Enjoy going to this business and taking care of all my Fed-Ex and USPS needs from sending over night documents to packages. The staff is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable when I ask questions. I have recently started to send my mail from their when I miss the postal office hours. All around excellent experience Qwik Pack & Ship Matthews staff members are truly an extension to my happy weekly experience. Qwik Pack and Ship has a friendly and knowledgeable staff that puts the customer first, something of a rarity these days. They also offer convenient services like package pickup which during these several weeks of Covid 19 has made our online business grow! Every time I go in the owner makes me feel like family. This business is the BEST! The people there have a can do customer service attitude that is rare to find. During the pandemic, I called them as I had documents that needed to be copied and mailed but was adverse to going inside the business. A wonderful employee cheerfully offered to come out to my car, get the documents, and copy and mail them for me. I would never use any other business for my packing and shipping!
