My name is James. I recently bought two Diehard batteries for my John Deere 830 tractor. Well I installed them but they didnt have enough power to crank it up. It just wouldnt turn over fast enough. Well I thought I would return them. I guess I made the mistakes of telling the manager there that I had put them in. Anyway they would not exchange them or five me my money back. Just stopped in Advance Auto on Church St. in Martinsville, VA. 3 guys behind the counter. I walked up and down every Isle. I was in the store, for about 10 minutes, and the only customer at the time. Not once did any of these guys ask if I needed any help. Then when I went to check out, 2 of the guys had gone in the back, and the one guy at the counter rolled his eyes and seemed like he was bothered with having to ring me up. Then gave me my receipt, said have a good day, and walked away. No bag. Poor poor poor customer service. Im sorry that I stopped here and disturbed your quiet time. Dont worry, I wont be back.

I was very concerned when my service engine light came on in my car. I went to AAP and spoke with three different employees. One was incredibly unhelpful and gave me misleading information. One was kind, but not very helpful. The last employee I talked to however went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of the issue in my car and to help me understand the problem and troubleshoot the problem. If you go to AAP dont waste your time with the older woman (whos probably to busy smoking to help you out anyway). Get your help from the knowledgable, kind, and helpful young man with the frizzy hair (sorry I forgot to get his name). Hes the best!

Called store to get price and availability for a battery, it was in stock so I pulled my old one and was on my way. Associate never even pulled my vehicle up on the computer but just picked my battery from the shelf. Guess what?... wrong battery. After returning she could not figure out the correct one for my vehicle. Sooo.. I found it myself and left. SMH. Wow Advance Auto.
