Love this store. Hands down best prices and a decent selection. I love that they have a great specialty cheese selection and their frozen fruit is cheaper than other stores too. Bring a qtr for your cart and your own bags. You do have to bag your own groceries but its worth the cost savings.

The store was clean and well stocked. it was busy with fast moving lines. I found everything I needed and a few things that sounded interesting. The check out lines are usually long but fast moving. The dont hesitate to call another checker to get people checked out and on with there day

This store is great. Brand new. Super clean. Maybe a little crowded but that’s what I get for shopping in the middle of a Saturday. Saved tons of money over hyvee; but you do need to be ok with off brands. Very sustainable model. No bags so bring your own.

When asked a question of an employee, the employee seemed to be grumpy. Employees shouldnt be grumpy but helpful!!!!

Love this place. The quality has definitely improved over the years. Great exclusive finds. Many times, I do wish when they have special buys they would continue to carry the item. I think their produce is better than local stores at a more affordable price, along with many meat items.

I love Aldi. Make sure to bring a quarter. They use a deposit system on carts and their business model ensures that prices are kept low and the food is real. The quality of most of their products rivals whole foods but ay a much lower price point than the luxury stores. Bring your own bags and the savings are noticable every time.

This Aldi has good selection in a tidy smaller space. The prices are excellent. Theyve the standards, as well as, unique items. They do not provide bags. This is a cost saving and good for the environment. Bring bags or I believe theyve cardboard boxes. You do have to rent the carts for like a quarter.

The store in Mason City Iowa has been remodeled beautifully. Its been updated with the mist system to keep the veggies fresh. They have added more cold storage units for perishables, meats. The isles have been labeled and the types of food all put together. It takes a few times to learn the new layout.The prices have increased slightly, but still much more affordable than some of the well known chains.Paying a quarter for the cart system still the same and bring your grocery bags with you.You will love the changes.

Takes some getting used to but great values are to be had here. It helps in this inflationary period caused by all the money printing and hand-outs. Three cheers to a helping hand in lowering the cost of living. The help is well paid and works like it.

BUYER BEWARE!!I went to Aldi Grocery Store in Mason City, Iowa on Thursday, July 25th, 2019 at 3:00 pm. They were out of strawberries on the shelf. The only available packages (about 6) had mold on the fruit inside the package. I mentioned it to the staff and they said, “she is coming out with fresh right now.” I watched a staff member put the moldy strawberries on top of the crates of fresh fruit. Two ladies walked up and grabbed moldy strawberries and put them in their carts. I mentioned it to each of them and the ladies replaced their moldy choices with fresh.I cannot believe that management of Aldi is allowing moldy fruit sales in that store. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I love shopping at Aldis. Prices have gone up slightly since summer but still can beat pricing in most area stores. Produce is always fresh and their shelves and freezer cases always have on hand the latest trends in food items.

Clean store, had everything I needed today. Only seen 4 associates. 2 running the register, 1 stocking and 1 doing customer pick up orders. I thought with the customer with a huge order ahead of me would take forever but in and out in 15 mins.

Efficient setup makes shopping quick and easy. Remember to bring your own bags or boxes! I love that they dont bag your stuff, checkout is quicker so people with fewer items can get in and out. And the counter after checkout is large enough to accommodate several people who want to bag up their stuff in store rather than taking the cart out to their vehicle. Bring a quarter to unlock a cart, youll get one back when you return the cart to the cart corral. Prices are great, selection is always expanding.

Heck yes! Finally a grocery store that knows what its doing! The remodel was needed and very well done! Impeccably clean, well organized. Too bad its such a long drive for me (1 hour 15 minutes one way), or I would stop more frequently. Well done, Aldis!

Always the best value and freshest -tasting produce. The household items are really great finds, good quality as well. Ive never regretted a purchase. My criticism is that some of the checkers arent terribly polite at this location, but weve also had some extremely wonderful ones here as is usual elsewhere in the chain.

If you’re looking to be able to afford groceries AND be able to pay your rent, Aldi is your best bet in Mason City. Good selection of high quality products for not a lot of money. The store can get crowded quickly, especially on weekends, so plan accordingly! Good produce, good bread, and good dairy make it my favorite grocery store in town.

This is our favorite grocery store in Mason City. The staff is always friendly and the store is super clean and well organized. My Wife and I love the huge selection of organic items and the pricing beats all other stores hands down. Also the meat selection is great, especially the grass fed ground beef, which I highly recommend. If your looking to save BIG money on your grocery bill then Aldis is the grocery store for you. We highly recommend!

They added more space to move threw usually room for 2 carts if they were close together. Need more checkers when store is busy as usually lines of 4 to 5 waiting to get checked out in lines that is open. Each with there carts full.

Overall I find the basics, but I find a seasonal thing I like but it doesnt come back. Wicked Grove Apple Cinnamon hard cider is the bomb and I was hoping it would come back in the fall.

Always my first stop for groceries. Best deals 90% of the time.

Best place to shop especially for all your staples. Easy to go in and out in 5 mins for the basics (milk bread eggs). Best time to shop is Wed nights after 7 pm
