Made an appointment one week ahead of time to get my Covid shot,To find out they’re out of Pfizer. I scheduled the appointment because I asked for that day off. They have two doses but it’s for people who’s on the second shot. (It would have been nice if I was notified).

Hit or miss if your prescription will be ready. Sometimes 10-12 hours notice is enough time to fill a prescription and surprisingly sometimes it is not. So sometimes you will discover your prescription is not ready for pick up after waiting in line and then they ask if you can wait 10 minutes so they can quickly fill it which holds the line up. I have been in line waiting behind someone who is willing to wait those 10 minutes to get their stuff filled all the while the line just grows and grows behind them. They are obviously busy, but it definitely shows an unorganized and chaotic atmosphere. They also dropped the ball on my Covid vaccine… The pharmacist had no customer service skills and did not have his head on a swivel so he didn’t see me waiting in line for a scheduled appointment. The branch in Marysville on 116th street appears to be more organized.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been at this pharmacy for years and have seen alot of turn around. I dont what happened but something has recently changed and it sucks. Grey hair lady is a rude anda lier . Ishe told it be an hour till I got new prescriptions I told oby my doctorleft the office an hour ago and she told me they should be ready by the time I got there. grey hair lady stated that I should not believe the doctor and they are backed up doing vaccination s. I only seen one person unless they are all hiding in the back room. Very unprofessional and now I sit here at alberttson eating fried chicken waiting. I have never experienced this from this store. You might want to clean out the garbage or hire more people.

It was a surprise when my lifelong pharmacy closed, but Rite Aid handled the transition great. This store is always clean and the employees are friendly. I appreciate theyre open until 9pm.

I have worked in customer service for over 10 years, and with that experience I leave Rite Aid pharmacy one very important piece of advice:Never let your customer see that youre frustrated by other customers. Not only is it unprofessional, but it makes you look incompetent. It makes you seem like you arent qualified. To say to another employee, talking on the phone to a customer these people cant just call me at the last minute, I have 40 orders to finish while this is a very legitimate reason to be frustrated, you need to keep that to yourself, and find a better way to communicate that to a paying customer. Yes, we are customers, were paying you to perform a service. Act like it.

I shop at different Rite Aid locations but I like coming to this one because of the knowledgeable staff and friendly sincere staff. (Maria) always cheerful and confident. I go to the dollar store but the staff are overworked underpaid and rush you threw without any eye contact.

The employees make the rite Aid store a home town feel. Like the pharmacy they are the best. Our store in Marysville has a young employee that really should be a manager in customer service. Her name is Christiana,she knows almost every customers name. Check her out !

I love the pharmacy employees there great they. Make sure that they have what i need when its time for a refill,Been at the same pharmacy for 9 years, I like to shop there except for some reason the cashiers or their register s take forever,so I usually pay at the pharmacy if I can,

I used to enjoy going there to pick up my prescription monthly. But the one guy that used to work the register at the pharmacy left after getting married and all you know what hit the fan. The blond pharmacist is absolutely rude and talks down to her customers. She tried to explain to me about coordination of benefits through insurance to which she talked to me like I was a two-year-old. First of all I work for insurance and have been doing it for probably longer than shes been breathing on this Earth. For her to talk down to somebody whether or not they no insurance or not is unexcusable. She never is smiling she always seems like shes got a stick up her butt and she is just plain rude. For her and the rest of the pharmacy and their rude attitude towards their customers has caused me to take my business elsewhere. If you dont like working in a customer service related job then maybe you should figure out somewhere else to work. Preferably somewhere that doesnt deal with people because they suck at it

I take several medications and the staff at Rite Aid Marysville Mall is always very good to me.I do however have a pretty large problem with one of my medications that I take every month. Every month I go online and request a refill through the pharmacy online site and sometimes I do so by phone. I would say that once every three months something happens to my prescription refill request and neither the pharmacy nor the doctors office claim to have it! I am very good about giving my doctor the 3 days to get the medication refilled and I cant request a refill too early... or she will not approve the refill. So I wind up having to call the doctors office to request the refill and check the status of the refill; when this happens. Also I call the pharmacy to confirm that the refill has been filled. This is frustrating if it happens once or twice. It is down-right ridiculous when it happens once every 3 months. AND it is always with the SAME medication. This has been going on for 1 year. Neither the pharmacy nor the doctors office seem to know (or will not tell me) where the disconnect lies. If I did not have to hassle with this one med so much I would have left a better review. This last time I was actually in a doctor appointment last month. My doctor told me that she was faxing the pharmacy with an okay to fill on this date next month. I got nervous about that and called the day before the refill was to be ready (today). What do you think happened? Neither the pharmacy nor the doctors office have any record of the doctors okay for my refill this month. Nice...

This store is ridiculous, a guy came up to me and asked if i needed assitance and didnt even have a name tag on and looked at me suspicously like if i did something wrong and what really made me mad was that the fact that he went and followed me to Albertons and was talking to one of the employees there and pointing at me as he was talking, like if i was going to shoplift, this is really outrageous.

All rite aid pharmacies say ONLINE they open at 8:00AM went to 4 different rite aids and ALL OF THEM dont open until 9:00AM. They need to fix their websites time or fix the stores time because I just wasted a hour when I should be at work. And wasted gas that I dont have. Such Bull spit. Pharmacy takes too long to fill prescriptions when youre in pain or youre sick. I called the local pharmacy across the street and asked how long it should take, a fraction of the time that it takes. so Im going back to the local pharmacy where my money stays here in town.
