Horrible customer service. came in to exchange a chain necklace because the one my bf bought online was too small not only did the sales person NICOLE M has a nasty attitude she also kept staring at me with a dirty look.. so unprofessional..she proceeded to check out and every response to a question she was being made was rude and with a tone. please traine your staff with some basic decent customer service skills.

The sales associate was great, her name was Mercedes. I needed two of the same charms, and they only had one in the display case. So I was about to walk out, but she noticed they also had one on display. She had to convince the manager to sell it to me, and she did. Even when I was ready to walk out, she Remained Polite and professional, thank you for all your help Mercedes.

The girls are very sweet, was able to purchase a pretty rose gold set! I will deff be coming back !! it was very covid friendly

The store is very clean, the girls that work there are very kind from the moment you walk in, I bought a couple of gifts and and was able to find everything I was looking for. Well definitely be coming back to this location!

Went to this store to buy a gift for my niece, didn’t know exactly what to buy. I walked in I got asked by one of the girls(jasmine) “can I help you?” I told her I was just looking at the moment. After I told her that I was just looking. she told me that I had to wait outside the store with an attitude.It would been nice if she said could you PLEASE wait outside. And not ask me to wait out side AFTER the fact that I was just looking at the moment. From now on I try the bayshore store or just shop online.

Came to this location to buy a gift for my granddaughter and the sales associate was super sweet i was able to create a charm bracelet and every charm had a meaning to it ! I loved it! This lo ation is Definitely better then Roosevelt Field mall and Bayshore’s location ! And the girls clean after every customer they work with

Yesterday I decided to head over and see if I could exchange my ring sizes for a bigger size. I waited in line for 30/40 mins which it didn’t bother me at all. But what did bother me was after waiting for such a long period of time walking into one of the girls that works there and receiving a horrible attitude. You could tell by her expression and voice she didn’t want to help me at all. I barley said anything when I caught on to her attitude. I walked out without anything she didn’t help at all. She told me also I couldn’t return my items but today when I called another location they said it was not problem. People like her shouldn’t be working there at all! I wish I could’ve grabbed her name it was disgusting to be helped in that way!

All the girls are friendly and welcoming. the girl who helped me showed a variety of necklaces and i found the perfect gift

I was told that my order would be ready within 30 minutes and when I went to the store to pick it up the worker told me with an attitude that I had to wait for confirmation order although I had just spoken to one of the them 30 minutes prior. 3 days have gone by and my order is still not ready. Now the worker is claiming that she does not know if my order is in stock although I was told that it was in stock. She is refusing to check the system to see if it is in stock and I still have not received a confirmation email.

Was literally just at this store spent a decent amount of money the store itself is nice but the woman who helped us was not friendly at all she seemed bothered we were actually going to buy something from the store i bought a bracelet and three charms...after selecting the items I simply requested a price fir everything....without hesitation and an attitude....I have no idea how much?Really?REALLY?so you work in a store but cant give the price of the merchandise?I never heard of such a thing...I was on the verge of saying something but I kept my mouth shut....word of advice if you are not fit too work in retail then dont....I will be bringing my business elsewhere in the future....and from reading the other reviews it sounds like the same woman is being complained about...if I was the owner this business sho wouldve been fired a long time ago

Honestly it’s very cute and clean store ! The vide and atmosphere plus the friendly and beautiful staff is definitely a PLUS PLUS. I was so lucky to be helped by Sindy she answered all my questions and helped me picked the perfect charms for my sister bracelets and even helped me picked the most cutest ring😊😊😊.Ask for Sindy she will help you with style and perfect customer service skills!

The manager explained that they are not associated with Pandora therefore they will not honour the 10% coupon online for Pandora. The salesperson was very friendly, the manager not so much.

I went to the store and spent a considerable amount ($700). First, the lady that was helping me out seemed bothered over the fact that I was trying to buy something from the store. If she didnt want to work she should have stayed home!!! And then the manager stood right next to me almost the whole time I was at the store, not respecting social distancing protocol (she was 1-2 feet away), while she pretended to be looking at jewelry and her phone. I felt all she did was watch me, maybe she thought I was going to steal something? I felt harassed and disrespected !!! I strongly suggest you take your business somewhere else. When you are paying for a service/product you DESERVE to be treated with respect in SAFE and comfortable environment!

Not even 5 minutes ago did I just back from the store and I am actually livid with how the behind the counter staff was. Rude. Unhelpful and not even concerned with the fact that I received two gifts not too long ago and BOTH already broke and were told there was nothing they can do. Absolutely horrible way to treat customers. Why is it my fault your product is cheap and breaks? I actually had to tell my boyfriend to stop wasting his money on your product because it was killing me that he was spending money on your horrible product and service.

I went to pandora 1/23/2020. Not my first time going there i always go there to bless myself with a little something. Anyway moving on i entered the store and the sales lady named nicole was working so i was looking around the store and then she had asked me very rude while helping the other lady “what can i help you with” i had told her if i can see a book and she had said i dont have books In a very rude rude attitude and then the lady that she was helping had given me her book. Then the other sales lady had came out i totally forgot her name but she was a sweetheart and had helped me get a new bracelet for my charms. People like nicole shouldnt work in a store like that. People like her make me not wanna go back cause i felt so unwanted. Always remember that your sales people bring the customers in not your brand and fewling unwanted when im a loyal customer to that pandora was so rude and wrong.

Didnt feel very comfortable in this particular store. Seen another customer with the same items i was getting and they looked totally different. I felt that my money was not valued the same as others. Store needs diversity training!

I visited on the week of 1/20/2020, i took two bracelets and three rings to clean up. 40 mins later they were still tarnished . The service is subpar. No customer care whatsoever i cant believe it was returned in the same condition. I took a 3 year old pandora cleaning cloth and did the magic my Jewlery looks brand new . I concluded these girls didnt even bother cleaning it or perhaps forgot -Jen

This Pandora store in Westfield Sunrise is well ran and the service one gets here makes it worth the drive from other parts of long island. After going to this store and Roosevelt Field I learned the hard way.... Roosevelt Field isnt worth it. At Westfield Sunrise Mall in Massapequa youll receive a pleasant mannered nice person serving you
