I bought an iPhone 12 from Mark Beyer at the Mason City US Cellular East store. As long as he’s working, he is the ONLY person I’ll buy a phone from. Mark is efficient, honest, knows his products, and treats his customers with the utmost respect…especially those of us who don’t know much about phones. He deserves a raise and a promotion - as long as he’s still available when I need my next phone.

US CELLULAR is not normally a place where you want to spend much time at because usually your phone is either broken or lost like mine and youre frustrated! But Mark was absolutely awesome! He got me laughing got me a great deal on a new phone and in and out within an hour! Excellent service!!

Mark did excellent work in getting me the phone that I wanted activated and everything switched in a very timely manner. Ive always worked with mark when I needed to get a new phone and this time was just like the last time excellent service!

Kerry was very helpful when I went in to upgrade my phone. She showed me which ones they had and the ones that were close to what I was paying before.

Great customer service. Brian did a great job explaining everything to me. I traded in my old phone for credit. Brian moved all my info from the old phone to the new one. Ive been very happy with US Cellular for thw past 18 yrs.

I had gone into the US Cellular store near Walmart in Mason City, Iowa. I had a Samsung 9+ with another carrier and the curved screen was cracked along both curved edges, unfortunately it was not usable. My contract was finished and Brian was able to hook me up with a Samsung A71 5G and even transfer everything from my broken phone to the new one. And I was able to make it to work on time. Brian was very knowledgeable and great!

Derek has been great to work with and am very happy so far that I switched from Sprint to UScellular.

This is the only store that I will go into. I especially love how welcoming the whole staff is. I especially enjoy working with Grant Mead. He always has all my answers to everything. He is very friendly and easy to work with! Very knowledgeable and great at what he does! I would highly recommend Grant to anyone!

Place was empty when we got there. He had us go get food instead of waiting there for some new phones. Good service

Brian was awesome! I was legit freaking out about having to spend money on a new phone after I drown mine (was with a different carrier at the time). He helped ease me in to the sales process and reassured me of the prices and phone capabilities. He was patient while I changed my mind 3 or 4 times, and was all around a lot of fun to work with! I would definitely recommend him!

Brian went above & beyond to help me with the new phone I purchased. All in the store are friendly & so helpful.

I went in and looked at a phone. They had 2 prices on it. One for 19.99 and the other for 10.00. Once I asked about the $10 price. They quickly said that it was expired and quickly marked out the price. When I then asked that they should honor the price since it was advertised, they kept saying the would not and their only recourse is to call the store manager who wasnt in. Horrible customer service.

This is a small, fairly new U.S. Cellular store. Its easy to find a time when staff is available right when you walk in the door. Greetings are always friendly and service is high quality and reliable.

Brian was very helpful and I greatly appreciated a large amount of time that he took to make sure I was taken care of

The people at US Cellular at 421 S Illinois go up an beyond to serve their customers. They are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. I would highly recommend anyone.to go there for service.

I drive from Garner and across Mason to go to this US Cellular store because of the customer service that we have been given by Mark Beyer for quite a few years now. Knowledge, customer service that can’t be beat, and not having to put your name on a list to be called an hour later... that’s what this store is about!!

I had the WORST experience at the location by Walmart today!! Posted on rant n rave on fb and all comments were the same! Go to Illinios location! So here i am. Scott and Brian were ABSOLUTLEY AWESOME AND HELPFUL! A big no way to Indianhead location! The manager will be receiving a call!!!!!
