Love the products and customer service.Been with them for years

So in April, had to get my son a fridge when his quit. RAC offers rent to own price and same as cash price. My same as cash price expires on 10/8/20. I am now being told by this store that I still owe $281 on a $110 balance. Cash price is cash price am I right? Apparently not at Massillon RAC and they wont ever get my business again. And dont bother to call corporate, they wont help since this is an independently owned store.

They clearly didn’t want our business. My little brother and I were here for five minutes, and they were trying to force us to fill out paperwork. I told the guy that I wasn’t going to fill anything out until after I had found what I was looking for. If I could give this place a ZERO star review, I would. Absolutely worst customer service I have have ever had.

The 2 gentleman that took care of us were very polite and helpful. They have a great selection of stuff to choose from. Im extremely happy with the washer and dryer I chose and my boyfriend loves his laptop. Thanks guys.

This place is horable all the employees look at you like your trash and treat you like so also they are cons charging you 3x what somethings worth go to arrons better prices and way better staff
