Great service. Saved 28 dollars on a battery, that they installed. Over Advanced Auto. And Advanced Auto said they install batteries. But lied to me, because they said they couldnt install on VWs!

My check engine light came on, so I stopped at Auto Zone to have my computer checked. Yay! They still offer this service! As a single woman this goes a long way with me. There are many garages that try to take advantage of women, so its great that Auto Zone still does this. I trust this company. My clerk was also amazing at the Maryville location. He was an older gentleman and knew exactly what to do. He also had a great attitude. When your check engine light comes on its intimidating. He cracked a joke, made me smile and put me at ease. I also buy high quality oil, window washer fluid and parts from Auto Zone when needed. I highly recommend Auto Zone! Great service!

I dropped off a battery 9/17/2021, thought I was getting a 10$ gift card because I was going to pick up a few things. A few 1/4 sockets, (always using them) some wash & wax. Probably no more than 50/60$. Guy said put it on the table then just walked off. I stood there for a minute. But then he started helping someone else. So I just left! Not going to beg anyone. But if their not going to give the gift card (would have used it right then) dont say they are! 1742 W. Broadway Maryville Tn.

Always helpful, albeit sometimes the older guys seem grumpy. Its all good. If a part doesnt work out or is odd in differing from the original equipment, they are glad to make things right. Duralast brakes are lifetime warrantied; thats a great thing if youre a delivery driver and you know how to maintain your own vehicle. Bear in mind, Duralast electronically controlled parts arent always a good fit for your car- best to see if they can get OE. I find that Im always stopping in this store or the Kingston Pike, Knoxville location for something that my 15 year old car needs. And you cannot beat the rewards program; that $20 reward for spending in there helps with large purchases or even little things like lighting, miscellaneous sensors, what nots. Very happy with my numerous experiences with AutoZone in general. Sometimes you get a kid thats really green working in there and you know they mean well, but 9 times out of 10 the grumpy older cats have some helpful and insightful advice. Ill always go back; they deserve my patronage. My car is old, yes indeed, and its paid for, for sure, but these guys have never once condescended about the make and model of my car and at 221,000 miles never said, Well maybe you should just get rid of it. Seems like, in passing, they know my struggle and appreciate the challenge that I face with my Dodge. Thanks guys.

Im all for elderly people working however when they have no idea what they are talking about, maybe they shouldnt be working, or at least find a different job that they can actually do.

I feel like I just lost an hour of my life. I came in with the exact part I needed. I was the only person in the store. He proceeded to take forever to find the part, and then he didnt scan everything, so we needed a second transaction. Suddenly it was an hour later? How did that even happen?

Phil went beyond any auto store worker to help me figure out the problem, teaching me a few things and ended up saving me money. I wish I could give this location zero starts after the “customer service” experience I had. I walked in with a used exhaust gasket I was looking to replace in hand and was asked what the year make and model was. No problem, other than it is off of an aftermarket exhaust so that information is irrelevant. I told the man working the counter that it is aftermarket and not even remotely close to the stock gasket. His response “I can’t help you without year make and model, we have tons of gaskets it would take me too long to find it”. Sorry to waste your precious time auto zone.Edit - 08/04/2020No worries. I got what I was looking for, without the attitude at the advanced down the street.

This store is on the other side of town for me but the appearance of the store is clean and organized and they always have what Im looking for or needing. If they dont then they will go out of there way to help find it or have it brought in from another location. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

He said he is the one that wears the name tag and hes the one that ask questions not to mention other rude comments. Unless you want to be down graded I wouldnt visit this Autozone. You lost our business.

If you are ever truly unemployed and have to go there because you need a managers name and phone number or store location for your unemployment job search then dont. The red headed manager will start yelling at you, calling you a theif and that your no good and taking his tax dollars and a whole lot of other things. Not very professional behavior.

Always have fun at AutoZone....went in to tighten up the serpentine belt I had just bought and they let me borrow the tensioner tool and wrench to get the job done. They even gave us some electrical tape so we could stifle an electrical short in my dash. Awesome guys, great prices!

Better than advanced auto hands down

We live just down the road, and stopped in and bought a battery, and during installation the installer made a mistake and broke something. Honest mistake. The store paid for almost $1,000 in repairs, parts and labor, to make it right. Better than before actually. Although it was an inconvenience, theyve made a loyal customer out of me. highly recommend. Thank You AUTOZONE!!!

I needed to bring in my old battery to get reimbursed for the core charge, but my toddler had fallen asleep in the car. I wish I could remember the mans name because when I called and told him my predicament he said he understood and had a child of his own. He then came outside and did the exchange while I stayed with my sleeping child. A kind gesture based on empathy and excellent customer service skills goes along way with me. I will definitely be a return customer!

It takes a lot for me to give a bad review but the help I just got could have come with less attitude from the one gentlemen working there today 7/21 @ 6:15pm. that checked me out on reg. 1 A paying customer should not feel as if their an inconvenience to an employee that their sole job is to help people that come into the store. I gave it 3 stars because at least they had what i was looking for.

Nothing wrong with this particular AutoZone. My biggest complaint is how they take your rewards away if you dont use them within a certain time frame. If I earn rewards for spending money in your store you shouldnt take said rewards from me just because I dont use them when YOU want me to.

There is a man that works there named Ralph and he is awesome! Today is my husband and my 10th year Anniversary, and on our way back home from the mountains my alternator went out. They let us use there tools, they charged our battery, and Ralph even gave me some hand scrub and a brush to wash up afterwards! They were all helpful but he was the best. Thank you Ralph!

So-so customer service. I went there to get a new battery for my car. After giving all the car info, I asked the guy to change the battery there. He seemed to get annoyed and said now he would have to change everything on the computer. It didn’t take that long, but he clearly wasn’t happy about it.

Went to the one in Maryville for simple brake pads and I still confused them. Apparently they didnt have the rear brake pads I needed but the Auto zone in Alcoa had them for a certain price, so I went there but they didnt have the ones that were priced the certain amount. So the battle of he said this and that began. Come to find out they found the wrong ones after I specifically told them what I wanted. It was a bad experience for me. This is why I only go to advance or oriellys because every time I go into Auto zone, I end up confusing them. Most of the employees dont know what they are doing and if your are lucky, youll get a old veteran that knows what a dang vehicle is.

When I got to store the man William act like he didnt know what was going on he went got my alternator which wasnt my whole order had to ask him 3 times to go get it then I asked about the discount code he wouldnt let me speak to a manger and kept on took 40 min to pick up my order i will not return to an autozone
