Have received junk parts multiple times and make you wait days to receive a replacement part. I refuse to do business with Besslers again after costing my business thousands of dollars due to poor inspection of parts and lack of customer service
Prices are way higher then any yard I’ve ever been to. They offer full service parts (also really high prices) so they pull a ton of parts before putting the cars on the yard including good engines/transmissions. Overall prices too high and not enough parts to pull.

I needed a new hood for my car and I was looking for one in the correct paint color so I wouldnt need to repaint it.I saw online they had a hood in the right paint color and it said it was undamaged. I called them and double checked that it wasnt damaged and they confirmed that it was an undamaged hood.I went ahead and purchased it. The cost was about $580 which was higher than some other hoods I was looking at, but this one was the right color so I considered it worth it.Long story short, one of my friends who has a pickup drove and hour with me to pickup the hood. It turns out it had accident damage on both sides that dented the metal and caused the pain to crack for several inches. I asked them about it and they called someone on the phone and I talked to them, after apologizing several times and saying the understood this was frustrating etc they would only give me a $100 discount which was definitely not enough to have it repaired and was still overpriced for a damaged hood, not to mention my extra time and hassle.So in the end it was a big waste of my time and all they did was politely offer me a small discount, rather than taking responsibility for the fact that is was their mistake and giving me a big enough discount to be able to cover the costs of repairs, or at least put it in the price range of a damaged hood.

WE HAVE USED BESSLER FOR ALL OUR USE PARTS NEEDS AND HAVE FOUND THAT THEY VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND SHIPPING VERY QUICK. IF THEY DONT HAVE IT THEY WILL FIND IT IF ITS OUT THERE. WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR MANY YEARS TO COME .
I SPENT $1,400.00 ON A TRANSMISSION WITH A 3 YEAR UNLIMITED MILEAGE WARRANTY. IT WENT BAD 4 DAYS AFTER INSTALLATION. IT TURNS OUT MY 3 YEARS WAS UP IN 4 DAYS!!! NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! THATS $350.00 A DAY. THAT WAS A VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON TO LEARN NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!

UPDATE as of 9/20/2018: Tom was very professional and helpful and explained the situation as to why there were so many problems. I have officially received my full refund, as promised, and have adjusted my rating.The whole process was a series of jumping through hoops, pulling teeth, and lack of communication between staff. Back in August, I ordered 4 parts for my vehicle and paid for them over the phone. A few days later, I was notified they were ready to be picked up. After letting the Front Desk know that I was here to pick up parts, they directed me towards the Warehouse. After waiting about 10 minutes for my parts, I was told they only have 2 out of the 4 that I paid for. I then stated that I will be picking up all 4 of them at once instead of taking 2 now and 2 later. Several days go by and the salesman contacts me to tell me theyve returned 1 of the 2 parts they received because it was in poor condition and werent sure if they could get the other 2 that I ALREADY PAID FOR. At that point, I told them to completely cancel my entire order and to initiate a Full Refund. For the 2 parts that never got ordered, they refunded that money straight away. It was a week before I called and asked about the rest of it. I was told that they cant initiate a refund until I have the parts returned...the ones that I never took from the Warehouse. After a pretty long debate, Mr. Salesman goes out to the Warehouse and sees the 2 parts that I never took from the Warehouse and is obviously embarrassed as he tries to make an excuse for his stubbornness. I was then promised an immediate return of my money the next day. Here it is, almost a week later, I call and ask what the status is on my refund. Oh, it took a day to initiate it, 2 days to process it, 2 days to finalize it, 2 days to put in the system, blah, blah, blah. After stating that I am sick and tired of excuses and games, I said that if I dont have the full amount returned to my bank account by the end of the week, I am hiring an attorney. The salesman then proceeded to claim You can call and hire anyone you want but its in the system and it wouldve been a lot simpler. But most of this is your fault. At that point, I told him he has 5 days to finish the refunds and he needs to update his Front Desk staff and the Warehouse staff on proper communication, the policies of the establishment, and general Customer Service Guidelines. I DO NOT recommend Bessler Auto Parts to anyone and am still waiting for a $169.00 refund as of 9/18/2018 for parts that Ive never even seen.

They truly put the customer first in everything that they do. All of the bessler team will go that extra mile. Since they source their parts from South of Ohio, getting rust free parts isnt a problem. They even round up parts for us from all around the country.

Got a door from them. They got me the wrong one. Sadly i didnt realize it til i got home. I called them 8 times over a week time span. No one would answer the phone. Last time i called someone answered. They were gonna check on the correct door and call back. Didnt hear from them. Drove down 3 days later they said they would get the correct door will be there in 2 days. Tried calling after 3 days no answer. Drove down again and said they havent unloaded the truck yet so they dont know if its there or not. Needless to say 5 weeks later im still waiting for a damn door! I will never buy from this place again and i will make sure no one i know does either. What a joke.
