This tire center will cause your car to leak oil on your concrete driveway.I have taken three different vehicles, on three different occasions to this walmart for an oil change. All three times the vehicles would leak oil afterwards. Its as if they dont care to tighten the filter. Overhearing the manager speak negatively about another customer really put the final nail in.

They were so nice I had accidentally forgot my wallet and they still let me come back and pay for it. I got an oil change also and they balance my tires out and rotated them

Have got tires here a couple of times. Have had long waits and attempts to upscale you to pricier items. Service was good but long waits. Prices fair not good at sticking to there guarantee, once blamed me for tire I only had two weeks wanted me to buy two new tires refused to replace one. I have never went back since.

I always have a good experience here. I have had numerous oil changes on multiple vehicles and have bought tires here as well. I find the prices very reasonable and the service is fairly heplful. I visit on a regular basis and my last oil change was in the spring of 2018.

I went there hoping to grab a few things and get out in a matter of a short time but as I approached the checkouts the lines went beyond the walkway and there were only a few checkout registers open. So I returned my items to the correct shields and left and went into another store for same products were there wasnt any waiting in lines to check out. Also same products Nyquil/dayquil were a dollar less expensive.

They will lie indirectly to get out of honoring your tire treadlife /wear warranty.I bought a set of tires here at 159k miles on my car. Goodyear viva 3 all seasons. Wonderful tires. Had them rotated and balanced by same center every other oil change. About every 5 to 6 k miles. They hit the wear bars at 212k. This is 53k miles. Goodyear guarantee is 60k on these.Thats 7k left or.. 11.6 percent.According to goodyears warranty protocol.. If it hits wear bars early and you have a recorded history of timely rotations at the center then i am guarunteed a percentage off my next set of tires. This percentage is based off how many miles were left unusable ...7kdivided by the guarunteed tread life...60k11.6 percent rounded down.I called to confirm all this with the store ahead of time before buying and having next set installed. Tech said if everything i was saying checked out that id have the discount applied and walmart would honor it.Showed up. Bought tires at 212k miles. Requested install. The tech who checked me in confirmed what i was saying and said shed make sure the warranty guy saw what she saw. Wear bars were hit.Was denied the warranty . i asked to see the manager.Brian or Brent..dont remember what his name was but he was the manager of auto center..came walking out. He said that the treads depth was still deep enough that the tires werent technically eligible.i stated about goodyear specifically proclaiming it is the wearbars.. and then asked what his standard was for the required measurement of minimum tread depth was to qualify the tires...He did not answer directly and awkwardly changed the subject to say that the amount of miles left on the tires was so little that no sort of discount would be garnered whatsoever anyway apparently he expected me to accept this answer. So then i asked.so, is that your policy or walmarts policy to claim a minimum threshold for miles left to be met to qualify for a discount aside from tread depth requirement ? Because goodyear says WHATEVER THE PERCENTAGE IS when wear bars are hit regardless of miles left IS THE DISCOUNT. And walmart says they honor the goodyear warranty. SO Brian ..YOU are saying you wont honor a 10 percent difference? Thats over 5 dollars a tire .he then avoided my question and began to argue saying my tires did not have 10 percent life or more left ..that they only had a 3 or so thousand miles left.I said no sir.. 7k left and the paperwork to prove it say thats an 11.6 percent difference. At that point his mouth opened and he stopped talking.. Looked up from his desk and just stared at me. He then rudely answered a phone line he had on hold the whole time we were talking and blatantly ignored me to start servicing someone else.I calmly left not willing to spend anymore time . decided to contact the store about this later and leave this honest review so others know what to expect here. One thing worth mentioning moving forward..found out 2nd hand from two family members on 2 separated occasions...walmart will decline you a tire rotation if your tires are at the wear bars because that means the treadlife is up. So walmart DOES use the wear bar as a standard.Isnt this just getting funnier and funnier?questions that went unanswered by Brian.Does walmart not honor the goodyear warrant by going to wear bars depth for qualifying the tires? What is the actual depth measurement that he claimed my tires did not meet? Are these strange policies his own deciding or walmarts? Will wamart not honor a 11.6 percent gap 7k miles unusable on tires guarunteed for 60k? Quite a gap i would say.Because this doesnt sound like the goodyear warranty i read completely through for reference.I will have my tires rotated and replaced elsewhere from now on and i have 2 vehicles and handle my grandparents and parents vehicles as well so this store will lose all that business. Rightfully so.

Went to get a tire rotation and oil change and refused to do the rotation because the tread was too low on my 40,000 mile tires with only 15,000 miles on them. Waste of time from a crap company wanting to sell tires for no valid reason.
