I am so thankful for the great service I got at Verizon Wireless today from Rodney Jones! Rodney got me all set up with my new iPhone 13 Pro. He helped me transfer all of my data and photos over to the new phone. He also set me up with all of the accessories I’d need. He was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend going to this location and asking for Rodney.

The service attempts by the staff to resolve my identity theft issue was heroic but failed on account of Verizons accounts and collections departments not obeying victim protection laws and not providing a legal address to send written complaints, correspondence, and attorney responses. FCC needs to get off their duff and protect deaf and disable consumers being victimized by communications monopolizing giants wrecking financial lives with fraudulent billings.

Rod assisted me in getting my first smart phone a year and half ago. So informative, took time to show how to use phone. And Never made me feel stupid because I am technically not adept. I have come for assistance and repairs and Rod very helpful each time. I can say I have no reservations asking for help. Very grateful to have Rod.

Rodney was very helpful in explaining our options when we could not get land line service for my elderly mothers new apartment. He patiently explained the technology and steps needed to use a modem type device that the old phone can use so we didnt have to get a cell phone. We were pleased with the service.

Our representative, Robert Bard, helped us several months ago getting my daughters phone to work on our plan when we were unsuccessful getting through online or on the phone. When we needed a new phone this past week, Robert went out of his way to find the phone we wanted in our price point, the features, and what will work on our plan. Though we did not need to take him up on it, he did offer to come in on his day off if it was more convenient for us to pick up and set up the new phone. During set up, he took his time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. I recommend seeking Robert out if you have any needs I would like to purchase a phone.
