The lady doesnt know what shes doing I bought a washer dryer fridge and stove. The first fridge didnt work took 3 days to replace and I have a baby so I wasted so much formula not being able to refrigerate anything for 3 days. The next fridge worked but the shelf was broken. So everytime I open the door everything falls out they did not replace my fridge which I payed $300 for. They had to bring me 3 different dryers. The first one didnt get hot and the timer function didnt work the next one was the wrong one because it was more expensive than the $600 set I had bought. I went 2 weeks without a dryer and like I said before I have a baby so I had to go buy him clothes during this time. The last one they brought works but doesnt get hot enough I still have to dry my clothes for 80 minutes for anything to get dry. Laundry day takes forever now. If you buy from this place be sure to take someone who can look at the appliances. Its not the business that scams people its the lady who works there. She has no idea what shes doing she does not care about other people and she sells broken products regardless. The people who bring your stuff out to you I would give them 5 stars they are amazingly nice and friendly and they dont damage your stuff. Dont trust anything that woman or her daughter says to you.

I absolutely love this place! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Me and my husband was remodeling our house and bought our kitchen and laundry appliances! I will def be back! Tysm for your service!

They do have cheap units, but make sure you bring an appliance pro when you go look at their appliances.When we went in the salesperson acted like we were an inconvenience.when i asked what their refurbishing process was they acted like i should know, so when i clarified and asked if they tested them and cleaned them they confirmed they tested, but looked at me like i was crazy to ask for them to be sanitized.Then when i pointed out that 2 of their washers were defective (free spinning timer and a defective agitator) they acted like it didnt matter.They have a 30 day exchange policy where you can bring back any defective units for a replacement, but that means that your carting these large units back and forth until you find some that are ok.We didnt end up buying from here, The sales experience was enough to deter us.

AWFUL!!!!We contacted this company at 12pm today to inquire about a refrigerator they were selling. When we spoke on the phone with a woman, she stated it would be $200.00 for a 2019 stand up white simple fridge. We told her we were going to come pick it up this afternoon. We got our truck and a family friend and headed there and when we arrived we were informed the product we were told about that we dove half an hour for they sold to someone else....As we were in need for an immediate replacement, they offered a stainless steel upright refrigerator 2014 for $200, and it was pretty beat up and not in good condition. We took it and brought it home. So far it functions, but was a total SCAM.This company is 100% unprofessionalAnd unethical. Who sells someone elses refrigerator when they tell them they are on the way with the cash to come pick it up?!?!?Dont shop here....

TERRIBLE!Advertised NO DENTS on a fridge, bought it and had my brother go pick it up... DENTSWhen I told Mary, the salesperson I bought it off of, she denied it until I could prove to her that her very post showed a small part of the dent! then she refused to do anything to make it right.
