I would NOT take your vehicle to this shop. They are not professional. They do not do proper diagnostics. I spent almost 500$ and my car was not fixed like they said it was. Wouldn’t even start in the parking lot. They said it was fixed and ran fine and I broke down right down the road after we got it started. They act like they were surprised. They even tried to test drive my 5 speed and the kid couldn’t even drive manual. Do NOT go there. Maybe for an oil change but they are NOT honest at all. Very disappointed. I could have wrecked leaving there.

Took over an hour and a half to get 4 new tires put on. Even had an appointment. I have absolutely no confidence in this place after watching how work was carried out. Finally out the door 2 hours later. They dont appear to know what theyre doing.....My son-in-law used to install tires. He said it should only take one man 30 minutes to put 4 new tires on a car.

The worst mechanics around all they do is read codes and pull part . They dont do full inspections and will fix code they pull before actually fixing the car. They call it process of elimination. I call it they have no clue what they are doing. I do not recommend anyone go there . Not even for tires because the dope heads they have working there will steal stuff out of your car and not own up to it .

Has a crazy week then to finish it out I blew a tire. Had a tow take my car to Mr. Tire and didnt even think about calling (sometimes Im forgetful) and called five minutes before my car got there. They put my car in there and said theyll try to get to it in between jobs since they were slammed all day. Not even two hours later I get a call saying hes about finished. Absolutely astonished I was so excited because he went above and beyond to finish my car. He got me a very good price on a new tire and told me the cost of tax and everything up front. No surprises. Absolutely amazing and truly truly happy that theyre around to help at almost literally the drop of a hat.

I wish I could give Mr. Tire in Massillon more stars. They went out of their way to help find me discounts to save me money. And they worked hard to save me time as well. I lost my locking lug nut key and they bent over backwards to help me find a way to replace mine, made phone calls for me, and ultimately they found a work around so I could have new brakes and be back in my car the same day. The car drove like a dream after all was said and done and I will be back for all my cars needs in the future. Every employee I worked with was highly professional. Ive never had a better experience taking my car in for repair. Thank you Mr. Tire!!

I brought my car in for an oil change and was told that I had a nail in my tire. When I asked them to put on my spare tire, they acted very strange and said they didnt have the tools to do that. So I took my car to another tire shop and they found NO nail of any sort. I have been driving with this tire now for 5 months. I will never come back to this shop and recommend that you dont either.

One of the best mechanic shops I have ever been to. The staff was incredibly generous and helpful in explaining things. They helped me figure out that a used car I was about to buy had many issues that were incredibly dangerous. They got the job done at a great price and saved me both money and safety in the long run. Do NOT use their online appointment system. Made an online appointment, showed up and when I pulled in they were watching from the window. Got my son out of his car seat, gathered our belongings to wait, walked in and they inform me that they can’t honor the appointment time. So annoyed! Went down the street to Valvoline. MUCH better customer service there!

Not only did they willingly choose to go for the more expensive option for fixing my car but they also did NOT call me before doing the repairs to tell me how much it would be and okay and confirm if we wanted it done or not. Have never went to a repair shop that doesn’t not get your permission to proceed with the repairs after putting together an actual estimate. Will never return here again. I’ll pay to have my car towed farther next time to make sure I get good service.

When coming to the Mr Tire Center here, we were looking for two new tires for the front of our van. Mark and Jay were able to not only get us two extremely nice tires, brand new, but they were also able to get it at a very fantastic price point. They were also completely willing to entertain us while they were working on our van with conversation.The mechanics were able to get our van done extremely fast showed us some extra issues that we had with the van, but did not pressure us into getting them fixed like other places. They also showed us proof not just gave us their word on it.Overall Id recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a fantastic price point on any repair or maintenance, and I appreciate everything that Mark and Jay had done for us today

Went in to get 4 new tires mounted and balanced. Scott the manager got me taken care of very quickly and they also did a complimentary inspection to tell me if I needed anything else done. I was in and out in 45 minutes and everyone was very nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Wonderful experience from the moment I called. Was straight with me about what I wanted and how much it would cost. Treated me with respect unlike other shops when they hear Im a girl. Was able to fit me in same day. Worked with me explained what was wrong what could wait and what needed fixed Asap. They even drove me home because I lived down the road so I didnt have to wait 3 hours in the shop. Then picked me up to get my car an hour early so they were fast about it. I will highly recommended to anyone.

Low indicator came on and made an appointment and was able to get in on same day. Nothing wrong with tire just off by a few pounds of air. Honest and would recommend stopping here for tire needs.

Got a Saturday appointment for an alignment. Scott put my truck up on a lift and found a ball joint that needed replaced first. To save a few hundred dollars, I decided to take it home and do it myself (& also get the other side done at the same time.) When I went to pick it up, they gave me a no charge bill. Thanks, guys! Damaged my wheel in a perfect circle on the spokes refused to to anything but a discount for the service. Nothing to fix the gash and scratched in the wheel. Most likely won’t be back

Joke of a place. I’m a pretty patient person but this place can’t do anything right.

Charged me a diagnostic fee but the diagnosis didnt make any sense to explain the problem. Ive taken cars in here for 3 different things and ended up not having the work done because the recommendations seemed either unreasonable or over priced and ended up getting a better resolution at different shops. I see they get good reviews for tire stuff so maybe if you just need a pull everything and replace it mechanic they are fine but youll probably just have to take their word for it as to whether it is actually needed.

The service I received was top notch. I wanted a price on two replacement tires. the manager Jay Eberhardt told me about the condition of the rear tires and he gave me a great price on replacing all four. It was so nice to be able to drop my car off without waiting a long time for the tires to be replaced. They even did an alignment which was out by quite a bit. My nearly twenty year old car rides extremely well now and I am a very happy customer! Thank you so much!

I took my 07 Kia Spectra in for an alignment. Scheduled at a different location by mistake, but worked out wonderfully. Scott, the manager, is just awesome! He took the car in the shop anyway, and had it back to us within an hour and a half. Been back several times, even though its 15 minutes away and I live one block from 2 other garages. Will continue to go back because of the service.

Nice staff, but that’s about it. They were able to fit me in for a same day appointment to get tires mounted and balanced on a new set of wheels for my Corvette. Two days prior I had done a full detail on the car, so it was nice and clean. Unfortunately, it was raining on the day I was taking it in but I wanted to see the new wheels on the car so I figured it would be worth it to get it dirty again and just detail it after the wheels were installed.The guys were very nice when I got there and about 5 minutes after they pulled it in the main tech came in and told me “It’s too low.....It won’t fit on our lift.” I asked if they could use a jack and jackstands and he replied “No, my jack isn’t that strong and I don’t feel comfortable that it will hold it in the air for long.” A tire shop with a non-functioning jack? Nice!Again, very nice staff, but cmon......

Manager Jay and shop tech Tyler helped me mount and balanced a tire. My tire suffered a puncture to the side wall leaving me stranded blocks away I walked to the shop they offered to drive me back to my car retrieve and replace my rubber then bright me back to my car blocks away to install. Mind you I showed up 10 minutes before close time at 6 they stayed an extra 45 min over taking care of me. I couldnt be any more greatful

I believe that the vast majority of the reviews posted for this Mr Tire store are bogus! Posted by friends, family and employees! Ive been there three times and shame on me for going there a second and third times. It will never happen again! Seems like a lot of lying going on in these reviews. WOW!!! They quoted me a price then tried to charge considerably more than the quote and also performed the work without my ok. They told me that they replaced fuel injector number 7, but they actually replaced number 5 and did not replace the fuel injector retainer. This place is the poster child for buyers beware.

Took one of my other vehicles in a couple months ago on dumb luck. Been back now several times and will continue to. Just had my 07 F150 in, and will have my company vehicles in soon.

Weve been going there for 10+ years, but a couple years back they got new management and everything went down hill. We have yet to have even a somewhat average experience. We are constantly being talked down to and they dont seem to care about our loyal business. We had to go in there twice to fix the brakes on one of our vehicles and ended up spending near 2000 dollars. We will not be going back there again. There are plenty of other places that we can go who will give us much better service and that we can actually trust.

This place has idiots that do oil changes. Cousin went in yesterday with her VW Jetta, takes synthetic oil. They put regular oil in! Caused the engine to shake and misfire. Turned around and went back and requested a refund, so they re-drained the oil and I guess put the right oil in, we are going to change the oil again today to make sure its the right oil! We shouldnt have to do this! Arent you trained to know to put the right oil in??? The manager got really cocky with her and just rude. I wont recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely slow service, unqualified mechanics and management, way overpriced $125 an hour they charge! That’s more than the dealerships to have high school kids throw junk parts on your car that they mark up the price on, and the temporary district manager they have filling in for them right now total disrespectful manger. Overall just a horrible company. Save your money go absolutely anywhere else there’s a lot of great auto repair shops in Massillon and Canton and this is definitely not one of them.

This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a tire shop. They blew through the side wall of one of my brand new tires with the tool they use to mount them. The manager said hes had issues with the guys mounting tires before and is ready to be fired. Took them four day to get a new tire. Said they did an alignment but couldnt print me out a rundown of the camber and caster numbers.. I just had to take their word for it. They drove my car and ripped the headliner from my sunroof and gouged out my front bumper. I keep my car in storage and know every inch of my car and was very disappointed to see all the damage. I will be getting in touch with corporate as well.
