Its a good place to go. Its like any other game stop but good employees that care. Still the amount you get back for a trade is not the best.

I placed an order for a Christmas gift at the beginning of November. Their site says it never shipped, but I received some random item that was different than the packing slip a few weeks later. No problem stuff happens. I looked up the return policy and it says you can return by mail or local store. I chose to return by local store as it would be faster and I needed to get the correct item, so I thought. The girl behind the counter was saying I couldnt return it in store because I bought it online, then when a manager came over she admitted she just didnt know how not that I couldnt do it. It gets worse and she cant return the money back to my card and wont ask a manager. Im tired at this point and just go along with it.I ended up having to buy from another company and getting it at the last second which I was avoiding by doing my Christmas shopping at the beginning of November. The only reason I bought from them in the first place was I was getting my BF a gift card too, so I learned my lesson and wont buy from them.On top of my experience my BF had a bad experience around the same time. He had to wait outside on black Friday because he pre-ordered an item and the store sold it out from under him. They wouldnt honor that he had pre-bought the item and could only refund it even though they had it in stock. Was told if he wanted it he had to wait outside on black Friday.

The brick and mortar is dying but these folks are trying their best! Always nice, helpful, but not pushy like a car salesman. Just people that love games and want to make sure you have a great experience when you get home. I bought a Switch here and just the advice on which accessories, games, and things to do to enhance the gaming experience are way beyond what youll get at Walmart or online. Gamestop sucks as far as their prices go, but if you find yourself in a position where youre gonna pay full price somewhere else anyway, Id stop by.

Good selection of used and new games. Friendly staff who offered good suggestions on games. The $15 membership card might not be worth it unless you are planning on purchasing games frequently.

This is just a Great place that is just stocked up on lots of new and used games and the prices are usually pretty decent especially if you are a powerup rewards member which helps you save ten to twenty percent discount off of the used games and accessories... I would definitely recommend getting at least the $15 dollar yearly subscription on the powerup rewards card if you are planning to at least be buying lots of used games and accessories to make sure that you make up at least $15 in discounts to at least make your money back and make it worth it and also get 12 monthly gaming magazines with the rewards card that show you what games are coming out and also shows some reviews on the new released games and gives you an idea of what games you are interested in... But overall its a good place with a good rewards membership that will send you magazines to basically keep you updated on what games are worth buying and which ones are not... n also the employees are usually always friendly and are also helpful when you need them to be...

This is the cleanest, best organized, and all around nicest Gamestop youll find in either Columbus or any of its surrounding areas. The staff are friendly and often youll find yourself the only customer in there so its easy to really dig deep into their selection without a care in the world. For a place this far away from the city Im always surprised by how often I find little gems here, I always make a point of stopping by and buying something when Im in the area. I dont want this store going away anytime soon.

Super mad right now. I printed the paper work to trade in my xbox at the Marysville,Oh store. It says in the paperwork to remove all your information before you bring it in. When we get there, the clerk refuses to take it because we reset it like the paperwork says. Additionally, he refused to speak to his manager because his manager is off the clock. Also, he claims their internet is too slow to press the X to go through the set-up. We wont be returning. Their pre-owned games are more expensive than the new ones at Walmart. Terrible customer service.

I always get the best service here. Store is very clean, well stocked and the Store Manager and staff are very knowledgeable!Edit: New Mgmt and it’s still stellar! You don’t see this with customer service anymore. I make sure I call them or shop there first before thinking about getting games or hardware anywhere else!

This is my go-to video game store. even though there is a best buy and sprawlmart right there this place is way better. helpful staff that actually like, play, and know video games on top of a good selection of used stuff. i always go here for my video game needs and accessories.

Way over priced. Literally, can get some of the games new at Walmart for cheaper than the used games here.

Had a defective used 360 I bought at this location. Took it back, and they insisted they wont let me leave with another broken one. A+ customer service!

Managers are stellar, as are a couple employees. One employee in particular is smothering and too persistent! Always annoy! Selection is okay, prices are high end. Typical game store.

Ive stopped going to the gamestop in this location only because while the employees are nice and amazing 9 times out of 10 i would always get at least one or two broken games from here. and i dont mean like disc is broke in two or the game is like sonic 06. no no no. i mean that the game either would not boot for more than 5 to 10 MINUTES before freezing or it just would not boot AT ALL!!! and it wasnt just on one console it did this. it happend on my xbox 360 on my platstation 2 and on my wii games. so games stop needs to TEST THE GAMES BEFORE SELLING THEM!!!! if this is done and less broken games are sold then i will up this to 4 stars.
