Had to get a new phone as mine was very old and dying out. David helped me that day. Very courteous. Very helpful. Helped me not only choose a phone I could navigate, but answered all my questions. He didnt make me feel as I was rushed. He also helped me transfer my info to the new phone so I could use it as I was walking out the door. The best customer service I have received from someone in a long time! A definite asset to Boost mobile stores.

Nice place, Dexter is very knowledgeable and personable. I had a lot of questions, and he patiently answered every one of them and then some. Would recommend buying your phone and service here. Dont listen to the one hater here - he has issues.
Stopped in yesterday for a phone for my senior citizen mother. Greeted and helped with a smile by “Dxter88.” He went above and beyond to help me find what would work best for my mother. He even offered me tips and support for my own phone. Great guy! I would recommend all my friends, family and contacts to shop the boost mobile in Matteson for great customer service.
