My sister went here to get her phone fixed and they fixed it that same day for a very reasonable price. I definitely want to come back. i just wished i saw a estimated prices on the website because i recently just broke my PC computer screen.

A jacuzzi suite is kind of priced High for the area but honestly its worth it to pay a little extra because its clean and the people there really do work with you. Its 1 of the better places to get away for a night or two in the area. Your workers have never been anything but friendly and helpful to me. I would definitely recommend it if youre looking for something affordable but also well kept.

They replaced the screen on my sons Nintendo Switch. Screen was replaced with no issues and was done when promised as well price as quoted. They were also very nice to the kids when we picked it up on what happened to be my sons birthday. They let the kids choose a pop socket, which was very unexpected and really made the kids happy.Will definitely go back when the need arises.

I walked in with a 3-day old water damaged laptop that wouldnt boot up no matter what I tried. To my surprise, Ocean managed to fix it within 10 minutes of me entering the store. I had an appointment with them at 2 PM on a Saturday. I got there a little early and was told that it will take about two hours for my phone to be fixed. So about after hour and a half I got a phone call saying that my screen did indeed need to be fixed it’ll take about an hour. 2 almost 3 hours roll by and I hear nothing. So they’ve had my phone for about four hours and I only got one phone call. So I went in to see if my phone was done and it was indeed done being repaired. I paid $182 to get my screen fixed only for it to not even fully be fixed. It’s not pushed all the way down into the frame so the corner kind of pops up and down a bit and whatever keyboard options are in the corner I cannot even use right. I’m not bringing my phone back to be repaired to get charged another $200 when it should have been properly fixed the first time

Dont come here, horrible experience. A 24 hr repair turned into 1 week repair. Husband brought in an iphone to get back glass and battery replaced, but received an enormous amount of failure. $416 going back and forth, they had to replace parts that were not broken when brought in and the parts we wanted replaced were improperly replaced. I can see the inside of the phone! And the screens are not placed in the phone frame...Ive gone to a ubreakifix in Naperville in the past and they fixed my phone, but this Matteson, IL location has been a horrible experience.

First I want to say the name caught my attention, very catchy. Nick, Ocean and there’s another guy I didn’t catch his name but, very professional and their work is impeccable and phenomenal. They repaired an iPad that was put away due to the condition. I thought was swimming with the fishes. The screen was so cracked it looked like mosaic tile. These guys created a miracle. My iPad 2nd gen looks brand new. I wanted to get it fixed for my son for the grand baby on his way back home to Colorado. Idk what kind of witch craft y’all doing back there to bring back the dead but, thank you and I will be coming back with my other ipad and laptop and to sign up. This place is amazing. I crack my Samsung 8 plus screen and they fixed it within 2hrs. Customer service is awesome. Very knowledgeable able the multiple devices they repair and always hospitable. The young lady that helped me did and awesome job.

I wish I could give this place a zero star I took my daughter‘s laptop in to be repaired. They told me it would be about a week. After week I called them to pick it up they said they had not ordered the part yet and it would take another week. After the second week I called again and they said the part had not come back. So I called back in a week and they claim they still did not have the part It appears they never ordered it. So after three weeks I went there and the person claimed that laptops were not a priority because if they get a cell phone in they have to stop and repair the cell phones. He said he would try to have it ready by the end of the day. I came back about 10 minutes before they closed it appeared that he never even opened up the computer until about 10 minutes before we came and stated that they ordered the wrong part. They had it for most of four weeks and couldn’t repair it. This place is totally unprofessional and doesn’t deserve anyone’s business

Wes hooked it up! Brought my phone in for a screen replacement. Was quoted a price and time frame of a hour. He called me about 30 min later telling me my ohone was done and ready for pickup. Even gave me money off the service and a coupon for my next visit.

Didn’t want to leave a bad review but I received terrible service. I brought my Mac in because it could not hold a charge without its charger. My first thought was just the battery but because I spilled water on it I was thinking it was something more serious. I gave them my laptop to check out. First off, the guy said that we would get back with me in a day or two to diagnose what was wrong with it. Didn’t hear anything I then called, and everyone I called the guy kept saying the PC guy wasn’t in. This literally happened for 3 weeks of them going back in fourth with me about why my Mac had still not been diagnosed yet. I finally went up there to get my Mac and take it elsewhere. They still didn’t figure out what was wrong with it and they guy made us some bs excuse. Clearly, he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Soo I bought my own batter and ended up having my friend take a look at it, turn out it was literally JUST the battery that needed to be changed. How does it take 3 weeks to discover that??? Anyways, not only that but I had missing screws that the pc guy did not put back when he took it apart. Terrible, never will I go there again smh! If you have any Mac problems avoid there because clearly they don’t know what to do with Macs

Four weeks ago I took my daughters laptop until U break I fix in Matteson. The person at the front desk Ocean, told me it would take about a week for him to order the part and replace it. So a week after I called back and They tell me they didn’t order the part because they were waiting to hear back from me. I Advise them I couldn’t give them any authority to buy the part when they never contacted me. So allegedly they ordered the part And said it would be about another week. Two weeks after dropping it off I called them back and they tell me they never received the part. Three weeks later they called and said they never received the part. This time my wife torn into them and the person said that he would order the part next day and everything will be ready by this past Monday. We called on the Monday and they advised the person handling our laptop was not there. We went there twice today the next day and the first time we went the person that kept making excuses and he told us flat out that the laptops are not a priority Because every time they get an iPad or cell phone in it only takes him 1 to 2 hours to repair the iPad or cell phone and it would take more time to repair laptop. So we went there at 4 pm and the guy never even opened our laptop in the four weeks that he’s had it. He tells us to come back in an hour when we come back in an hour it seems like for the first time in the four weeks he open the laptop and realize that he had ordered the wrong part. We took the laptop to computer solutions in StegerThis place is totally unprofessional. When we called over the weekend the person was complaining about how understaffed they were and that upset customer had just tore up the shop. When we went in to get the laptop there was anotherYou guy who had dropped his laptop off four weeks ago That recognize me who was still waiting on his laptop also. .

Today I brought my iPhone 6s to UBreak because it would not charge or turn on at all. I was thinking it would cost me 100 dollars to get my phone working again.Instead, Treavon did a diagnostic and found out the problem was that there were screws missing and wires disconnected inside my phone. He fixed my phone extremely quickly, and didn’t even charge me anything because it was such an easy fix! I’ll definitely be coming back for any other electronic issues I have. Thanks again!!

I went in hoping they had a tool to easily pluck out a broken off aux cord in my phone. Guy brings my phone to the back and I hear laughter and so we gunna charge her a bunch comment and laughs and whispering. Come back out and says the whole phone needs to be taken apart and it will cost $125 and I said that cost more than the phone? And he shrugged not caring. I left. Got it out myself with a pen and super glue. I will never go back to any ubreakifix location after this ignorant interaction. Thanks for inspiring me to fix itmyself for free! Nasty liars...

So I stopped by Ubreakifix in Matteson Il this morning hoping they would be able to get my problem solved. The guys there were awesome. They listened and addressed my issue immediately. There was no drop it off and well call you sort of approach. I really appreciate that, especially because I had important business to address this morning. Not that it would have been wrong to leave it, but they took the moment to check to determine if it was something they could resolve quickly and send me away happy. They did. Without getting in to details, the problem was not a simple setting issue. They dug in and successfully resolved the issue. I am very appreciative.

The guy that fixed my phone was really nice and fixed my phone pretty fast! only costed 90 dollars to get an iphone 8 plus screen fixed, i was expecting to pay 100 and up for my screen. Although when i first got my phone my screen was glitching a little I was told if it continues I can always come back and show my receipt to get it fixed.
