Nicole H. brought me over from t-mobile. I was initially going to go with the Verizon, but her level of service blew their rep away. I was up and running with the phone I wanted, at the price I wanted, and out the door in 2 hours. Shes excellent and I will refer people to her because she is that good.

I just got finished changing my AT&T plan from a post-pay plan to a pre-pay plan. Susan Mielke spent over two hours working with me to change it over. It was a tedious process but with her help it went very smoothly. I truly appreciate her patience especially when I was sent away from another AT&T store and told to do it on my own. Went to this store to buy a new iPhone for my kids birthday and I was helped by Nicole Hom, she made my interaction super easy and smooth. I am so glad I didn’t do it online. She was super friendly & knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and helped setting up the phone. Now a days you almost never have a good experience at the store but here I felt like I came to my friends house to hang out. Absolutely loved her!
I understand that other people were in the store, but I was in the store for over 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. A simple one moment, please or Someone will be with you as soon as possible wouldve kept me in the store. Instead, I walked out and ended up sitting in my car making the purchase online.

The staff in this store was beyond my imagination. I was having a hard time getting through with customer service so I came to this location and they went above and beyond for me to get my issues resolved. Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable.
I have come to this store many times now to get phones/plans for myself and my family. The professionalism of the employees and the store manager are beyond anything I would expect from a phone and network provider. Even though this is not the closest store from my home location, I still prefer to come to this store as I appreciate the customer service they provide. They have also taken great measures to keep everyone safe during COVID which is a big plus.
BUYER BEWARE!! The manager along with all the sales reps at this store are crooked. They told me I needed a ghost line in order to get a promotion. After leaving I called AT&T to verify this and found out that I did not need an additional line to get the healthcare worker discount. To add insult to injury when I went back to the store to complain to the manager defended the rep and tried to explain that what they did wasnt wrong. If I hadnt called within 14 days I would have been stuck paying the activation fee along with the fee for the phone line. This review is not against the company AT&T itself as I am a loyal AT&T customer. This review pertains to the crooked reps who sell customers things they dont need under false pretenses. Additionally, while I was being sold a Ghost line another family was there complaining about a rep selling them extra lines and lying about what the bill would be. I urge anyone who shops here to subsequently call AT&T and verify everything youve been told by these greedy immoral sales reps.
I went to this location beginning of September 2020 for a new phone. The sales rep was nice, however he had stated that the phone came with AT&T TV. I proceeded to tell him that I do not need a new streaming service, but he told me it is included within my new phone plan and there is no additional charge. My bill would not change, and it is basically free. I strongly advised him that I did not want this TV service, which then he told me I could cancel, but should just take it home. Fast Forward to today (Oct 13th 2020), the TV service is additional $50 a month, and you are automatically enrolled in a 2 year agreement if you do not cancel within 14days (which I was not notified by the service agent at the AT&T location). Therefore my bill has increased by $50/month for 2 years. To cancel the service AT&T charges you the remaining 2 years ($15/month) which equates to about $330 (minus the first month) which I am locked into paying. If I knew any of this information, I would have been more forceful in not taking the AT&T TV as I had previously stated I do not need it. I am disappointed in this location, as all the details were not stated in the beginning and now I am out even more money. Thanks for nothing AT&T.UPDATE 11/5/2020: I attempted to return my equipment for the AT&T TV to the location, and they would not accept it. When I spoke with ATT&T directly they advised they were unable to provide me with a return label as i had received it at the store level and charged me $120. Continuing to have issues with this location...
These guys were pleasant to deal with and did not hard sell me like their competitors did (VZ).I appreciated that enough to choose them.
I went to this store because of the great reviews. I met Nicole Hom and she was a pleasure to work with. She helped me immediately with my microphone problem on my Samsung S8 active. I had insurance and Nicole managed to have a replacement and an upgrade to a S9 delivered to my home the next day. I brought my S9 back to be activated and data transfer and met Mario Zingg. He was also very helpful, efficient and competent.He did a great job and Nicole assisted when she was available. She even packed my old phone to be mailed back.When I got home, the wifi automatically connected without my having to put in a password.They are both excellent employees who are very customer service oriented.I also learned that there is a streaming optioninstead of cable TV.Very good experience and I highly recommendgoing to Massapequa for your AT&T service.

I went to the store for help backing up my old phone and transferring to the new phone and the guys were very helpful and nice. They even tried to get me a better rate on my monthly bill. I would def go back there. Store was neat and clean.
Terrible terrible terrible. I am still fighting a dispute from August. I bought a phone and returned it within 48 hours because I later found out that ATT service in the area is terrible (this isn’t why this store gets a poor review.) I later found out that never returned the phone back to corporate! luckily I have all my receipts and case numbers with customer service, it is just a hassle to have to go thru this!

I went to this store and was very satisfied with my experience. The store reps greeted me as soon as i entered. Before coming jnto the store i had many issues with AT&T and was thinking about leaving because of my bill being too much. I was assisted by talha and Mohammad the store reps and they helped me out by not only lowering my bill but also getting me into a new phone. Even though i did not have a back up on my phone i was still able to get my stuff on my new phones. These guys know what they are doing and they are extremely helpful. After my experience here I am beggining to appreciate AT&T. A big shoutout to the store in massapequa very helpful and kind staff

Setup new phone iPhone xr...glad I brought online with ATT rep...in store was not in stock and over $500...paid $99 with upgrade...rep was very helpful answered questions helped with setup...corporate store.
Went in today to discuss problems I was having with my Android phone. Susan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable in helping me troubleshoot my phone. I am very satisfied with her recommendations, and very grateful for her honesty, as she did not pressure me to simply ditch my phone so she could sell me a new one.

After being sent to this corporate location from the Merrick location I waited nearly 30 minutes while the manager “looked into my account”. I wanted to return the phone I purchased within my 14 day window which is the policy and the store wouldn’t take the phone back because their computer showed a different date that was past the 14 date window. I handed them the receipt with the dated it was shipped to me and I showed them my At&T account which showed the date it was delivered to me and they still insisted they couldn’t help me and I would have to shop the phone back. Once home I called At&T and spoke to a representative they told me the store should have taken the phone back and that the manager just didn’t take the phone back because it was of no benefit to the store! I’m so disgusted!
Before i arrived to this at&t store i was thinking i would definitely leave with a headache. Boy was i wrong. As soon as i walked through the door I was greeted by the employees. Brian, Tariq and Zaid made me and my family very comfortable . Brian helped me. He made my upgrade painless and was very kind to all of us!

Went to make a quick stop at AT&T store because I wanted to upgrade my s7 but wasnt sure if I should switch to the lastest Iphone. The staff I noticed were busy but one of the workers Brian told me he would be with me shortly and I can look around to see if there was anything I liked. I browsed the store while waiting and a couple other workers (Tariq and Zaid) asked if I needed any assistance. I told them I wanted to upgrade my s7 but wasnt sure which phone to get. They were great at explaining the features of a few ones that I pinpointed. Unfortunately I ran out of time so I had to leave before I was able to make a purchase. I will go back asap to get my upgrade. The staff was so welcoming compared to other stores Ive purchased from.

This is my go to ATT store. It is a corporate owned store where they dont try to sell you a bunch of stuff you dont need. They are knowledgeable and friendly
For once I went in the evening and it wasnt busy. I paid my bill within a few minutes and the lady was very nice and polite. It is very convenient on Sunrise hwy.
Went in to upgrade my phone. ATT personal were only interested in offering upgrades that included new phone numbers. I have been with ATT for over 20 years. No more...goodbye
One of the best corporate store i’ve ever been too especially Zaid over there is one of the best employee. He’s knows everything about phones and he’s very helpful i would recommend this store to everyone.

If I could give less of a star I would. Went in to purchase a new phone today. Sales representatives are rude and have no respect for loyal att customers. They do not honor online att pricing at this location and the wait to be assisted is ridiculous. I love AT&T but this store needs a complete revamp in management. Thank God for excellent online service or I would switch. Purchasing my phone online now. Never go to this location. Terrible service. Highly recommended a visit from your regional management. You should all be retrained by your online team for how to treat customers properly. Shame on this location
Fantastic service! Imran and his staff went above and beyond to help me.Not only did I get a better plan to suit my needs but additional services I didnt even know were available... all without it costing more than I was currently paying. Other stores hadnt been very honest with me, nor did they take the time to hear what I needed. Leaving this store was the first time I got a new phone and new plan and didnt feel I was ripped off.
I hope that the experience that I have never happen again. I walk in and nobody say a word to me I was standing there for like 20 minutes or more, not even a welcome was said.
Went there yesterday and asked for A LOT; porting 2 lines, one from another carrier, none of us were the account holder, one from a different plan, set up three new lines, pre ordered a phone.... it was a handful. But, Ian at the store helped us out, one thing at a time, answered all our questions, and never once flinched, and we inadvertently made him miss his lunch break being there for 2+hours. No complaints, great team. The manager there at the time really helped us out as well with the deposits due. Thank you for everything. Cant wait until my S9 comes in 😊

Great store, Repsentive Anthony is amazing went to the store to activate a phone that was open for me at another location. He identified the issue that was caused with the account. He help me open a account and gave me the necessary discount that applied to my account. Anthony also introduced to me a better way to save money with my tv service. I visited the store several times for assistants and everytime he went above and beyond in providing great customer service. Way to go Anthony a true customers service rep.

Terrible customer service. The Gentleman whom helped me looked as though he did not want to be at work and was trying to sell me a plan without proper explanation. One representative had his back turn to me like I wasnt even there. Their nasty customer service makes me want to switch to another carrier.
