I just updated my phone to the IPhone11 yesterday and the service I received was far from horrid. It was some of the best customer service I have gotten in God knows how long. The two guys I talked too were so nice . The one we sat and talked about the way the world is today, it was nice because he clearly had some different view points than I had, but there we were be civil and sometimes it’s nice seeing things from a different view point. The other gentleman hun and I talked about family and you could sure see how proud he was . It just gives me hope there is good in this world, so thank you and I highly recommend visiting this store !

Scarleth is absolutely amazing! She spent as much time with us as needed to help us with our very complicated situation, and she did it with a smile on her face the entire time. I had an amazing experience with Anthony. Highly knowledgeable about the process of upgrading and about the overall services provided by Sprint, Anthony eliminated a process that can be quite cumbersome and overwhelming for customers. Although I dont consider myself a person to be overwhelmed easily, the inundation of intricacies that Sprint has integrated into their contracts can make the process frustrating but Anthony certainly streamlined processes and make the experience quite enjoyable. Busy but friendly and thorough. Only criticism is the staff didnt uphold the mandatory mask rule during covid-19 directive by the governor letting people who didnt have masks still come in. They should have had masks for them.

1.) They always help me everytime I came in a did a new line and device to my account with extraordinary customer service.2.) They always have great promotions than most stores and took care of me as an existing customer.3.) They within 30 minutes transferred about 16-20GB of data over to my new phone.4.) Staff worked as a team and helped me when the store was slow they also took care of explaining the bill to me which was accurate after my first month of new services or my upgrades added.5.) More factual than opinion based when recommending a new phone, they asked questions instead of just trying to sale me something.6.) They answered any concerns I had and reassured me over everything Ive bought and made sure I was satisfied.7.)The store was clean with refrigerated water offered.Im happy with the service and these guys are the example that any cell phone store should follow. Thank you everyone for being awesome.

Great store and customer service! I went to get a s10+ and start a new plan at another sprint store and was going to pay 380+ tax out the door. I drove 30min to this store and played 240+ tax out the door and was able to speak with workers that actually knew what they were talking about! Please go in and ask for Michael Reimal or Peter Getz if you want to get a good deal and actual good help getting set up.

I love coming to this Sprint because anytime I have any kind of question or anything I just go in go to Kirby and he always helps me right out. Just like I have to go in today because of something with my bill and I know hell surely help to figure it out. Just to let you know he is not the only person I go to any of the employees in there always have a smile on their face and are happy to help you.

I had a phone problem with my LG G4 that I purchased back at a third party store in November that wouldnt even turn on, and they completed replaced the phone without a single cent out of pocket. I didnt even have to go through my insurance (since it was a manufacturer issue) and wasnt charged the deductible. The store is wonderful, staff is fantastic and I was very pleased with my experience. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

If I didnt have to click on the star to leave a review, then there would not be a star rating under me. Every time I go into this store I feel as if I could have gotten better help from a 3 year old. They do not care about their customers & never want to help me. Pete was the associate helping me & he was very rude & disinterested in anything I had to say. I have had no use in 2 of my lines for the past week, yet Im still paying them for it.

Awesome helpful staff! My brother and I always go to the same person when we go and he takes care of us. Everyone in there is extremely knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help. I especially like how comfortable the environment, other places you walk in and the salesmans circle like vultures but here you walk in and they get you exactly what you want and make suggestions based on your preference and what youre trying to accomplish. Absolutely a good experience.

I was down this past weekend to add a line and upgrade my phone. I was lucky enough to have Mike Reimel and Matt Weaver as my associates. They were slammed with customers but still took their time and helped me with what I needed and never made me feel rushed whatsoever. They were both very well educated with the plans and any questions I asked were answered with no hesitation. Great job guys!

Worst customer service of any sprint store I have ever been to. I needed a simple phone swap. I brought in a Note 4 and wanted to switch the service to an IPhone 6plus that I already owned. The manager and another employee told me that it was against their policy to do the swap. I knew it was a lie because I have done it many times before. I was going to record them telling me that it was against their policy, but they threatened to kick me out and call the police. For what? I dont know. I would recommend going to the store in the shopping center by Logans steakhouse. Much better customer service.

It was an easy process to get my new phone and it didnt take forever either.

Sprint has a mass quantity of HTC M 10 and the sales Rep pushed me to buy it. He said it was so durable that I wouldnt need a case. I got the phone and the first time I dropped it the metal dented and glass shattered . I took it back within the 14 days and expressed how upset I was about the durability of the phone. They wouldnt honor the 14 day return policy.

I loved it there! My Note 4 was not working. Peter factory reset it and gave me a new battery for free. It did not fix the problem so I went home with a brand new Samsung S6 64GB! Will Smith also was very helpful, him and Peter Getz made a good team!

I walked in at 7:46 to have a guy tell me that he could upgrade my phone but he couldnt transfer any of my data over because they stopped doing that 7:45. I get it was close to closing but that is no excuse to be lazy. You couldcsee the smirk on his face as he watched me pull out my phone to check the time. Absolutely terrible service.

I like going to Sprint the people there are nice and I like their service.

Manager is rude, and so are all the employees. I have to go out of my way to drive to Winchester just to avoid the bad service at this store. I think the staff has worked there for so long that they have become content with their job and no longer value customer service. I will switch to AT&T at the drop of a dime if I am ever disrespected like I was today. I had a simple request and they lied and told me it was against policy because I came in with only 30min till closing time.

Went to 2 different sprint stores for a sim card (was activating a sprint phone on a different network but needed a compatible sim card for my phone). Explained this to the associate and they said they could only offer me a new $15 sim card, cant guarantee if it would work with my phone, and that no refunds were possible so I left and went to another sprint store where the associate was willing to go find me the exact same phone I had that somebody had traded in and gave me the old used sim card for free.

If I could give no stars, I would. Every time we go here we get no help, only frustration. The last time we had to go in to renew our discount we got a run around on the percentages, eventually were given all but one and were advised to call CS to obtain it. This last visit pushed it over for us because the guy we had walked away from us 3 times while we were talking-you would think for something important, but no it was to shut the lights off and lock the doors with at least 6 customers in the store. Then as we were trying to get the situation figured out due to being mislead on our previous visit there, he asked if we would step to the side so he could try to help someone else. Just felt very disrespected. Will go to Best buy or Hagerstown from now on because we always get good service there, but never at the Foxcroft Martinsburg location.

Its too busy for 3 techs. Had to wait 30+ minutes to talk to someone. Luckily they have chairs.We wanted to do the BOGO S8 deal, but couldnt because we are existing customers and its for new customers only. I complained, been with Sprint 7 years. The sales person basically told us there are no benefits to being an existing customer and feel free to go to Verizon or another company. Rather disappointing.

Sprint itself is average at best, but the folks at the Sprint store are very helpful and knowledgeable
