Excellent. Vehicle done in 1 day. Fast service.

I’ll break this down very simply so I don’t run off on an unreadable tangent.I got a flat tire on the highway. Called here, they told me to bring it in and they’d try to patch it. Left it with them, a few hours later they inform me my rim was damaged, huge bummer! They attempted to get a used rim to save me money, but couldn’t. So I called my insurance, insurance company said good news, we will replace it for you with your deductible. We will get an adjuster to come out & give a quote. Adjuster came out, quoted lower than the new tire price amount, so I decided I’d get the rental car and wait for the used tire to come in. Turns out, MasterTech decided to take it upon themselves and order a brand new tire from someone, got it mounted and installed, all without consulting me because they figured I needed the car ASAP. (I did not tell them I needed it ASAP.) I went in to explain that I’d get a rental car and wait for the cheaper tire, they got mad at me because it’s already been installed (without my consent). Long story short, the insurance paid less and MasterTech was out $100. I felt bad, but decided I’d give them my business next time I needed work done.About a month later, my car is due for routine maintenance. I call them, schedule the appointment, get put on hold, then I’m told that if I want to schedule an appointment, they need that $100 back. I laughed in a polite way and said I guess I’d have to go somewhere else. The employee said NOTHING and hung up on me.Good business practices here, let me tell ya! Losing me as a customer won’t affect them by this simple review, but I’m hoping it alerts you to the kind of people they are. Shady, like most car shops. Sad!!

I mainly dealt with Mark regarding a massive coolant leak on my BMW 430i GranCoupe. They were extremely communicative and kept me involved every step of the way and were able to fix it. I will definitely be taking my car here again next time it needs something. Thanks, Mark!

Had my car towed here a couple of months ago after it was just sitting outside another shop while that shop made excuses about not working on it… best decision I’ve ever made. Mastertech was able to start work quickly, and they would call me and give me updates every day that they worked on it. It has been a couple months now, and my car hasn’t run this well in a few years. I would recommend Mastertech to everyone and will definitely be going to them exclusively in the future.

I was told up front what the cost could possibly be I brought my car in the night before was called the next morning and told what they found wrong with my air gave an ok to go ahead and do the work then was called and it was done. My air in the car works fine only wish theyd except checks cause I had to find a ride to my bank for cash not everyone does credit card transactions.

These guys are top notch and honest. Took my car in. Got an honest estimate. Had them fix all the issues and car rides smooth as silk. Ill definitely recommend these guys.

My part was told to be on back order, part never came and money was refunded. Reason why told on back order was due to with all issues from dealing with them and they claimed if I paid for part labor was free. And by free that was after spending 6000 for an engine and 1 week later breaks again. By far worst mechanic shop Ive experienced. Please go anywhere but here. They claim to care but con artists!-

Replaced sensors and had to get a new oil pump, flex pipe, bad motor mount and an alternator for a 21 year old car. Car looks good and running like a top again for another 20 years. Master tech people are very helpful and dependable and prices are in line or better than others.

This is where I take my car for repairs. There honest hard working men. They always give it to me straight forward at a fair price. They deserve 10 stars. Take your car there; you wont be disappointed.

Firstly this is an veteran owned business. I will support as many veteran owned businesses as I can. Secondly they worked with my mom to get the cost lower and had her car done in 24 hours. They topped her car off for fluids, changed her oil, and reset a sensor that had been giving her problems. They did a fantastic job! Stand up people.

First time using them. My brake lines blew 3 days before Christmas. They fit me in so I could have my car by Christmas eve. They checked my car over and called me with what needed done before working on it to let me know what they found. Was very professional about everything from start to finish. Will definitely go back for any other needs in my future I felt their prices were reasonable also.

Great, trustworthy. They are phenomenal. They also offer a military discount. But I always feel like they hear my concerns and address them in a timely manner and with cost in mind (they dont overcharge and always try to find the best option). I will always bring my cars to them!

We knew what the trouble was, and these people were the only ones to mention the spindle might need to be replaced as well. So we took it in, one day service and the spindle did not have to be replaced. Honest hard working and dedicated individuals. We will be using them again! Thank you!

Hello I have used Mastertech auto on three or four different occasions they were recommended by a friend and her husband because their military veterans and so is my friend’s husband. They have never tried to sell me anything more than I needed or talk to you anything more expensive than what was good for my car. They do the work in a timely manner they’re very professional and friendly Even when I’m there waiting on my car and they’re on the phone or talking with customers their eyes of the highest quality professionalism. I was in there quite a few months ago to see if I need a new locks on my passenger door in my hatchback because my key wouldn’t work. When they checked everything out they said they think my key was so worn down that’s why it wouldn’t work so they suggested I go up to Quikeys and Dressler and Fulton do you have a new key made by that gentleman which I did and that was the problem. No they could’ve very easily told me I needed new locks and replaced my locks and not And I would’ve never been the wiser. But instead they told me the truth which they’ve always done and never tried to take me for more than what I was in there for so yes I recommend them highly and when I tell people what I’ve paid for things they’re like are you kidding and I said no they said you would’ve paid two or three times that much other places so I know I’m getting a good deal and professionalism on top of that

I have been to this establishment twice and I can honestly say this is the only place I will take my car to now and the ONLY place I will recommend to friends and family. This is the most professional auto repair I have ever been to. As a middle aged female I have seen it all ....over pricing, miss diagnosing; misagonistic rude behavior. NOT here. They explain everything, priortize all of your needs in order of safety and importance while always being understanding of financial needs but explaininf your options. I was going to replace my outer tie rod ends on my 2006 nissan pathfinder, but decided to call around for pricing since i had to have it aligned afterwards anyway, and Mastertechs price for them to do the whole job made it cost effective for me to just have them do it, saving me the hassle.I also had them quote timing chain replacement, which is a big job on this vehicle. Their quote was the lowest by a far. I will be bringing all of my vehicles to them in the future.

I had to bring my car in for a repair. Unfortunately it was not covered by my warranty, however they let me know the problem and gave me pricing and suggestions. They softened the hard blow with the kindness of not charging me a diagnostic fee. I would recommend them for services as they seem reputable and friendly.I cant compare pricing as I havent looked for other pricing yet.

My daughter was traveling from Texas to Ohio and she started having problems with her transmission fluid leaking. Mastertech repaired the leaks at a very fair price and was very professional. Only place Id take my vehicle on this town.

Took our mini van down knowing it needed front end work and a oil change. Not only did they quote me lower than anywhere else would of charged. They got it fixed in a timely mannor and prioritized all the things wrong with it. Then when unexpectedly the alternator died and we had to have it towed from new Philly they were great with getting it fixed fast and charging $200 less than anywhere else. 1 week later the owner even checked in to make sure everything was running good and that his guys treated us right. Life long customer here.

So, I followed them to their new place and I have been very happy I did. Customer service is extremely friendly and accommodating. Mark is great with trying to meet my needs, as he was at his former place of work. Brian is always ready to do the best job for the least cost, and very easy to discuss car needs. True story: I was in Florida this summer and warning lights came on. Went to dealer there (they sold the same make as my car) to avoid potential unknown garage. Dealer wanted $4000 to fix car. Next day, went to local (in Florida) garage, they wanted $1900. Drove car home (it was safe to drive) and called Mastertech - they looked at it my first day home, ordered a part, and fixed when part came in (a few days total). Cost: Under $400. Reason: Rather than ordering new parts and installing them, making the job a lot easier, Mastertech is willing to do the hard work, and actually fix the existing parts (when possible) - saving money (for me, over $3000). Give them a try - they really do a great job, schedule quickly, and are great guys to talk and work with!

Very professional. Did no try to sell me things that were not needed. Reasonably priced. Very hands on explaining what was needed.

I procrastinate, bad. So when my worn brakes finally started making grinding noises I decided they needed changed ASAP. MasterTech was able to get me in and out that same day. After their initial inspection they called to tell me the status of the brakes(pads worn, calipers still good), and about a few other issues I knew about and asked if I wanted anything else done. The service was priced well, the brakes work great, the people I dealt with were all courteous and professional, and the work was done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Mastertech.
