I find this to be a great little store. The ladies there are always kind, patient and knowledgeable. I have purchased two phones at this store.

I had bought a phone that apparently had a “ no return policy “ due to it being a upgrade. I was never informed about that, so when I tried to return it the next day the girl had told me I can not return, when I asked why she never told me that she said “ I usually tell people it’s not returnable so I’m sorry “ yeah, because that did much help after the fact. And THEN the next day the phone literally would NOT charge and would NOT turn on. I tried calling around every metro PCS/ customer service to try and get some help. Basically. I was our $200 and had a broken phone. Do NOT go to this metro PCS. It might be all of them, but honestly that is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Metros service isnt bad but stay away from this store. I had to go in because the phone that I bought online wouldnt transfer over. The two young ladies where not wearing masks when I went in and acted like it was sooo awful that I was there. When I told them what I needed one rolled her eyes and informed me it would be better to do it online, I told her that I tried to but it wasnt working, she rolled her eyes and muttered whatever. It took 5 minutes to get the phone working, turning that time I attempted to ask question or have a conversation, big fat no go. I dont know if these girls have heard of customer service but I doubt it. I might switch phone companies just to avoid ever going back in.

I came in on Saturday 7/20 after leaving the Cricket store around the corner really upset. I felt like cricket was not loyal to me.I was greeted by Neyda and Ceci, both of which were eager to help me and were very warm and friendly ! They listened to all my wants and needs (plus a little complaining about Cricket)!I am now a HAPPY Metro customer thanks to this Store! . I am loving my new J7 and so is my wife! Our service is great at our home in Marysville!This will be my store from now on! I am very happy I made the switch!The girls working had amazing customer service with a BIG smile! They need a raise ! :)

Ive been with metro for years, and they said I couldnt do 4 lines for 100 a month unless I was switching from another cell service, and said 4 lines for me a 3 yr member would be 40 dollar more!!! So I left and got 4 lines unlimited for 100 a month at cricket with better service and coverage.

This Metro PCS is the worst one in Marysville!!! I went there to pay my bill and I gave him my money and he never put the money towards my bill, he took my cash! I do not recommend going to this Metro PCS, I go to the one up the street now on 9228 State Ave! They are so much more friendlier!

Ive been sitting outside since 9:45am and its now 10:22am and no one has yet opened the front door, so I can make my payment. This location sucks. And shouldnt even exist, if no one is going to be here on time to Penn store. This is extremely poor customer service. Millennials shouldnt smoke the night before, and maybe the store would be open on time. Just my guess!!!!!

Nice 20ish lady helped me start a new plan, switching from verizon. I wanted the $40 plan and only had 1 question. How much is a Canada plan. I need to call to and from there. She was not sure so called her manager who told her it was FREE with the plan. So she signs me up but has to put me on a $60 plan, but only for the first month, and I can change it as soon as I get home, to what I want, the $40 plan (why is unclear). I change it a few days later but of course the FREE CANADA plan is not avail. on the $40. plan. This is confirmed after 30 min with Metro Support. So now i pay $45 a month ($5 for canada) because this store answered my only question wrong, or lied and set me up with the $60. so the Canada was free for a few days.

Please do no go this place. This guy is a twat. First my fieance went to this place to pick me up a replace sim card, he would not sell her one without my phone. He told her that she could buy one online. The next day I went in with my phone and he made a deal about selling just a sim card to me (with activation) and then told me I could buy it for $25 + activation or i could buy one online. this guy is an ass I called the store In Everett on 51st they told me $15 for the sim + free activation go there instead
