This location is completely useless. They cannot answer any questions and are totally understaffed. They also changed their hours from 8:00 pm to 6:00 pm without any warning. I arrived shortly before 6:00 with a broken phone, hoping for a warranty replacement, but the clerk just looked at me through the plate glass. Tell me why I shouldnt go across the street to Verizon next time?
Horrible. Wait too long just to buy a phone charger. Someone could have easily rang me right up for that but clearly prioritize folks buying phone. Tons of folks just waiting for way too long.
I came here and received excellent service! Allan was helpful and assisted me with all of my questions and concerns. I appreciate the patience and service.

After reading the other customers reviews, I should have taken this as a warning. I went to this store to have my phone serviced and a heavy set guy with glasses was barely any help at all. He was very lax, nonchalant, and even made a flippant remark concerning my exasperation with an issue with my phone. I called the store to share my experience privately, not to get the young man in trouble, but in hopes that he would learn a valuable lesson regarding customer service and treating customers right when they enter the store. But no one even bothered to pick up the phone. Long story short, I went to another T-mobile location where they were able to solve my problem expeditiously and with a smile.
I love the service at this location!! Especially helpful were Kwasi and Morgan!! I have gone there several times and they always give my family their undivided attention!! They go above and beyond to make sure you thoroughly understand what they’re explaining!!!
Great customer service, I got in and out rather quickly considering I came in a little before they were about to close. More people should visit this location. Ask for Kwasi or Jessica. They’re the best.

There is one young lady who is customer service oriented. The others attitudes show they are not a people person. The heavyset guy took advantage of my account and my son. I was not home and able to come in person and buy my son a new phone do to the old one not working and was not repairable. The t Mobile rep called me while my son was there and said the only way he could sell him a phone was if I put him as an authorized person on my account to make changes. I called 611 and did. When the transaction was finished, I called back and took him off. When I received my bill, I noticed 2 accessories on my bill. I asked my son about the purchase being that my son, rep and I knew only a phone was to be purchased. When I went to confront the manager of her rep scheme to get his accessories sales up, she told me she knows nothing about it and was just filling in because the store was short staffed also informed me that my son signed for it. My son told her, “He thought the screen protector and case came with the phone, because the guy just went over there and grabbed them and put them on my phone without asking me if I would like to purchase them.” Yes I got on his case because he did not read before signing on the dotted line. The funniest thing happened, I seen it done to someone else in person at this same location. Fast talking the young lady into something she did not ask for just to get your sales up. I will not purchase from this store again.

I stopped going to the T-Mobile store in Homewood where I live for two reasons: First, they expect customers to keep track of who is next for service. Second, their employees know how to sell electronic devices but do not know how to troubleshoot any of them. I now go to the T-Mobile store in Matteson, and they provide excellent service. I purchased my Smartphone there. This week, I had some problems with it neither I nor anyone I know could solve. Yesterday, I took it to the Matteson store, and a wonderful, polite and knowledgeable young lady named Dominique solved the problem in minutes. And when you walk in the door, someone writes your name down so that customers are served in order.
The service was terrible. they have you standing in line for a long time. they give you attitude and make u feel stupid. the young people are so FAST and are just rude. i would tell you not to go at all

Terrible customer service. Went in to see about getting an upgrade. The young man told me without looking up my account that I would be better off selling my old phone and buying the new one out right. Didnt seem like he wanted to help me at all.
