I really enjoyed my experience at this 880 Fox Croft Ave Martinsburg WV location! Paul was able to help me find the correct promotion for me and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. I highly recommend Paul to help you with your cellular needs. The Commons location gave me the wrong promotion information and they weren’t willing to help me get a new phone. Everyone one here was super friendly, we ran into a few issues but it didnt take them long to resolve it. I mainly dealt with Joel and he was just the nicest employee and really wanted to make sure my experience was top knotch. Other employees I had the pleasure of speaking to I believe were Ashley, Adam and Taylor. Although I wont be needing to upgrade my phone again anytime soon I know I can come here any time I need assistance and will receive their undivided attention. They make you feel like your one of their best friends :)

Yep you guessed it Im a bit upset I just left that store for the third time and final time I must say The people were friendly enough but I could not get an account because it kept saying I have a Sprint account they called Sprint of course Sprint says I dont have an account there theres no way for them to override anything or or whatever. they expect me to do all of the running around and getting information when they have it all right there at their fingertips. No one offered me a SIM card so that maybe I could handle it through the main number or anything like that Good luck to you that have you cuz to me thats not very good customer service when you cannot do something that you have all the control over Sprint is you or you are Sprint one of the two its ridiculous Guess Ill go with AT&T maybe Ill get somewhere there

Very good and knowledgeable staff here. I was having issues with T-Mobile customer support is decided to go into the Martinsburg location and was able to receive great service. I highly recommend going to this T-Mobile location.

My phone was dropping calls so I went in and the girl working knew exactly what to do. I was in and out in ten minutes with a new sims card and she double checked like 3 things to make sure it was right. Overall the employee was really helpful and very smart.

I went in just to pay a phone bill and i waited not 5 minutes, but 15 minutes just to be acknowledged and then more following that to be taken care of! Worst customer service i’ve seen yet!

Staff was nice, and tried to be helpful. But this store is so dirty. It looks like they dont clean their phones ever. Not a place Id recommend going into considering whats going on in the world right now.

First time with T-Mobile. A very positive experience. Christie was awesome. She gave us all the information, everything she listed - was correct, rates, etc. We made an appointment, no waiting. Highly recommend this phone carrier, their deals cant be beat by anyone else and this particular store is great. Recommend asking for Christie.

He worked his tail off to get us set up and to chase down an issue with porting one of our lines (it turned out this issue was not T-Mobile’s or anyone else’s fault, just a fact of life in telecommunications). Absolutely amazing!! These employees are very knowledgeable on on their products and services. I was helped within 5 minutes of walking through the door, had the phone I wanted in stock as well as the accessories I needed for the device. I was only in the store for about 35 minutes. Strongly recommend!

They could not accept my cash payment due to a problem with their computer. The guy tried to call for help like 6 times and nobody not even the boss could help. T-mobile sucks and so does the CEO for patronizing trump Hotels

The people are nice but not knowledgeable of the products they are selling ....I purchased a edge and I was told I didnt have to get the second phone and I can still claim the Mastercard gift card and spend it the way I want upon receiving the card in the mail ....I asked the employee to please verify that the statement he is saying to me is true because I dont need a second phone for any reason since I am a Verizon customer I just wanted to take advantage of t-mobile unlimited Internet when I called customer service to redeem my gift card they said I needed to have purchased 2 phones to put in a claim for the gift card ... I havent returned back to the store but I called I havent got a call from a manager to resolve the issue so I am going up there today ...if this doesnt get resolve properly I will just keep my business with Verizon...I expect when I am told something thats what happens nothing more or less ....

Absolutely awful. Went in because I had changed my passcode on my iPhone and could not remember the code. Went in for time to help me, as I have service with them and bought the phone there. The idiot at the front couldn’t help me and insisted my phone is done and I should buy a new one. He asked his expert iPhone guy in the back and said the same thing to him. Didn’t even come out to talk to me. I said ok. I went home, logged on the apple page. Long story short, fixed it myself with simple instructions I followed for the apple page. Fire all of them if you manage this store. They are total clowns. Lazy pos!!!!

The only good thing about this store is that its clean. Your lucky if you get half decent service here. There is barely an phones in stock much less anything else. Improperly trained employees. The guy who helped us barely had any idea what he was doing and the woman who knew what she was doing could care less to help him, instead she opted to sit on her phone. We were there FOR 3 HOURS. Rediculous service. Avoid this location if you can.

Went in to return a phone and 2 people were available and one girl was with a customer. The girl Asia offered to help and when she found out I was doing a return she said she doesnt know how to do that. So the girl that was with another customer came over and helped. And instead of Asia watching to see how to do it she was on instagram watching peoples stories. Slow customer service but friendly. If you need anything done I would suggest going to a different store.

I love going here. Always get helped right away and I like that they verify me, even if they know me, makes me feel safe about my account

Friendly people, I came in 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night to pick up a new phone, due to some errors on my part there was some complications with transferring from my android to iPhone so it took longer than expected they worked with me and was patient and helped with things I was up to date on.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable reps.
