I bought a trailer from Rich over the phone. I was a bit skeptical of buying something sight unseen. Rich told me about the trailer and I decided to go ahead and buy it. I talked to him a Friday and he delivered the trailer personally on Saturday. Could not be happier with his customer service, he went well out of his way to get the trailer to me. I recommend this place 100%.

I dealt with the owner about a piece of equipment for several weeks. I drove 24 hrs to pick it up, when i arrived the machine was not even functioning correctly. I was told it was like new and the best used machine he has ever seen. When i get there the back window was broken, cracks in the frame, and the list of broken items i discovered was large. The owner lied to my face and said its been that way. i had pictures to prove that it wasnt. i caught him in serval other lies to my face. I felt like i was being scammed!! I spent $1,000 in traveling cost because i was lied to.Update: since the owner replied to this review I just double checked the address and the pictures listed in this review. This is the same place and he is the person I talked to.
