Rude and condescending representative. High pressure to upsell. They refused to accommodate my health exemption from unlawful mask mandate causing me to experience anxiety and rise in blood pressure (this is DISCRIMINATION according to federal statute.) They also put my account on paperless billing without my knowledge or consent. I will NEVER return to this location and will be sharing this experience with my large online group that monitors local business mask policies.

Don’t do the trade in bonus it’s a scamYou won’t get 700$ they lose your device once you mail it in so you can’t even ask for it back only got 350$ when my device was new never been taken out of case and should’ve qualified for 700$ on iPhone XR can’t wait to see if I get 350$ for iPhone 6s really dissatisfied

My phone went to safe mode and I was worried about losing nice pictures Of my 9 month old daughter I could never replace so I went there to get help transferring them to a new phone. Unfortunately they told me the pictures would transfer and I could leave my old phone as a trade in in my pictures never transferred. I called an hour later and told them I would be back the next day to get the transfer complete they said no problem. I went there today and they told me they Factory wiped my phone after our conversation and now I will never get pictures of my daughter that I dont have anymore back. A manager there blonde long nails and an African American Girl named Jade are the 2 most inconsiderate employees. Then they said I cant have my old phone back when I changed my mine about trading it.
The girls working there were absolutely the best, extremely patient and helpful and made us very confident in our choice to leave Verizon and join AT&T! 10/10 recommend
I would give negative stars if it was an option. Me and my family wanted to upgrade our iPhones. We were told that we had to switch to unlimited plan to use the promo offered by at&t. The staff told us that they switched us to the unlimited plan to take benefit of the promo and the guy ensured that he did switch it. However, when we got our first billing statement, it stated that we were still on our old plan and we were expected to pay the full price for the upgraded phones. We went back to the store and they switched it to the unlimited plan after. Because of the mistake made by the at&t employee, it now says that we switched plan after upgrading the phones. Because of this, we are still expected to pay full price and not be eligible for promo. This is unfair because this is a mistake made by the employee and now no one is taking responsibility for that.Very poor customer service.

I recently purchased an iPhone Xr with Shawn and Brandon (Sales Reps) and had the best experience with this store. I have always bought my phones through retail store, but this experience was extra special. My wife and I went in to the the store not knowing we were getting a new phone, but with these two they made the purchase so easy. We let them know that we had an event to be at soon, and they made it their mission to get us out on time and we made our event on time. Thank you Shawn and Brandon for making our experience a great one. We recommend coming to this store for any future phone purchases. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure sale.
We had an awesome experience working with the manager, Michael. We did have to wait a bit, but that wasnt unexpected and the employees who were there were dealing with some complicated customer issues. I liked that you could tell that the employees were willing to take their time to do right by the customers. Michael really helped us out with getting new phones and making it work out for us.
Im old and know very little to nothing about this cell phone. But the manager working was more then helpful and was very kind to me. Told me to come back with questions even!Great service.
Mike and his team did a great job getting everything taken care of us. Even though they were very busy, they were able to multi task to ensure that we were taken care of in a timely manner. Mike even spent around half an hour on the phone trying to argue for us to be on the first responder program as we own an emergency restoration company.
Rochelle helped me from the second I got there. She was very nice, informative. She answered all of my questions. Cassandra also assisted Rochelle and she was helpful and polite as well. It was getting late Rochelle was done with her shif and asked Alec to help her out, and he stepped in and did everything he could as well to make things go faster. I will visit this store again. They have amazing customer service, no pressure and real answers to my questions.
The manager Handling the whole store alone is an impressive sight. Mike was great at making it fun even though I could tell he was feeling the strain...Its sad he had to go it alone but I am impressed at his ability to multitask.

Fast friendly service, honest and good promotions
I have had a Netgear nighthawk mr1100 since February and have had poor internet service since. I have been in contact with AT&T as well as their subcontractor assyrian could not figure out what was wrong until today I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Brendan who had taken the initiative to self teach himself enough knowledge to correct the problem within 5 minutes. Thanks again Brendan you are a real asset to AT&T

Just got done switching from verizon, they need more reps but it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!! excellent explanation of prices and I was amazed at how fast it went once I was helped. I am very thankful I got to work with Elle she is really good ask for her!

Michael is a really caring person and I have always been treated very very well at this store. He always helps me with phone issues and fixes my apps. I am really thankful for him because not everyone is willing to help people for the sake of helping others. Ive seen him help people that nobody else will and he is so good with difficult old people. Exceptional is an understatement for my experience at this store with manager Mike. My partner and I travel all over America, Canada and Mexico. We have been with every different carrier imaginable. We chose AT&T because of its continental coverage and fair packages. However it is quite possible that the defining decision to stay with AT&T would zero in on our customer experience with Store manager Mike at 2059 Marysville. This man was so clear, concise and professional I think his skills are wasted on just one store. He should be in a higher position training people all over the country. I personally took notes from him to apply in my own career in customer service.

I finally switched to TMobile after 15 years. I had been sold on deals to many times that turned out to have undisclosed or poorly explained variables. Then trying to get them to fix things is near impossible. Confusing plans and very poor service. TMobile is no nonsense and I am saving about $125 on my family plan.
SO HAPPY I went to this att today! Best experience of my life, I had no idea what a difference there was with my bill and new service, I wish other stores knew what these people know.
This is the real At&t store for Marysville. Been to the other two and the staff at this one is superior in all ways. The blonde gal workin knew her stuff bout TV too cant thank her enough.
Went there to upgrade my phone and was asking about new plans in case there was a better one than my current plan. Was told there was an unlimited plan that was $15 a month cheaper than my current 15G per month plan with rollover. Found out later that this plan would not allow for my current corporate discount so in the end it boosted my bill $35! Hard lesson to learn! Needless to say as soon as my phone is paid off I will be finding a new provider.
I love my new phone and don’t even care if the bill is super high now because the girl there and her manager are so awesome. I am happy to spend my money here!

Walked in to get a new screen protector and there was no acknowledgement that I’d even walked in. Stood about looking at the products and still nothing. 5 minutes went by and nothing from either of the salespeople. They were with other customers but should have at least let me know someone would be with me.
Not good. The girl was watching TV when we got there and was not logged in to her iPad. We had to wait for awhile for her to figure out how to get logged in. She kept being distracted by the TV. She took the chair at the table so one of us had to stand. She kept taking the information card away so she could see what the plans were. She was more interested in her friends waiting out side the store than helping us update our plan. We will probably move to Verizon now after being with ATT for 15 years.
I personally believe they should find the man or woman that invented the cell phone and slap them silly! After that, find every man, woman and child who feels that it is important that everybody wants to listen in on their conversation and slap them silly too!
These guys are so helpful, super nice and awesome, but it took literally 3 hours! Come prepared for it to take forever!

This store has the best staff in all of Marysville!I have been to the big store in Smokey point and the Everett Mall also, and I was not treated nearly as well, compared to the state ave location. Jorge Lopez is the assistant manager and if you own your own business... he’s the man to see. We are planning to switch from T-Mobile this weekend and I’m excited to give my businesse to this Att. Great group of people.
Jorge and the other guy are very nice to work with. I am very glad to find this store and I was going to leave for T-Mobile but they showed me that att is better. The price is actually less and now I get 5G LTE and I had no clue that was even a thing lol

Just met Mike and his staff at this branch of Atnt. I have been doing business with a Twin Lakes Atnt. My experience at the Marysville branch supersedes all of branches I have done business with. This is the best place to get problems with my cell and DirecTV handles. Calling does no good. I was ready to leave AT&T after 25 years with them and thanks to Mike Bollen I am still with AT&T and DirecTV

I have been with att for two years now and have seriously considered switching after going to the big att in Arlington. BUT.... after paying my bill at this store and talking to the manager there I am going to stay. He added 4 more discounts to my bill and set up internet for free today for me. I didnt even think att had home wifi. I am never going to any other store from now on and I can tell you the staff here is the best Ive ever seen. Fast, friendly, affordable.
