I did not make a purchase at this store, but was assisted by Cindy in finding a store that had the product I wanted. I believe Cindy went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. If I have to shop at NAPA again I will drive down from Indy just to work with Cindy.

Very knowledgeable and parts are usually in stock. If not within 3-4 hours. Also, Ive noticed that their pricing is about the same as the other parts stores but NAPA has higher quality parts.

I always go here 1st. They have what I need. Or will in the morning, shipment. That 1/2 adjustment is their for a reason. Dont go shorter or longer!

Theyve always been quite helpful for me and if they dont have it they usually have some recommendation to check.Only place I shop for parts, unless they are closed - but with their new hours, its rare.Also, they seem to have a better selection for heavier duty trucks and even some weld equipment.

However, the new owner (Toy) has instituted some changes that are making me consider other sources. Why no stools for your customers? I had a double lung transplant so my wife went in to purchase a riding lawn battery 1st went in to see if they did which then they know why we are there didnt offer to bring the old one in or take out new one auto zone does this not going back

I went in to get a headlight,walked out, put in the headlight(hood was already up),saw I had a turn signal light out, turned around to walk back in...and they locked the door behind me. Then told me they were closed...couldnt even help with a simple turn signal light? I wont be back.....
