Some of the worst service I have ever experienced and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Took them a week to diagnose. Fine. Explained the solution to my problem. Gave a lead time of a week to fix. Over two weeks later, they explain the diagnosis wasn’t accurate and more work needs done. I decided to pick the tractor up without finishing the work being I am a month into this. They said it would be ready in 3 hours to pick up. I’m here 4 hours later and they’ve done nothing with it. Not ready.

I found out for the last 2 years this place had been taking money from me and not fixing my mower correctly. I took it to someone different with the exact same issues that I took ot to these people for and found out it did indeed have the things that should have been found and fixed previously. On top of me asking to have the blades sharpened which had never been sharpened but I paid for it and the blades were in such bad shape I had to have them replaced. So needless to say i have a new mower mechanic. Never again will i go to Tom Wood Outdoor Equipment.

Couldnt ask for better service. They fixedmy tractor in a decent time and were nice people. Randy took good care of me on my problems when the other dealer would not. I will be buying and taking all of my business to Tomwood outdoors! Dont ever buy equipment from Roudebush in Westfield they are not willing to fix equipment after you buy it. Wouldnt count on them for anything. Spare yourself troubles found at other dealers and shop at Tomwood outdoors.

All Im going to say is they never call you back when they say they will, Make an appointment to pick up your mower and they text to confirm, they dont bother to call. Never again will i do business with them again.
