Steven was extremely knowledgeable friendly and most efficient. This is the best t mobile store there is due to the excellent staff hired such as Steven. Please give this guy a raise. Thank you
2nd time I go to T-Mobile today and still no one can help me out spent my whole day dealing with these people nothing got resolved most horrible customer service ever
I had a problem with my iPhone screen being dark all the time. I went to T-Mobile in massapequa store & this nice gentleman named Justin who works there helped me. He was so informed & knowledgeable. In 5 mins he got my iPhone screen where it’s suppose to be. I couldn’t believe it! Because of him helping me so well, I’m recommending my friends to go to him! He’s the bomb!!!
Went to this T Mobile for help with my new IPhone. Apple in Roosevelt Field was terrible. Not being very tech savvy, I needed help desperately! Moe came to my rescue!! What a great kid!! Thanks Moe! Highly recommend this T Mobile and Moe!
If you coming here, ask to speak to Moe. Hes one of the best sales person I have delt with. Not pushy, answered all my concerns regarding my account and my bill. He even helped me decide which phone will work best for me with my work. Overall awesome experience, will recommend all my family and friends to come here, without a doubt.
I went to this T-Mobile (Store 8703) to get an IPhone. First Guy helped me out perfectly, other than me not getting a receipt for shipping. Came back to get service for my Ipad and Javier was less than helpful and just rude and repugnant. He told me that due to a prompt on the application I had to go home to call T-Mobile customer protection. I asked if he could call them, and he said “no”, he couldn’t call T Mobile for me I had to use my phone.(How can I use my phone when it’s being shipped by you guys!?)He also said if I didn’t call my entire account would be cancelled even though they shipped my phone(not true). All this was said in a demeaning and dismissive way. I pleaded with him that my phone was not sent by them yet and if he could call? He again declined. Went home riding my bike in the pouring rain, called customer protection, asked to speak to a supervisor and they said that Javier was totally capable of making the call especially since they were shipping my phone. Javier and Yadira B said after CPR is involved they can’t do anything; LIE, cause I called them and they said all I had to do was go back to finish the set up. They could have also put the SIM card I bought in another device to confirm my number. I shouldn’t have had to go back, cause it could have been done from the store seeing that my phone was being shipped, by that T-Mobile.Rode back to T Mobile, through the rain again! When I came back,I was speaking to the other manager Yadira B, about installing my SIM for my IPad since Javier was so rude and dismissive. I put my iPad on the table for them. While i was talking to her, about the poor service I received, she then said she refused to serve me because of my “attitude”(outrageous). So I reached for my iPad, and accidentally touched her charging phone, which she then implied I tried to pocket by intentionally and rudely grabbing it away from where i was standing. So Yadira profiled me/assumed I was gonna steal her phone. I asked for the manager Javiers name so I could file a complaint, and no one answered, they just gave me a list of cards. I Ask for corporate’s number she only gave me the store number of the manager. They accused me of trying to steal, then refused to finish serving me, after all their misinformation and rude service.Now livid, I rode my bike in the rain again over to the neighboring T Mobile. I talked to them about the situation, and they said that 3 customers within the week complained about that store’s poor service and unprofessional staff. They (Javier and Yadira B)also didn’t cancel the line I had just tried to buy, resulting in me and the staff being on hold for an hour trying to get the line I purchased from that store canceled seeing that they didn’t give me a receipt or a SIM card for something I was charged for. So after and hour and fifteen minutes, I got my IPad connected to service. I also filled a corporate complaint about Javier and Yadira B’s nasty unprofessional and discriminatory service. That was an offensive and unnecessary ordeal. Yadira B and Javier should be held accountable for their lack of tact and discriminatory customer service. Also for butchering the set up of my IPad. They were utterly trash! Wish i could give no stars.
As always... very helpful, very patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Yadira made the process of buying my new device a breeze. This is the only T Mobile location I like to go.
Ive been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years, I walked in the store and some little chubby child came over to me,evidently Aretha ( sales) Felt my face diaper was not on properly, among our things, I will now make it my mission to have anyone like her with this attitude to lose thier job as well as other person who feels its their place to play police!!!!
Moe one of the salespeople at this massapequa t mobile store gets my vote for patience and understanding in helping me solve a sticky problem phone upgrade. Kudos to Moe and the other supportive employees in that store.
After going to a non corporate store I had a horrible time at. I was a 15 year Verizon customer and wanted to try something different and cheaper went to non corporate TMobile store down the road and it was the worst experience of our lives I was ready to go back to Verizon spoke to customer service and they advised me to go to corporate store and give them a shot. So I went to this one and what a difference the people were nice and helpful and treated me like family Christina and Jorge were amazing and welcomed is to T-Mobile I will definitely be going back to this store and Im bringing my aunt their on sat to get her changed over to T-Mobile. Never again will I not go to a corporate store
On-site rep could not have been nicer or more professional. I had a technical problem in that I am paying extra to get caller name ID which is simply not working. After the rep spent about 20 minutes on the phone with tech support, tech supports answer was to text me a link about caller ID. They insist it is fine although the rep confirmed to them that he tested it and it is not operational. 👍 for Alex, 👎 for T-Mobile. Bottom line is that I need to stop paying for a service that T-Mobile is not providing.
Great store. Went here after another store couldnt do a return. There was a long line and only 2 employees but everything went quickly and smoothly. Love the new layout of the store as well.
Terrible store and manager unhelpful, declined a warranty that was previously approved making me have to go back to the original store due. (I only had to go to this store due to a glitch in their system with my IMEI) Joke of a manager have reported him to corporate as someone that is as unhelpful as him should not be working there. I asked to see the document he was citing to decline my phone as well as asked him to call corporate, His answer was he was corporate. Do not go here go to another store like in the mall across the street. I have also added a screenshot from tmobile support after I sent photos of the scratches they Identified as wear and tear so this was absolutely out of line. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
This store quoted one price two weeks ago, and when we came back to sign up, the price changed. I decided not to sign up and was angry about the wasted time. However, what really annoyed me, is when I requested the paperwork with my personal information back (to avoid it being used for ID theft) the manager refused. She insisted it would be shredded in front of me, but instead threw it into a locked bin. I am not happy at all. The lack of professionalism is appallingly.
The store manager Carmen and the Sales rep Gregg were amazing.
I just left this store and it was horrible. I waited patiently for 15 minutes while some petite girl with a short hair cut (one of the workers) came and said she would be right with me after helping the man she was with but once she finished with him she started to help someone else and did not want to help until I was walking out the door.. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

I was going to give this store 5 stars because the associate that assisted me kevon was very helpful and kind but I wasn’t happy with the rest of the people working. Kevon was giving me information on a new plan and product and I didn’t like how his coworker (short blonde hair) was behaving with him she seem short temper and bratty can only imagine what she’s like with others. kevon was great however he knew a lot and answered all my questions and there was no wait time
