I wish this store was in a better, nicer location. Its kind of in a sketchy part of town. I have anxiety for the safety of.the staff. Some of the addicts and homeless are aggressive and wild. Other than that, the shop is clean and beautifully decorated with all the bits and bobs of B&BW. Bright and cheerful and the staff are equally energetic. Stay safe, ladies and gents.

This was my first visit to this store. It was kind of hard to find when you enter the shopping center. Its tucked in the corner of big lots. Youd have to drive around for a while to see the entrance. Otherwise the store was overly. Good selections of lotions. Creams candles and hand soaps

The store was very clean! They had a hand sanitizer station when you first came in as well as a table with bags to put your stuff in that doubles for carrying out your purchase. The employees were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The selection was pretty good, lots of new fall scented candles, not many for body care. Many things were on sale. I really wanted to smell the fragrances as Im super picky, especially for pumpkin inspired ones. Love coming here to get my fall smell fix!

I really like this location. It is usually quiet and the staff very helpful and personable. Candle day was even civilized. My visit was to use some of the coupons that I received in the mail and the staff helped me figure out how they (the coupons) worked. I like having a Bath and Body Works with a small-town identity.

The staff and shared a few laughs they are easy going and very helpful which can be difficult around the holiday season but they managed to still crack a smile, laugh, and get me awesome customer service. Got what I came for and they always have fun deals.

The employees here were wonderful! I came in close to closing time, but they didnt seem bothered at all. There were a handful of people still in the store but one of the employees greeted me right away and helped me figure it what I was looking for, she also happily helped me with my exchange. I had a wonderful experience at the Marysville, WA store yesterday 3/26 at 12:30 pm. The sales person was so accommodating. She met me at the door with a mesh bag wanting to assist me. I walk with a cane and was hurting. I asked if she had a chair and I could shop sitting. She went to back room and produced a folding chair. I shared my favorite fragrances and she filled the bag with my favorite 3 for 3 sale.(6) plus a travel set. I was parked at the register and also bought a candle and the new spring perfume out soon. I walked out so happy and my bill was around 100.00 with so much product and a wonderful sales associate. Excellent service❤

I always have a great visit here. It is an experience to check out the trending scents for the upcoming seasons & holidays . Sales reps most helpful and pleasant shopping environment.

Today was the buy 3 get 3 free everything in the store. I picked out 6 candles all the same price $24.50. When I got to the check out one of the candles did not ring up as part of the deal. Instead of making it right so I could get the deal and leave a happy customer, they said too bad that candle should not have been out for sale yet. So I walked away without buying anything to prove a point. I went online to see if that particular candles was or was not part of the sale and it is part of the Black Friday deal. The manager needs to get it together and learn some customer service skills.

Many wonderful smells and fragrances. I always get a 3 stick candle, lotion, and a spray every time I go there. That store is great!!

The staff quickly understood that I knew what I wanted and was there to get it and checkout quickly. Lost a star cuz I miss the Lemon and Limelight sprays - bring back the straight citrus scents!

Small but enjoyable area, between big lots and right aid. Also a JCPenneys and pet store, grocery store steps away. This is a great little shopping area. Some days there are homeless people sleeping on sidewalk in front of the grocery store or picking at themselves begging. I avoid the grocery store . Feel safe at other side of mall though.

I love their inventory and buy for all my family and friends. Plus for myself I buy enough to last me a year and now is the time to shop and restock!!!!!

Recently moved here and was pleasantly surprised to find one so close to home. I dont know if its because Im a minority or if the cashier was just having a hard day but she gave me attitude when I wanted to use a coupon on my phone. Otherwise, the store and its products are what you would expect at any of the others.

This place always has a great selection of candles and soaps and lotions and that sort of thing. They always get new scents in with each season so it changes up and theres always new stuff.

The reason I give this Bath & Body Works 3 stars and not 4 or 5 is because every time I go in this store the employees hover around me as I shop around the store. I shop at this store regularly, too. I do not appreciate being harassed with customer service while Im shopping.

Found what I needed for Xmas gifts. just started. This Msvl store is small so not that well stocked; had to go on line to finish getting what I was looking for.

That place was packed, I had taken my client there to shop for a Christmas gift and she cant walk or stand very well but we waited in line like the rest then they opened up a third check out and people who had just gotten in line got to go first which to me wasnt right. Their products are way over priced. Wouldnt recommend that place to anyone.
