I love Verizon, but this is very annoying. If you are going to change hours because of staffing issues or really for anything that becomes more regular, then go through the steps to officially update your hours online. There aren’t many ACTUAL Verizon stores around here and driving the 40 minutes to get here just to find that y’all are closed on EVERY SUNDAY and MONDAY (save one), it just rude. Post your hours, update your stuff on the Verizon webpage and on Google maps (the owner has the power to unilaterally change it). Do waste people’s times. It just makes us more hesitant to come and support your business in the future.

So….my family and I purchased phones in August. We left T-mobile because frankly they are awful. The cell service and the customer service is sub par. We went back to Verizon and paid whatever we needed to pay T-mobile for our phones. We’ve had Verizon in the past and we knew it was better. Long story short we traded in our t mobile phones and we were supposed to get a credit. Fast forward 2 months and still no credit. 5 phone calls and hours of hold time with the Verizon customer service later no resolution. So I decided to go into my local Verizon store and I asked for a manager. I was met by Cassie. She listened thoughtfully and considered my dilemma. They were really busy so it was a long wait to be seen. I asked if they could help me over the phone. She said no problem. She ended up calling me and helping me personally. When we got off the phone with the info she needed she kept me up to date via text while telling me about the additional services available for my account. Within hours of going into the store my issue was resolved. Without a doubt the best service I’ve received in a cell phone store ever. Thanks Cassie!!!

10 billion stars for Jose. I came in early in the day to price out some plans for opening my business account lines and making changes to my personal account. I had to leave abruptly, but I was able to come back and he picked up right where we left off. He spent almost his whole day with me looking for the best plans and discounts. Making phone calls and getting me the best finance options for devices my new business. He explained everything simply and he really knows the plans and how to give great customer service, which is sadly becoming very rare these days. He was so much more than a face to put in front of a customer. It was so refreshing to work with him. There were many places in the process where we ran into snags but he made it feel seamless and effortless. He really knows what hes doing.

I LOVE VERIZON❣❣They just keep getting better and better. Went in to get a new S21 5G and with their new trade-in program I only had to pay the $35 activation fee and taxes for my new phone! Then they have a bundle deal going for accessories so I got 4 for under $100❣

Nikki was amazing! We had a curbside pickup order as new customers. She made the pickup process smooth and quick. She provided her her business card if we needed assistance. We ended up having trouble bringing our numbers over from another carrier and called her. She assisted us through text and was prompt, courteous and helpful in response to my slight panic that our phones weren’t working properly. I would highly recommend this location and working with Nikki!

Not happy with my new phone or my new 5g service. Verizon is truly the worst, yet Im still with them...... smokey point verizon, you should be ashamed of how you run your business. Absolutely disgusted by them. I do not recommend going here unless your ready for the worst experience of your life when it comes to your bill and customer service. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. Also if you notice in the reviews, They only respond to five star reviews, not the people who actually had negative stuff happen to them. I went to this verizon store as I wanted to switch from sprint to verizon and as I walked into the store I was greeted by a friendly associate who asked if he could help me. I spent about 30 minutes purchasing a new phone they did a great job helping me through the process and are very friendly. I had trouble getting my original number connected to the new phone so I went back to verizon the next day and they took care of the entire process. I am very happy with this verizon staff.

Stopped in to get a new phone and, after talking with me for a few minutes, the rep that was working with me let me know that the new phone would be coming out within a month or so in case I wanted to wait--since the price on the older version would drop at that time. Its rare that commission based sales reps with sales goals will have the integrity to not make a sale that day even if its better for the customer. Im impressed by that and will make sure I go back to this store when I end up getting a new phone.

Needed to update credit card info, so stopped at this Verizon location. I was met at the door and asked if I had an appointment. Didnt know I needed one. The person was very rude (tall, mid 30s, male, dark hair November 1st). Wanted to know if I needed to make appointment. Explained to him that I would not be able to return. Turns out that Ive been with Verizon for so long that my pin no longer existed. I dont like to be treated with disrespect and that particular employee either needs to be retrained or terminated. Ended up going to the Lake Stevens location where the manager was extremely helpful, and I got my information updated and bought a new phone.

Wont let me pay my bill to kiosk and the two people there could care less always been able to pay my bill without a PIN number I got enough F ing pin numbers I dont need another one not to duplicate pit numbers over multiple accounts I had four phone numbers with these people Ive removed three of them to T-Mobile three phone numbers at T-Mobile cost less than one at Verizon the only reason Im keeping this Verizon wireless is for Fire service as it is the only one that works in our district. And they still charge me for wireless priority service thats supposed to be free for fire service people and Verizons only responses go to our website and theres nowhere on their website that allows you to apply because every six months you have to keep reapplying because they keep dropping you if you can get it and I havent been able to get it for 4 years now costing me an extra $10 a month thats supposed to be free for First Responders

Waiting 45 minutes for help, but there are no chairs or benches to sit on. When you have two sales people with 20 or more ( which was the case yesterday). People waiting then you should have enough consideration enough to providing seating.People were sitting all over the floor. I had to sit due to MS not giving me strength to stand. What a horrible experience this time. Wife and I went in with a broken phone fully prepared to upgrade to the phone that I want and Krystal, the so called customer service specialist, did not want to offer any help. The only thing she went out of her way to do was give us a brochure on how to file a claim for my broken phone. We had even mentioned that wed possibly like to upgrade both my wifes phone as well as mine. It was not busy in the store but for some reason we were not a priority. Great job! You could have made a good sale today.

Ive been seeing him here at verizon for a couple plus years now and he always makes sure I get what I need, good deals, and appropriate accessories.Everyone else Ive worked with is also wonderful. Speedy service, especially when you take advantage if the my Verizon make an appointment feature in the my verizon app (the best feature ever!).Love the prices of accessories and sales. I went in with a issue about my bill and asked if they could assist me. They treated melike someone they didnt want to deal with, with verbal and none verbal body language. Being a paying customer this was a big turn off and let down being I was having a really hard time trying to figure out a issue with my plan. I left and called the Everett Verizon located off Everett mall way and they quickly said they would get me in with a appointment and help me out in person. I personally will never go back to the smokey point Verizon location. If not for the Everett location I would have switched carriers.

Just like usual... waited about 20 minutes just to exchange a phone case and then waited about another 30 minutes to try and talk to someone about my account. I walked out, after getting frustrated watching employees walk in, stand around, look at me, then walk to the back.😡 There is NOTHING good about customer service from Verizon Wireless!!! Not face to face and DEFINITELY NOT via phone call (Loyalty Department). Verizon is set up to make sure you go broke. I have been hung up on the last 3 times I tried the Loyalty Department, after being on hold for almost an hour. I would not recommend this provider.

Thanks to Nick at the Smokey Point Verizon for being the one to finally fix my phone service. After going through multiple unhelpful people on the customer service line, I decide to go to the store. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes with my phone fixed. He was friendly, real, educated on phones and made the experience less painful. I will be returning to him for all of my future business

This was such a refreshing experience, especially after going to a different location yesterday and walking out due to horrible service! Today at this location, we were greeted immediately, got on a list and didnt wait long, an associate named Chris came over and greeted us as soon as it was our turn and helped us above and beyond our expectations! I cant say enough good stuff about Chris! He did a great job helping us and was pleasant and easy to talk to! We well definitely be back to this location from now on and hopefully Chris well be the one we deal with in the future!!!

I went in to this store two times within a few days. The first visit was excellent - I needed help either fixing my phone or getting a replacement and while the wait was long I was very pleased with the service.The second time I went in, it was to get help setting up the insurance furnished phone because the instructions sent with it were generic and didnt fit my situation. I waited the 15-20 minutes, then explained my situation to the manager who offered to help me. I specifically stated I didnt have any instructions and had no clue how to transfer all of my Information over. The guy took my phones, switched the battery and SIM card over, entered a few things in it then proceeded to try and sell me accessories. I did decide to buy more storage space, and paid cash. He brought me the wrong change, took 20 minutes trying to fix his first error and then brought me the wrong change again. After that he handed me my phone and said I could use the micro storage card I had bought to transfer everything over.After being corrected about shorting my change, he was surly and did not help me achieve what I had come in for help with at all. Very disappointed with their complete lack of care. Still shocked that a manager would treat a customer that way. He shouldnt be a manager if that is what he considers customer service.

They have good phone service. They charge a lot monthly. My phone always had problems. Then they gave me a replacement phone and that one had lots of problems too. The stores are always so busy. You have to wait in the store like an hour before they help you. I finally went to Straight Talk and got a phone. Half the price I was paying for Verizon. And my new phone works awesome.

Went in to get a Jetpack. When got home could not activate, called store and they said could not help but gave me 800 number. After 2.5 hours on phone found out store had assigned two numbers but did not finish paperwork for either and I had to restart the process and they had to redo everything on the phone.

Phone service great but sales associates are not informative enough to offer accurate information when switching contracts, recently wanted to buy a new phone, associate sold me the wrong phone didnt notice til I got home that is wasnt a Pixel XL but just the regular Pixel, brought it back and only got excuses. Manager acted like he was doing me a favor by not charging me a restocking fee when it was their fault. I just had them refund my money because they didnt even have the right phone in stock. I thought I was in a remake of Dumb and Dumber.

My 6 month old Jet Pack indicated No Sim Card, so called Tech Support. Tech Rep patiently walked me through several trouble-shooting steps that didnt work, so suggested I go to store & ask for new sim card. First trip to store, the Rep politely installed new sim card, & I was on my way. Next day trouble signing on to internet, another No sim card indicated. Went back to store. Rep said back of Pack loose, snapped it shut, & Jet Pack came on, screen indicated all good. Used it to access internet all evening, but guess what! Now this morning No Sim Card again. Dead in the water without internet access. WTF?

Terrible customer service. Multiple employees stocking items with a room full of customers waiting to be assisted. There is no way to visit this store and escape in under an hour, even if its just to return a simple item I paid cash for. Instead of walking around with an iPad collecting personal data from customers, take 3 minutes and actually assist them. Its the last time I visit this godforsaken place. Hencforth ill get what i need online. This is why brick and mortar retail outlets are going out of business. These people do not value their customers time. Horrible business model. Get with the times or get left behind. Additionally, the last time I was here was to find put what to do about replacing my stolen phone. Rather than even ask or attempt to find out if I had insurance on it, which I did, an associate tried to sell me the latest model at full cost. This is not a customer orientated place.

Went to this store 7 days ago. Finally found someone that wasnt rude or made me feel like I was waisting their time. I was told if I traded my phone then I would only get a $50 trade in, but if I waited tell my anniversary date I would get $100 trade in. So of couse I waited. Boy did her tune change. I went to this store to simply buy another phone since my other one was destroyed. I was greeted immediately upon entering, but they were having problems with their tablet so they referred me to another employee to take my information and que me up. After waiting a while they finally called my name and wanted all of my information again and told me I wasnt an authorized manger of our family account so I couldnt even buy a phone unless I was added, which would only take a quick 30 seconds if my dad called *611 and added me as an authorized manager. We called him and he waited on hold for about 30 minutes while I sat idle in the store. I asked the employee if I could simply look at the phones that they had to offer while I waited and they told me they were in the back and I would have to be put in the que again. They took all of my information again and told me someone was going to use it to find phones in the back. After waiting and waiting and still not seeing anyone I decided to leave and just order a new phone online which only took a matter of seconds. It just isnt worth the time and effort to get anything done at this store. I also found out that you can just activate your new device online, which they told me was impossible to do at the store. Crummy service and negligent employees at this store. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!

Everyone at this store is rude as hell! The woman walking around talking peoples info that just walked in could care LESS if the wait was over 40 minutes...I was sitting on the bench waiting and watching her and she actually laughed at a customer behind his back when she told him the wait time and he was pissed (as he should be) and walked out. Its times like this when I wish I remember peoples names. Something needs to be done about this store because this is the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I love how cell phone companies and their employees know that people NEED their service so its like dealing with the DMV now! They have that attitude of, we dont have to be nice, you need us and youll come here anyway! Awesome.

But the fact that I came in to drop eight hundred dollars or more on a new phone and this particular store wouldnt even let me take a piss is absolute bs. Friendly tip: when people are spending half a months salary in your store in one visit, the least you could do is provide a restroom. Totally unimpressed. At least the Red Robin across the parking lot is cool enough to let you piss inside and avoid a public urination ticket. Good on you, Red Robin.Aaron who we talked to us was friendly and helpful.
