Called ahead, told us it wouldnt take long. They werent even busy, just went for a tire rotation and a oil change and it took 3.5 hours.

Worst customer service. Dont have the inventory they say they have. Workers have no clue whats going on and lazy.

Worst experience ever!! Spent 2 hrs just to get a battery put in. How many mechanics does it take to perform an oil change.....3! Which is why no one could assist me because there were 3 people working on one simple oil change on another vehicle. Fast forward 9 months, and the battery i bought with a 1yr warranty went dead while driving with my 3 small children in 90 degree weather. Was told i had to take the battery out and bring it to them to test. Get there, and they tell me not only do they have to test it (which told them the battery was dead), but that they needed to also charge it for over an hour for it to tell them AGAIN that the battery was dead in order to replace it. I will NEVER use Walmart Automotive again!!!!

I went to Walmart auto to get an oil change today and never got assisted! I waited in line for an hour along with one other car and NEITHER of us were ever greeted! I went inside to ask to speak with the manager and was told that he was on lunch. 10 mins later I saw the manager come back, went inside and came back out and still never acknowledged me. I then went back inside and explained to the manager that Ive been waiting now for over an hour and was never even greeted and the mechanics were taking cars that came in AFTER me. All he could say was that they were short handed, and I was still never offered any assistance.So I ended up leaving after I realized he just simply didnt care. Terrible experience.

I showed up at 6:58am to be told by a man working there that was outside, very rudely, that they didnt open till 7. When the doors opened at 7, I waited for another 10 minutes for someone to actually come rushing through the door telling me I would have to wait until he could punch in because he was late. When I waited another 10 minutes for this guy to punch in, we walked outside to find 2 other cars in line and when the first guy was asked his coworker did he write up any of the cars there, he stated it wasnt his job. Long story short, the prices are good but customer service is a joke!

The staff was very helpful but I couldnt get my oil changed because of some Walmart corporate policy. I wanted Mobile1 5W40 turbo diesel oil in my duramax but they said they can only use 15W40!!! So needless to say I went to another business for my service needs. Why I ever went to them for service... what a waste of precious time... a business that supports in so many ways communist China.

Absolutely the WORST place I have ever been too.. Took so long that the manager didnt charge me for the tire rotation. well over a hour and a half for a oil change and tire rotation.. Then when as the gentleman brought me my keys he said he are your keys BRO ! LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT ?

Lied about price of tire and didnt even have the tire they said they had I had to go somewhere else and waste of gas and had to wait an extra day dont buy tires from there

If you are up to and have the time to pull out a dozen carts to find one that will actually ROLL a little bit, well Good luck with that. Ive complained to management recently and was told Well, we got new carts. and We fixed some wheels. Not sure what Walmart THEY were talking about because it wasnt this one.If you do get one that rolls, you are stuck with wop, wop, wop of at least one wheel, and you have to fight to push it empty - so its even worse as you put your groceries in. Good luck with not running off into a ditch. Its just not worth it. Will have to shop elsewhere until they understand that people have to actually PUSH the carts to buy groceries there.
