want to say I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but for this shop I had to share my experience. I have a 87 Monte Carlo I’m currently restoring and I don’t want nobody but this shop touching it! Very professional and mechanics are very knowledgeable. If you want good quality work and great customer service please give this shop a try, I promise you won’t be disappointed. Prices are very reasonable as well as the time. Every time I called to check up on the car someone answered and was able to give me accurate updates. This is a business but they make you feel like family that’s why I trusted them with my baby “car”. If you have a digital dash that needs to be installed or ANY old school and looking for a great shop to help you put it back together please give them a try. Showed up in my 65 Lincoln vert for my appointment. I did not see any classics on site- first red flag. A dirty guy came out of the back speaking really poor English and inquired if the car was a 61. Not knowing the year, or even close, but says he is a classic car shop- 2nd red flag. Then a boast was made by the mechanic in bad English, as well as, a disappointing reveal of extreme waiting time. Needless to say at that point I left questioning the validity and professionalism of the shop. Judge for yourself but I will not be a customer.

The lady Aaron was nice. They claim they repaired the problem but it was not repaired. The spark plug came out a few days later. They knew it needed more and could see where that issue was already attempted to be fixed the same way they claimed to fix it and they still claimed that they repaired it. Then they did that only to tell me I needed a motor. They charged me a lot of money for nothing basically.

While they were nice they were unfortunately not as knowledgeable as they think and it ended up costing me $400 of unnecessary work. The master mechanic at the Kia Dealership did not agree with their assessment and went as far as to say they believed Georgialina was also trying to milk me for additional unnecessary services. The problem I had with my vehicle was fixed during a diagnostic and it was implied by the mechanic who fixed it that Georgialina charged me diagnostic fees just to run codes (meaning they never did a diagnostic because if they had the issue would have been solved then and there). (I did get diagnostic fees refunded). Trusting them cost me a lot of money I cant get back.

Well they started out okay,... Nice young Christian couple. Great intentions, expanded their garage, we had a bunch of work done on our vehicles, then... After they had installed a clutch in my Mustang and had hired some old mechanic from a Ford dealer, well... I hope theyre still in business, because they mean well, but we wont be going back. The clutch was installed improperly, and caused damage to the transmission, so I had to have them both replaced, at the tune of almost $3,000.-... Nope* wont be going back.

A knowledgeable, honest, family-owned business. I’ve taken a sedan, two SUVs, and a mini van to them for the past six years and they have always done quality work. At times it really is like having a family member taking care of your vehicle. No one likes to hear an expensive job is needed, but they have always helped us understand what’s essential and what can wait. The work is almost always just as fast as expected (or hoped!).

I wish I did not have to list any stars. The business started out as a nice christian business with honest owners doing honest work for a fair price.; however this has quickly changed. The customer service is horrible and the service to autos has gone down since they started. My husband and I were faithful customers that referred a lot of customers to them, but we will not be returning neither sending any customers their way. They will never have the chance to overcharge us or treat us unfairly again. The business wont continue if you dont go back to what your business was initially built on.

THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE YOUR CAR IS IN PERFECT CONDITION. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND QUICK. THEY WILL HAVE MY CONTINUED BUSINESS.

I went here for a second opinion on a quote I received from Milton Ruben Toyota. Having the work done at GeorgiaLina will save me $216.42 plus I will get to use a coupon they have online. Im so glad I was referred to them. I will definitely be going back to them to perform the work on my car.

First of all the workmanship is horrible Im a certified welder at a nuclear power plant and the welds on my exhaust look very amateur and incomplete. Second the pricing is ridiculous, Andy speaks of the good work but doesnt provide it and Ive gotten much better work from other local shops for half his price. Third and final before they even look at the work provided by the shop I had 2 employees talk money before even seeing my car. Even tho they did the work. Horrible shop, horrible customer service do yourself a favor and go elsewhere youll find much better work and pricing.

Im from out of town and just stopped in Augusta for a quick visit before getting back on my trip. I noticed antifreeze was pouring out from under my car. The guys at GeorgiaLine were extremely helpful and were very clear on their pricing and how long it would take to repair. Im very grateful for them. Highly recommend.

Brought my Corvette in for custom exhaust work and Andy and his team did an amazing job!! The quality and workmanship exceeded my expectations! These guys are true professionals in custom and classic car restoration. Erin and the front office staff went above and beyond to make payments affordable and even became a Bridgestone authorized retailer! I’d give 10 stars if possible! Good afternoon, I brought my 1990 Honda civic lx to get exhaust upgrade and I went with the Magnaflow with a black tip.And let me tell you, they did a awesome job!!Sounds wonderful, so in love with it!!Will do business again with them

Went it for a simple brake job and tire rotation. They did not tighten my caliber bolt down correctly. It came loose, as I was traveling on the interstate in a different state. Caused lots of damage. Cost me lots of time and a couple thousand dollars. Went I confronted the shop. They said it wasn’t possible. What a joke... do not use this shop, if you value your time, money or life.

Left my vehicle there for MONTHS (when it was only supposed to be there for 2 weeks) sunk a grand at this place just to have the check engine light come on a week later forcing me to take it to another shop and have it all taken care of. Would not recommend.

First time I had work done at GeorgiaLina Automotive. From the first time I called till I picked up the car, I received excellent service. The work that had to be done was quiet extensive and the cost was very fair. I can definitely recommend them and I will use them in the future.

This place sucks. I mean sucks. they have not done their job correctly They dont even have a pipe bender. They have welded 2 different size pipes one is to large an one is to small, under my truck to the stock pipes. They used a bolt to fill a space between the larger pipe and the smallest pipe. I want a refund and do not recommend anyone to go for their specialty exhaust.

My 17 year old son went in to ask about getting an exhaust leak fixed. The RUDE lady at the counter chastised him about not knowing the difference between the exhaust manifold and the headers. Well, guess what - that was the reason he was there!! He didnt know. How pathetic that it makes you feel better about yourself to belittle a CHILD.

I think they deserve more than 5 stars and here are the reasons why, 1) as soon as I walked in they greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed, they were very sweet. 2) when I went in to tell them the problems I was having i tried my hardest to explain it and they didnt make me feel stupid for not knowing what was wrong and they didnt make an annoyed face like most shops would do when I would try explaining, they were very helpful. 3) I have small kids I have a 2 year old and an infant and unlike all the shops ive ever been to this one ACTUALLY had a sitting area for kids with toys for them to play with to keep them entertained! They were amazing towards my kids and didnt seemed bothered at all when my kids would cry or be loud. 4) they came out and kept me updated on my car on how long it would take and would actually make me feel like Im the main priority. 5) they never asked me or pressured me into buying other things for the car that i didnt come in for unlike other shops. This shop was by far the BEST shop I have ever gone to and I will continue to go to them for everything I need.

Never take your car here!!! This place was recommended by a friend, she told me they were very honest and were good christians. They charged me 1,650 dollars to fix my car, and when I got it back my automatic locks didn’t work, and my lights inside the car didn’t work, none of my electrical services didn’t work; and my car was still overheating. When I called them the same week of picking it up to tell them what was going on, they told me to bring it back. They then told me that it would be 75 dollars for them to look at it! What? My locks and all the electrical stuff in my car worked before I took it to them. This place is very dishonest and I don’t recommend it to ANYONE!!!

Once again I bring my special cars...which have special problems ....here. One, they can generally figure out how to fix anything (or have seen the same problem before in someone elses car). Two, there is a nice local attitude here....now that means you will take some good natured ribbing for breaking your car...but it all in fun. Three, truthfully the prices are well below any of the over the top dealership or national franchise prices.I have trusted them with many of my cars and have brought my friends here. Now this is a local place, so dont expect fast.....there is no 30 oil change here. Drop your car off, after making an appointment, and get it back a few days later....it will be fixed correctly and they will test drive it to make sure its right. This is how you support a good local team, go here. Next repair will be my little red MGB...after 40 years my clutch hydraulic mechanism has failed, new parts are on the way...so this is upcoming for the team.

This place is awesome. Went for a busted head light was in and out in 15 minutes...Nothing like saving time!

Horrible! We were loyal customers for years until they kept our vehicle for 6 months before fixing it, once it was complete started charging us a storage fee. No one even bothered to call and let us know the work was complete.
