I went to this store and was taken care of by Moe, who is an outstanding representative for Verizon. Moe quickly and smoothly handled all of my needs, including a few complicated technical issues with my transition from another phone provider to Verizon. He was also able to help me set up my new phones. Professional, courteous, and very personable; I cant say enough good things about Moe!

This place was the best! Rahul, Moe, and Sean worked quickly and efficiently to get me a new phone, and transfer everything over, with out any issues. My son in law had AT&T for 20 years I sent them here. We Didnt have an appointment. Walk in, and was helped immediately. Consolidating cell phone plans between another provider and Verizon. Harry was helpful in the process, helping us select new phones and knowing exactly which extras and components wed want and need. He was a wiz at putting on the screen protector quickly without bubbles. Good experience and expertly guided. Two Thumbs Up!!

I went in and saw Harry to get my damaged phone replaced. He was helpful with all my questions and took care of me quickly. The store was clean. It was a positive experience and I’ll be going back next time I need a new phone.

Atrocious snake oil salesman. Enrolled all my phones in insurance when I didnt ask them to ($80 for a month). Told me NOTHING about a device activation fee for each phone ($160 total) and tried to charge me $30 each phone to move my contacts over when you can do it through the phone yourself in 5 minutes. Disgusting business practices. And YES- this IS the store in the Uncle Guisepees shopping center. STAY AWAY

I purchased a phone from Vinny at Verizon. He was so patient and explained the differences in the phones I was interested in purchasing. I wasn’t rushed at all and I was able to give it some time while making my decision. I would recommend seeing Vinny when you’re ready to make that purchase, he makes you feel very confident and gives you that personal touch.

I went to the Verizon store today for a new iPhone 8. I worked with Vinny and he was extremely helpful. He was kind and knowledgeable, being able to help me get all of my old photos and contacts onto my new device and doing it with care. He also helped me out with getting accessories for the new phone. He was not pushy at all. I didn’t feel any pressure when making my decision to purchase the device. Vinny even spoke to the Verizon rep during my visit to make sure all of the upgrades were properly sorted when calculating the bill.I highly recommend this store if you are looking to purchase a new phone or need any accessories for your current device. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases. Thanks to Vinny and the great staff at the Verizon Store at 11 Hicksville Road in Massapequa.

The employees at this store really take the time to address and explain all your questions. They go out of their way to make time for you like you’re an actual customer and not just a number. I usually hate the new phone purchase experience but my interaction tonight at the store has changed my opinion completely. My experience was quick, efficient, and friendly. I will never go to another Verizon store again but this one.

This store is small and not over-crowded. Brian, my salesperson,was awesome. He made suggestions and never rushed me intoany purchase. They want to sell you a phone and all accessories but when you have a problem they want NOTHING to do with it! I am speaking of the Sunrise Hwy branch in Massapequa.

Very knowledgeable and helpful in buying a new phone and setting up a new plan. Walked through each phone and different features all the phones have to offer. Highly recommended if you want to set up a plan or buy a new phone.

Rahul and Vinny in the Uncle G’s shopping center are AMAZING! They did everything in their power to get me the best deal EVER for 3 lines, 2 new phones plus cases and an iPad! I highly recommend coming to their Verizon store and doing business with them! They won’t steer you wrong!

This store is usually really great but I had a really bad experience a couple weeks ago with a rep named NAVI. He’s a deceiving person that never explained anything to me and gave me products that I never asked for or needed. I only found out when I checked my bill that they have been added. I usually deal with Sam or Harry here and they are wonderful. If you go there and a rep named NAVI is working, walk right back or out or wait for Sam or Harry, they always do the right thing.

Cant say enough about the wonderful service given to me by Brian! He was extremely patient, professional, and courteous! I will definetely be referring all my friends and family to him! Thank you Brian!!! Truly five star service.

This store is the Best Verizon store ever!!My husband and I went into the store today, and upgraded our IPhones!Raza aka Sam, he is a young gentlemanWho as soon as we walked in the store he took care of both of us, being technically challenged he taught us everything in a matter of minutes!!We left our phone for 40 minutes! And boom!! He transferred all our contacts!There is not enough good things I can say about this young man, unlike other Verizon stores, we were not offered any FREE gizmos, to later find out they were free!!Great store they will be our lifetime Verizon go to place!!The owner and Sam are the best!!Please Verizon don’t relocate this store, in fact give them a raise!!! 😀Thank you Sam,, your THE MAN!!!
