I love STS tires in massapequa! I only go when Kathi is working, she is so warm & welcoming and always helps me honestly. I live in bethpage but come here just to see her. The other staff, all the men working in the back fixing the cars are also amazing and diligent with the work on the cars! Definitely worth it

Been coming here for years and always great service but today was a disappointment. Stopped in when I noticed the tire light on my dashboard. Asked to borrow a gauge to check the tires. Counter person walked out to shop and spoke to tech. I waited by my car for a few minutes while the tech seemed to be engrossed playing on his phone. No acknowledgment or anything. Finally got tired of waiting and drove to the local gas station where they helped me out in about 30 seconds.

Tried 2 times to get an oil change but they have no place to drain my oil. They are getting a 4 only because I usually never have a problem with them.

Great service & very professional!!

Went in to get my brakes done. Brought my own parts from the auto zone across the street. Job was done and I picked up my vehicle. When picking up the car I was not shown or given the parts that were taken off. I paid it no mind. Drove the next day and every time I went over 60 mph the car started to shake. I brought it back so they can tighten the rosters and I was told my axel was broken. I asked well why didn’t anybody say there was a issue 2 days ago when the brakes were being fixed. The associate became very defensive and combative and refused to tighten up my rooters like I requested. He proceed to park my car down the block and told me to take up with cooperate. This is my 2nd visit there and both were eye opening. The 1st visit was to fix a headlight. I should of know then because the guy had a hard time fixing the light. I had to assist him.

They’ve done good work in the past and charge very fair prices. However, my last check up was not good.For a business that prides itself on the “tire”, they really dropped the ball wit my Jeep. My brake lights had been on for a month. I had them check my brakes, brake fluid, sensors, & pretty much the general region of the tire. Tires, brakes, and oil changes are their bread and butter.Well they sent me home undiagnosed. They chalked it up to a faulty warning light.Well it’s a good thing a got a second opinion elsewhere a few days later, right before I was headed on a 500 mile drive. I wound up having a leaking brake line.How that crew at STS could’ve missed that is beyond me. So of course my trust prior to that misstep is out the window. Sorry guess. You can’t mess up on something so basic (& very critical) and expect my return business.

Was in the car with my elderly father heading to the city and all of a sudden had and AC issue. I just happened to pass by, so decided to stop in to see if they can assist. The manager, Adam, was very helpful and professional. The fixed the issue immediately. These guys are quality folks imo, and I would absolutely recommend this shop!!

Dropped the car for flat tire in the morning. The front desk guy said if we cant fix the flat in one day, we should be closed. Did not get it fixed till next day. They did not even call to say it will be delayed! Poor service! You should be closed!

Only reason me and my boyfriend did give it four stars was because of the mechanic there i believe his name is Eddie.nice guy very knowledgeable and helpful when i came to my car...will be going back there when ever i need something done, but only if he is there, didnt give it 5 stars because of the other guys there and manager,didnt like the way the acted or how they talked about this mechanic there, Eddie your work and knowledge and honesty is the only reason i would recommend this place to anyone,and only when you are there. STS employees stop talking about other people behind there backs and focus on your work,customers do have ears!! Thanks Again Eddie!!

As a mechanic myself I had a great experience here. The tech (ID:M30) that mounted and balanced did an excellent job. No vibration and the alignment is straight and true. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my tire needs.

Very fast, convenient, and reasonably priced. My mechanic couldnt honor my appointment, and I needed my daughters breaks repaired, oil change and NYS inspected fast. It couldnt wait because the breaks were way over due as was the inspection and she wasnt going to be in state until after the expiration date. STS got it all done that morning and for less money than I thought it would be.

Took my 2018 Honda in for an inspection. When i got it back the inside was trashed. Everything in my center console and glove compartment was either on the floor or in the passenger seat. My phone charger was disconnected and half in the car and the other half dangling outside the passenger door. I had a winter coat in the back seat of my car and after the inspection anything that was in my coat pockets (gloves, ear muffs, etc.) was on the back seat. I will never use this location or company again.

Brought car there to find vacume leak. Left there for 1 week they turned off the light said they fixed it. Light came on again same code. I looked under hood and spotted 3 vacume hoses were cracked. They did nothing. Wish I could give less.

Service was great, scheduled an appointment for 10am, had to wait but that is expected, the gentleman behind the counter was awesome. I recommend using this location

I took my vehicle for an inspection and was told that I needed a tire. I asked what was the tread on it and was told “close to zero”, even though the treads were just measured 5/32nd that day elsewhere. They offered to sell me a tire that I did not require. I declined. Then I was told my power steering was leaking also. That I know for a fact wasn’t true. From the time I walk in and asked for an inspection I was asked to leave the car there and didn’t have to sign any type of paperwork and wasn’t given anything to sign in the end, nothing stating what they suggested for the car to pass inspection or why it didn’t pass(even when the sign in the waiting room states “Inspections are $37.00 pass or fail”.) I was just told after I didn’t want to do a service to meet the technician in the parking lot and he will hand me my keys after he brings it down. Not a good experience at this location for me. I just won’t be bringing my vehicle back there anymore. Didn’t feel right for me as a consumer.

Everyone at the shop very pleasant and easy to talk to, Their prices and workmanship are incredible.

The lead mechanic, Frank is very knowledgeable and more then willing to explain options with concerns of auto repairs and/or maintenance. Even though this location is a bit off the beaten path for me, I still think that I couldnt find a better repair center with a friendlier staff whom dont try to exploit customers with expensive and unnecessary repairs just to make a quick buck.

Quick place to go get a NYS car inspection.

The absolute worst experience getting a vehicle inspection. I had to wait forever, you had one manager and two shop techs, one of which was aimlessly wandering the shop half the time on his phone. It seemed as if they barely had any work to get done yet still stretched his time to finish everything up. The manager looked like he hated being there and was not nice but also not mean, he was very monotone. Never coming back here again.

James was very businesslike and professional, and full of information whenever I had a question, and got a new tire for $100. Definitely coming back.
