I went in looking for a particular nightstand. Most stores told me that if they could get it, it would be sometime in July.☹ Nikki (the salesperson) said she knew exactly what nightstand I was looking for. She checked and realized her store didnt have it, but she found it somewhere else🥳🥳. I had my nightstand within a week, and much cheaper than what other stores quoted me!!I definitely recommend this store!!& Nikki is a awesome salesperson!!

Fire Moe the delivery boy he kept using my telephone to Bug me and try to talk to me ...instead being a professional. I wish they would just deliver the rest of my bedroom set so I can be done with them and they better not send the kid to my address. .... They broke my dresser on the way in so I had to order another one. And they only brought one night stand... I had to go and pick up my tree myself another item they did not have.

Staff is very unprofessional and slow. Had to call the store numerous times to check the status of an order just to be put hold each time and to be told to just call back another day. Went to the store, was given the run around then found out my whole order was either discontinued or on back order for six more months after waiting 2 and a half months from the initial order date.

This place is HORRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME... The manager Pauline was terrible I brought a sectional there and someone was supposed to come out and bring my sectional in the house due to it had to be broken down no one ever came out I called numerous times and Pauline did nothing but LIE!!!! I would tell the entire world to NEVER SHOP HERE AND THIS PLACED SHOULD BE CLOSED BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

I brought furniture from here March of 2018 which I was so happy with until April of 2019 my recliner couch started coming a loose and I called them and all I got was the run around. Paulette act like she was really trying to help me out, but she was not helping at all. The manager was awful and definitely no help at all. It’s just my husband and I which we keep our House looking beautiful all the time. My couch looks like it is ten years old . I’m getting ready to purchase a new one, but not at Factory Furniture Outlet in Matteson, IL this store needs to be close down. Please don’t waste your money here you will be disappointed and I don’t want to face these problems, so save your money and go somewhere else.

I came into this furniture store and was immediately greeted with kindness. I had no idea in mind on what I wanted to purchase, but the sales woman Pauline helped me out with everything, she helped me pick out a very beautiful bedroom set, even helped me pick out pictures and rugs to go with. We placed the order the same day and it was delivered the next morning, the delivery team was awesome and quick . I really recommend anyone who’s looking for furniture to go here. They are pleasant and have very reasonable prices ... They get 10 STARS from me .

A bit expensive but it had everything I was looking for

BUYER BEWARE! I wanted to love this place. I really did, but the customer service speaks for itself. My sister recommended that I shop here to furnish my first apartment and I wish I went somewhere else. THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG BED! When I brought it to Pauline’s attention she went back and forth with my fiancé about how that’s the bed we chose. IT WAS NOT. We even took pictures of the bed along with other furnishings to see how they matched! We had an entire decor plan in place and the bed they delivered did not match at all. Come to find out the one we actually picked was out of stock... Same bed, different color. Did they think we would not notice? Ugh. I will say I love the sectional we purchased and the movers were phenomenal and got the job done for what it was worth. Please don’t do business here as they will make you feel it’s all on you when they mess up. Now I don’t know where I can find a bed I like in such short notice. Truly a disappointment.

Walked in with no particular expectations. I was greeted promptly by Jessie and she explained to me all of my options. She was very knowledgeable and got me squared away with financing and furniture. The delivery was prompt and the the delivery men were exceptional. They were in and out in not time. Great all around experience.

Do not do business with this place. They placed my order wrong and over charged me for it. Then to have the owners son show complete disrespect to a customer blaming us for THEIR mistake. I did not appreciate doing business with them and encourage you to not do business with them as well. Hopefully the owner will hold his son accountable and explain what customer service is all about. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Weve stopped in here in the past and not found anything we were looking for at a price we found to be fare. This trip was the same. We were looking for a specific storage ottoman. They didnt have it but could order it, but it would have cost us more $100s over what we would pay through other retailers.

*Awful follow-up*Awful customer service*Deserves no starsIm going to try to sum up a shorter version of my experience...Ive never had an experience like I had at factory furniture outlet...Awful. First off I ordered a kitchen dinette set and a bunk bed. The bunk bed came with missing parts instead of them offering good customer service and having the delivery guys return the next day to delivery the missing parts, I had to wait almost two weeks for them to return with them ( all because they had no deliveries in my area) which meant that we could not fully assemble the bed. That was issue # 1The issue that I am still currently dealing with is (keep in mind, I ordered from them over 2 months ago) issue # 2 my dinette set has four leather chairs, on the very same day the dinette set was delivered we noticed a very long tear in one of the chairs, I called immediately, instead of replacing the entire chair they ordered just the piece- ok, if it had not been THE WRONG PIECE!!!! It came about a week ago, so again I had to call and deal with the managers horrible customer service and lackadaisical attitude, not to mention them never even apologizing! I regret the day that I ever walked into this place. I am still waiting on this issue to be resolved, Ive went in there several times, emailed and called. One of the worse decisions I ever made last year was walking into that place. Ive tried looking for a corporate office but I guess that it is individually owned, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB AS WELL. They dont even deserve to be in business!!!!***UPDATE*** 1/31/16 my piece came, I had to pick it up, because they wouldnt deliver it nor assemble it, so I picked it up yesterday. I still feel the same way about them. Horrible, even my BFF that went with me to pick up the piece said had I not had that awful experience she wouldve looked around and purchased from there!!!!

Their customer service is awful. First I had a delivery date set and called the day before top confirm. They mentioned the furniture would not be available for another month. They werent even going to tell me. So, I replaced the order and nowIm still sitting here 2hours past the scheduled delivery time. I would not recommendto anyone.

I BOUGHT a dining room set and it WAS damaged! The guys WHO put my chairs together stripped the screws and causing the wood the screws went into to CRACK!!! WHICH LATER caused the WHOLE underside to be damaged after it was sat in!! They just f----d it up!! NOW I CANT USE HALF the chairs! EVEN after Ive had my son on law repair it, it still eventually breaks AGAIN BECAUSE the wood that holds the screws in WAS messed up by THESE MEN that DELIVERED it!!!!

Worse Place Ever.. I paid for a couch for them to tell me that they could not get it in my door.. they didnt refund me my delivery charge.. and suggested I pay 150 extra to break down the sofa.. run do not buy from here!

I paid for accidental insurance for my sofa and dining room set and I have been getting the run around for 3 years on getting it fixed! I have the orginal receipt saying I purchased insurance and I guess that’s not enough!

No stars!!! This place is a joke. I order a kitchen table set and a couch table and received them both damaged. After a month or so, they delivered replacements. The darn replacements had worse damage than the original damaged product so I told them to put my original stuff back in place. I called factory furniture outlet again just to find that the manager who I was originally working with is no longer there. I spoke with the new manager who stated that I would have a delivery on this past Saturday, which did not occur. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS JOINT AGAIN!!!!

Very bad experience I bought a bed set, well I only took the mattress because they did not have the base ... that the base had it in another place and that I would pick it up at that place, and for work reasons I can not go to pick it up then I paid to pick it up the next day, because I come the next day and they tell me that the base did not arrive because they did not receive the fax ... and that I would return the next day to the base, and I told them that I had paid for that service and how it is possible that they did not have it ... and then I decide to cancel the order and return my money and leave that I cannot cancel the order ... they talk to each other and minutes later they let me know that the order It arrives in 20 minutes. ..and I was waiting more than 40 minutes ... very bad service I do not recommend this place .....
