I am very thorough when inspecting a potential vehicle for purchase and Andrew allowed me all the time I needed. Needed to find a great used car for my daughter and had gone to several places in the morning with no luck finding the style, condition, extras, and price that we wanted. Called Economy Auto Outlet when we stopped for lunch, having found one in their online inventory we wanted to look at, and drove it off the lot that afternoon. Immaculate car at a good price, squeaky clean carfax, everything we were looking for. Though we were only there for one specific vehicle, as we walked through the lot it was obvious they have a full range of makes, models, and amenities for every budget. All the staff were welcoming, relaxed, and efficient, no pressure. Would definitely buy from again and recommend to anyone looking for a quality used car. Thanks, guys, she loves it!

Please Buyer BEWARE!!!! I was fooled by the positive reviews and was even baited with a gift card for just stopping in to look their inventory.....all were misleading. I fell victim to a sales man who pretended to help me to purchase the care of my dreams. I bought what I believed to be a great car...literally 9 days after I bought it the motor locked up and im stuck with paying for a car that is not working. When I tried to call them back they told me there is nothing they can do and hung up on me! Please be aware of my story and ask them why they do not back the cars they sell. Learn from my mistake

Transmission has been tested and flushed. Ive not had any trouble with it other than a ground wire needing put on one of the sensors.I trust these guys way more than I did chevy dealership.

Drove a half hour to be on time for my appointment and the person for my appointment didnt come out from the back? The truck was a salvage title in which was not disclosed till we arrived and another employee told us the vehicle was TMU salvage title. This was not disclosed on the website or when we spoke with them about the vehicle, only when we showed up for the appointment!

Andrew helped me to get my monthly payment lower but more importantly, helped to get my interest rate a whole 11% less! I highly recommend coming in to this location.

I am very happy with my new car. It fits into my lifestyle. Gives me enough room for my 3 dogs. Rides great. Runs very smooth. The employees were all very friendly.

I bought a car here today and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted promptly and given time and space to look through the car I was interested in on my own. Zero pressure. The purchase process itself was the fastest closure I have ever had at a dealership. As their name implies, these guys seem to sell mostly traded-in vehicles that are sold as-is. They were up front about this and really fair. Bring a mechanic or a friend who knows about cars if you dont, and check the car out carefully. Thats how these kinds of places work and you can get a great deal if you find the right car.

No pressure, quick and painless, with good prices! Would definitely recommend!*Update!!!!* As of September 2021I would NEVER recommend this dealership! I bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze that rode and looked as if it were in great condition. 6 months have gone by and I have had nothing but issues! I have had to repair brakes, replace all four fuel injectors, spark plugs, and coil packs. Spark plugs were shot and appeared to be the originals. Coil packs where oxidizing and also had never been replaced. Then theres the fuel injectors. They were caked inside and out with sludge. I still have a rough idle as well. The turbo sounds like it is forming a bad bearing. There is something loose in the front end that no one can figure out. And then, the transmission is also on its way out. They are a terrible company do not buy from them as this vehicle was not properly inspected and or was quick fixed.

I went with my fiance to purchase a truck from Economy Auto Outlet a few weeks ago. Although he loves the vehicle, their customer service was below subpar. We scheduled an appointment to come check out the vehicle the day before, but when we reached they had his name in the system but the vehicle wasnt ready for us to view. In fact, an associate had used the car the night before for a game; so it wasnt ready. With all of that the staff still made no major attempt to remedy the situation.

Came in with only a few hours to find a car before work today and Steve and Heath were more than helpful. They were very fast and efficient, extremely helpful on any questions I had and we were able to get me on the road just in time for work!

Excellent buying experience. We had been doing our homework in searching for a car and reading customer reviews on both the car and the dealership for several weeks. We called the day before to make sure the car was still available, then we drove an hour and a half the next morning and the car was out front waiting on us. We met with Heath and took it for a short drive and found it to be everything that it was represented to be. We made a realistic and fair offer, they came back with a counter offer, we came up just slightly and the deal was done. This is my favorite way to buy a car, with both parties being fare and realistic making the process a pleasure.We found a great car for a college student at a great price. We would definitely recommend this dealership.

I scheduled an appointment to buy a F-150 at this place. Whoever I spoke with was friendly but not very knowledgeable. I was on the phone with them trying to figure out payment details the night before I drove 6hrs to get there. 1 hour before I got there they called to say they sold it the evening before. Very disappointing. I called Morris Cadillac, and they kindly held another F-150 for me, they even took my person check, economy auto outlet wouldnt. I see by there reviews they disappointed quite a few others by doing the same thing they did to me. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Called a day before to set up a time to see and test drive a vehicle..you have to make an appointment (covid). Came an hour away to see the car. Show up on time only to find out the vehicle wasnt there because a worker took it to get lunch. I asked for the salesperson I spoke with and told they were not there. Another salesperson who never even introduced himself says Ohh theres the car go out and look at it. All vehicles in the lot were spotless clean...except the one im looking at has salt and dirt all over it. Terrible customer service will never go back
