Very Snotty. The guy who actaully does the estimate was far from personable. Acted like i was bothering him with my business. The office staff was actually friendly and nice. After he gave me the run around i took it somewhere else. They are supposed to be really good. Not sure about that but the front line dealing with customers is appalling.

They handled all the details with the insurance company. And these guys always do top notch work.

Superb collision repair. They have fixed really bad damage on my Jaguar several times, unfortunately; however the repairs have been flawless.

My Dodge Avenger has been there since June 29. I was told itd be done July 8. July 8 came, and I called an hour before they closed to see if it was done. The man i talked to was rude and didnt seem to care and told me that itd be done July 10. Today is July 10, and I called to see if it would be done. The man on the phone (same guy as two days ago) was once again rude and careless. I told him Id be at work till 4:45 and i could get my car on Monday and give back the rental the same day since theyre closed on weekends unless i could get one of my parents to pick it up even though they both are working too. The guy got pissy for me saying that even though my insurance (who is paying them) is under my parents names.I have seen their work on cars, which comes out nicely, but they for sure need to work on the customer service with the man i talked to. I wont be returning to the company just because of him.
