There service and knowledge is top notch and they dont pressure you into getting anything that they wouldnt let their own family get. The associates are superb and kind and polite and answer any questions you may have and keep you in budget. There are many phone providers out there but none can compare to metro by t-mobile.

Their Mobile plans suck their phones our way high-priced for what they are and their policies on returns and rebates they dont tell you when you purchase new items from them and they rip you off Metro PC is a rip-off as soon as I can Im switching companies I rather pay $10 more for my service cuz Ill be getting I can get unlimited hotspot for $10 more $20 more when they only give you 15 gigabytes for the same price or higher and nothing else dont ever by their buy a new phone using the upgrade option cuz if you dont like it you have no return policy and they wont return it or give you your money back or anyting 2 days ago I bought a new phone and thats whats happening to me right now but they used the number I had my other phone for this phone instead of me switching my number but she didnt say anything about fentanyl avoid me for the refund within 7 days if I didnt like the phone for old money back guarantee what you buy it under the upgrade phone number to be eligible for a refund they dont tell you that
