Inexperienced. Rookie mistake. (First clue) Store was a mess, looked like someone trashed it during a burglary.I took my iphone here to replace and shattered screen and he broke my home screen fingerprint button. Apple designed the iPhone so if that button is broken, there’s no way to repair it. Now, I have to use a floating home button figure that moves around the screen randomly or I can buy a new phone.He acted like I setup that feature when I picked the phone up. “I assume you did that because you had problems with the button. That’s deep in your settings, I can’t even access that without your code.”I confronted him that it i had no problems other than the broken screen. I didn’t even know that was a feature or how to set it up. He played dumb and acted like he didn’t know what happened. Coward. Don’t go here for any repairs.

I had a laptop that was coming apart at the hinges & the keyboard did not work. I was able to get my laptop completely repaired for a fair price. He also worked with me so that I could take my laptop home with me while he was waiting on parts, thus allowing me to continue working. I would 100% recommend taking your laptop here for repairs.

Brought my laptop in because power port was shoved in and not connecting. Fixed it quickly and for a very fair price! Excellent service.

I was on vacation from out of state and my pixel screen went. The owner overnighted the screen for me and quoted me a fair price. The screen unfortunately wasnt on time and he offered me a partial refund for the overnight which I declined because it wasnt his fault. He then added a screen protector to my new screen out of no obligation. I cant recommend this business enough. Not only was he personable and professional, but my screen is working great and the repair took less than an hour. We arent local but if you are, this is a great place for all your electronic repair needs.

I have been a frequent flyer and this guy in Martinsburg is awesome. I am somewhat rough on phones. He has fixed cracked screens and pulled data from a phone that I took him today that I ran over with a truck on a gravel road. All repairs were done on the spot for me, unlike the cell phone stores trying to sell me something new because they don’t repair anything.

This was the best customer service I have ever had. Repair was super fast. Replaced the screen while I waited. I had to take info off the phone so that I could trade it in. They walked me through the steps to do that. That caring additional service is hard to find today. It was extremely appreciated. The manager or owner was polite and knowledgeable about cellphones, touch screens and the changes these electronic devices have and are going through. Even when he knew I wasnt having anything repaired at the time.He continued to work and speak with me. His prices were half of what youd pay in DC and if he had it in stock you could probably wait and watch while he repaired it.I would definitely use his service if I had a problem.

I called on the phone wanting to know about getting my screen fixed. Over the phone, he was very polite and was able to tell me a price of how much it would cost. When I went into the store, he checked my mic, speaker, and cameras before fixing my phone and after. My screen looks great and the price was very reasonable. If I have phone problems again in the future, I will definitely be returning to this business for repairs.

We arrived on Monday am with a work laptop for repair. We were assured it would be 2 to 3 days. Today is Friday, I had to call in to be told it could not be fixed and I could purchase a computer from them!!!! Total rip off!!!! Totally unacceptable!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE GO TO BEST BUY!!!!!!! The camera in my Samsung 9S phone started giving poor quality pictures. I took it to this shop and the camera was replaced expertly and at a reasonable price. I was extremely pleased with this work and I highly recommend this shop for anyone wanting a cell phone repaired.

Awesome and prompt service! Highly recommended! My phone black-screened, leaving me unable to do anything and unable to move my data to the new phone I had already purchased. My provider referred my here and initially I was skeptical. But boy was I surprised. The owner, Riz, was great! He gave me my option up front - either change the screen or install a screen temporarily just so we could transfer the data. I chose the latter and cheaper option and he made it easy. He even stayed late, until almost 7 pm, making sure everything was just right with my data transfer. I could not have asked for anything more. Before I was a skeptic. Now this is the first place I would go and the first place I recommend my friends and family go to should need arise. A++++++

Got my phone screen fixed here, next day is was spazzing out and freezes up every time Id click on something. Id have to turn my phone off and back on to get it to work. Then the screen broke yet again. Never coming back and waste of money.

None of the big repair chains would replace a battery on a Pixel One, citing parts were no longer available. I checked online, parts were available everywhere. Called the two big ones back and asked if I brought in parts could I pay for labor? The answer was a big fat no! Found ConnectA Cell on a Google search late in the day was surprised to hear from the salesman he could fix it the next day in about an hour! I paid in advance and sure enough I dropped it off around 3 the next day and had it back fixed by 4. Thanks for your prompt professional service!

Went in about two weeks ago to get my iPhone 11 Max pro fixed. It had a shattered screen and while a bit pricey (which I was expecting and you should too) they fixed my phone in a few days and it’s been working great since then. Second phone they have fixed for me and both experiences have been great. Highly recommend them. Side note Apple doesn’t want outside companies fixing their devices anymore so a notification will pop up saying that Apple can’t guarantee the screen is correct or whatever but it goes away in a few days.

These guys can fix anything related to a cell phone. U.S. Cellular could not transfer my contacts, calendar, memos, or anything else to my new phone because the screen on my old phone was damaged. ConnectA WAS ABLE TO TRANSFER EVERYTHING! The store is tiny and a little funky and hard to find but definitely worth the trip!

I’m not usually a person who will go out of the way to post negatively but I’d like to give fair warning not to pay in full before having your product finished by this store.I was trying to save a couple dollars after I was given an Apple Watch Series 1 that had a crack.I had made a million calls and to try to find someone to fix it, no avail. The man I’m presuming who owns to store was the only one who said could help me, I was beyond excited. He promised that it’ll be $89.99 to have it completely repaired and that it would be a quick/easy fix. I saw the reviews here and felt this person could be trusted.I go in, gave them my watch and went ahead and fully paid (which was actually $96.76.. but ok)so it could be out of the way.To allow time, I waited two days and heard nothing. It came to the weekend and I decided to call at 1pm. Word for word, “I’ve checked the tracking and it says it’s out for delivery. As soon as I get in, I’ll have it fixed and ready for you today. “ Great! .... 5pm rolls around. They close at 6.I call again to be told that the screen hasn’t been shipped! To put on top, it MAY be there on Monday.Well, I went ahead and bought a brand new watch and got my product and refund returned.He flat out lied. I honestly don’t believe he even ordered it because I’m sure if the whatever company he used had made an error like that, they would have overnighted it. I was very disappointed on how unprofessional the experience was and will never return.

The power button fell off my Samsung Galaxy S5 earlier this afternoon. So I searched Google for a cellphone repair shop in my area and came across ConnectACell in Martinsburg. So I gave them a call, spoke to Riz about my phone and he told me he could repair the phone today if I bring it before 4pm. Went to the shop, dropped off the phone and he told me to came back in a 1hr. When I went back to the shop, the phone was fixed and he even replaced my beat up cellphone frame. Riz is the man!! Prices are reasonable and the service is great. Highly recommend ConnectACell.

So ...I heard this was a great place for phone repairs so I decided to give them a try, I have needed a battery for my iPhone 6 plus I stopped by spoke with someone who said they could do it. I was very excited because I have had a hard few months since the passing of my boyfriend, and I was very excited to view his messages, and pictures once again. I went by the sign said open, bit the door was locked so I went home, and called person stated they were running late, so I said I would come back. Next time I came by there was a not on the door be back at 3 pm door stated it was open at 10.00 am so I was a bit confused called again, and he stated that note was old, he forgot to take it down, and that he had a problem at the gas station thats why he was late this time. I told him how important it was to me about my phone to please be there on time on the 31 st today so I could get my phone repaired. He said no worries he would be there, and on time ...flash forward to today, AGAIN!! no one is there. So that said what a DISGUSTING way to do business, Ill make sure I tell everyone I know, and also load all my social media with this review about the poor business I experienced they should really give me a free battery for all those wasted trips, and my time...!! What a waste!!! Dont go there very unprofessional!!

I dropped off my iPod last Saturday was told it would be ready on Friday the following week came here Friday and they said its not ready yet I just wish people could keep their word thats all I dont think Im asking for much is it too hard for people to actually keep their word and tell me its going to be ready on a date and have it ready...… so what you are saying is you had the part and you had my ipod for a week and you told me it would be done and it was not. If you had the part and my ipod why didnt it get done.... I didnt curse out your employee trust me on that. I didnt curse at you I am upset that you could not keep your promise.... if the repair only took 5-10 minutes then why was it not done in the week that you had it

Supposed to be open 10am mon. Through sat. Came at 10:15 and still closed. Call the number, says open 10am to whenever if someone isnt answering they are busy serving other people! Door locked, lights off, business clearly not taken seriously.

Fixed a phone but didnt stand behind work. If you are coming here to avoid a deductible like I did, dont waste your time or money. Pay the deductible to your provider or buy a new phone. Was without a phone over four weeks. Ridiculous!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, HERE IS WHY! Recently I got a call from the police department & they have informed me that the boy who fixed my phone was accused of taking my photos & sending them to his phone number. There were about 4 other female victims & he took their nudes & sent them to his phone as well. This f***ing kid is now arrested, thank god! But....still dont trust that place. If you happen to still go over there, & they ask for your passcode, they really dont need it! Its just for them to look through your phone if they get bored, IN MY OPINION. If they need something, they can ask you to unlock it while you watch them do what they SHOULD be doing. I wish I can get my money back, but I wasnt going to go that far with them. Anyways, Im disgusted about what happened, & now Im aware.

I do NOT recommend this place at all! The comment Im making is in reference to the Martinsburg store located at 970 Foxcroft Ave Suite #107.... As some of you know, I do troubleshooting for a Financial Institution which means I need my phone at times to identify outages and recreate issues. With that being said, I broke the screen of my phone and went to this place to have my screen fixed (I could and should have used my insurance since it was cheaper and guareenteed but I couldnt wait because I worked that Sunday). When I went to have the screen fixed, they didnt have the screen in so he offered me a Galaxy Note & told me if I had issues to bring it back and theyd fix my phone because they should have the screens in stock ($192+ which was the same price to have my screen fixed).. long story short the phone he sold me was a faulty device and had to be returned so I went to get my phone fixed. Well my phone turned out worse! Now I have a phone that freezes, at times will not dial numbers, does not connect to bluetooth, and the front camera quality is dark and blurry! Fast forward, I took my phone back yesterday and told them to either fix what they messed up or take the screen out and give me my money back since my phone is still under their warranty policy... they had the audacity to tell me no to both of my request and they didnt break it. (PAUSE) There was another customer in the store (there was only 2 of us) who stated the same guy broke her phone the same way but now she cant hear and talk on it unless its on speaker phone (Thats a 100% of unsatisfied customers with broken phones that the owner refused to take ownership for)... With that being said... RUN, RUN FAR AWAY LIKE THE GUY IS ON THEIR SIGN... Guess Ill being seeing you in small claims court! 😉

This place over chargezs like crazy!! My screen was craked on my iPhone 6 & just needed the glass repaired but, they decided to replace the digitizer as well without even saying anything and then charge me $171!!!!!!
