Its always a pleasure headed in this store. Its nice that we actually have a gaming and collectable store in the North Country in general. Staff are kind and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help a customer out.

I love game stop ! Always friendly staff . Great prices on games and systems, also sells novelty items and the up to date on the newest systems. Would highly recomend getting a pro card as you can save money as well .

I appreciate that there is a place to find action figures and comic related items. I also am glad there is a place to get some of the newest video games when they come out. I dont like the fact that when they buy used games and equipment they tend to low ball you for credit. I mean some of these games cost more than $50 dollars and you get nowhere near that when you trade them in. I guess you take the good with the bad.

If youre a gamer or just a weekend button smasher this is the place to pick up your gear. Used or new all returnable if any difficulties. WIDE variety of games and paddles, headsets nicnacs and all sorts of neat stuff. Got some threads in there too, baseball caps, socks. You just gotta check it out. Folks are pretty nice and easy to work with there too.

Had a problem with a console. Staff was kind and helpful.

My son wanted a game and when we went to get it, it was on the rack that said SALE in red letters also the game box itself had a big red sticker that said SALE. This game is 59.99. To me that is a lot of money for ! game. But because it said SALE I told my son he could get it. BUT low and behold when we went to cash out it was NOT on sale! The cashier told me oops that should have been taken off yesterday. OH I see so becuse they diidnt do their jobs I had to pay full price. Your actually lucky that I still bought that game. Just for furture customer service tips, Make sure you give the sale price IF it says so. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!
