I purchased my 1st hand gun from Firepower, Inc. today!! They were very patient & knowledgeable about explaining the range & inventory options. Their range and gun prices were very reasonable compared to other ranges Ive visited. The staff was friendly.They didnt have the pistol I wanted in stock (no 380s), but gave great recommendations. I shot, loved & purchased the Ruger LC9. All purchases also come with a 30 Day Range pass!! Ill definitely put that to use!!

I’ve been going to firepower on and off for several years, more on as I’ve become an avid shooter. I think a fair criticism is that they do take a while to warm up which puts some people off. I think one of the things that bothers people is that they take safety seriously (except John), and if they don’t know you they will ask questions before handing over a gun.They have a great selection and the staff know their stuff. They also carry a ton of used guns and know their inventory.The only reason I don’t shoot at their range much anymore is that I was spending enough that buying a membership somewhere made more sense.All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Fantastic Group experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Luis was awesome as our Range Officer and offered tips to help us with our shot clusters. The manager Pat was great as well. He really kept everyone on track and moving through our rotation. We had about 18 guys using 6 lanes. What a fun time.

I had so much fun here firing handguns after a safety course with my husband the expert. My niece is going to become a police officer so we practiced. You can get your concealed weapons license here as well as a variety of firearms and ammunition. Both staff members were extremely informative and helpful.

I have went with my husband multiple times and everytime I step foot in there the energy that the employees give off is horrible. They arent helpful in any way and act like you are bothering them if you need assistance. They are rude, conceited, and act like they could care less about customers. I will NEVER go back there again. This was my first time purchasing a handgun, and because of their attitudes I wasnt going to give them any of my money. I will definitely let everyone know that Point Blank is the place to go!

Fantastic business. Very honest folks here, which may ruffle some feathers of other folks but I appreciate the hell out of it. Prices are good and I feel safe on the range (employees are attentive to folks behaving dangerously, and they dont let inexperienced shooters on the range unsupervised)

Went in looking for a simple pump shotgun. With whats happening now, all were sold out except was a Remington 870. I appreciate the guys honesty as it was not a practical buy for me. Went back in and ended up buying a rifle from another guy there (range card says Melcher). Good guy. Didnt spend too much time in there, but will probably be back.

Good people work here. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Several of their staff have been there for years, but their new team members are also great to work with. Their prices are about the best Ive seen, many under MSRP. They also give you a free month range pass with a firearm purchase. Im proud to frequent this business.

My experience is almost exclusively long rifle and bows so I was pleased with how helpful, knowledgeable and patient the staff was helping me select which gun was right. Ill definitely be using their range and suggest this store to anyone.

I went to the range basically to browse and set a budget for a firearm purchase I am planning to make in the near future. I did not shoot at the range and compared to others in the area it does appear to be a bit dated. The staff however was extremely nice and answered all my questions. Their selection of firearms was great and the prices were lower than their competition down the road. I plan on returning to make my purchase since once I receive my permit due to the time they took to answer all my questions and help with my decision.5 stars based on my experience, their pricing and selection.

The staff here is top notch; incredibly friendly with the type of knowledge that only comes from first hand experience. And what a great selection. This is the first gun shop my wife and I have been to in NC and we were so glad we picked Firepower. My wife, as an African immigrant, cherishes the freedoms she has found in the US and she doesnt want to shop anywhere else for our true badges of liberty.

This place is not as up to date in terms of being state of the art or fancy as some of it’s competitors in the area. Don’t let this stop you from paying the place a visit. They have a respectable inventory even though the place is on the small side. They also have some very friendly staff members working here.

This is a great place and the guys inside are amazing too. So willing to help in anyway they can. I go here all the time to shoot can’t wait to go back.

This is a great little gun store/shooting range. I’ve been coming here for years. There are bigger and newer places around but they are more expensive. I always laugh at the negative customer service comments. These guys are always friendly with me. Understand that these folks are not only in a customer service position, but they also have to deal with armed strangers every day so their careful approach and strict safety expectations may seem abrasive if you fail to see it from their perspective. I promise if you are polite, safe, and show an understanding of their environment, you will get to know them (and let them get to know you) and will have a fine experience. This is no different than any other public shooting range you go to. Prices on firearms and ammunition are very competitive. Great having this little spot on this side of Charlotte.

I’ve had a great experience multiple times at Firepower. I’m a beginner, and Sam and Fielding have been so helpful to me. The prices are fair and I have been able to rent multiple pistols to help me figure out what is the right fit for me.I highly recommend this range to anyone.

Just left there and they were absolutely fantastic. Wonderful customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Very clean and you don’t have to jump through hoops to shoot. Very simple and safe. I will be going there regularly!

I love going to Firepower. I just wish it was air conditioned. Not a range to use when it is hot out. What ever the temp is out side, the range will be about 10 degrees hotter, sometimes more.However, the gun rental and range fees are the best in Charlotte. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Plus, they take safety very seriously. I have taken one private lesson to help improve my accuracy and the teacher was wonderful.If they had air conditioning, they would be a 4 star range.

Their prices were reasonable for what they had, and they have a huge selection of firearms, ranging from small handguns to large caliber rifles. I would highly recommend visiting Firepower. Went here at 5pm or thereabouts on a Saturday. Facilities are a bit on the spartan side but very well kept and more than sufficient to get your pew pew on. Lou and the rest of the staff were very polite and attentive. I had read some of the older comments below in which the posters took exception with the service - my take based on my visit today was that if they had any service issues in the past, theyve clearly listened and made changes in their roster that have been effective in that regard. I much preferred it to PB across the street and will be back.

Have always enjoyed shooting in a relaxed atmosphere away from the now ‘state of the art’ newer ranges. The staff are friendly, approachable and really want you to enjoy you’re experience without compromising fundamentals and safety. With all the ranges in charlotte now, this is still my go to for purchases and range time. Great selection of handguns and rifles/accessories. Keep doing what you’re doing guys.

This was my first time visiting here. I was told about it by my brother who is a Sheriff. I brought my dad and son a long with me because my dad and I love to shoot when he is in town. Cant beat the price, the staff is awesome and friendly, and they r great at explaining everything to you. We will be back for sure.

A friend told me about this place a few years back. Have been going there ever since. It is a 45 minute drive for me to get there and there are several more ranges/gun shops closer but I just like this place and the people. No, not the newest of places with the fanciest of ranges but it is exactly what I want when I go shooting. The people are helpful. They offer help when I need it but at times I just want to walk around and look and I appreciate them not nagging me all the time asking if I need anything or if they can be of help to me. Started taking my wife there to shoot with me and she has expressed the same sentiments. I have read all the reviews on here of this place and the people and for the life of me I cannot believe I go to the same place some of you are describing. Maybe it is not Firepower and the people who are the problem but you. If you dont like the place feel free to go to the newest, bestest, most pretentious place and spend your money. For me, this place is great!

I love Firepower. My gripes are that they dont pay enough attention to their range. The cardboard backings are always shot to hell and it seems that no one ceases the range or inspect the lanes to change them. You can barely tape a target to them. I would give them four stars for the cardboard alone, and, I would give them five stars if they would remind their guests to wash their hands with D-Lead once theyre done firing on the range.

I have been in numerous times over the past 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been so kind and courteous whenever I have been in there. They have earned my future business.

In these trying times the folks at Firepower come shinning throw like a bright shining star. The employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They are there to help you, and will go out of their way to do it. Two thumbs up for the way they helped people and maintained their composer with large crows of people. I live almost 45 miles from the Firepower in Matthews, but will continue to do business with them.

If you intend to shoot it, then unload it and have it in a gun case before you enter.Range Safety: I LOVE the fact that they want to ensure the safety of everyone using the range, that’s why they put everyone through the vetting process, with all of the questions, before they allow access to the range.They want to be sure every person on the range is experienced and will be safe. Is that a bad thing? When I’m out there, I’m happy to know that the person on the next lane has been vetted, and I don’t need to worry about them pointing a loaded handgun at me when I’m not looking.The shooting range has been open for MANY years, and the guys who run it have seen just about everything. I’ve read some of the negative reviews on here, which focus on the vetting process and whether a shooter should be allowed to access the range without supervision.Vetting: The first time you shoot there, you will be questioned about your experience, and merely saying “I’m an experienced shooter...” isn’t enough. What level of experience? Have you fired a gun one time before, or do you have experience with a first-person-shooter game? They’ve had people use both as evidence of “experience”. That’s not enough.They’re going to continue to ask questions, and if you’re defensive or confused in your answers, then they get concerned, and will probably refuse you access. Show them evidence of a shooting instruction you’ve completed, like an NRA pistol course, and then they will relax.If you overlook FIREPOWER, you’re missing out.

I was just there today, as always had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and professional, i have tried the other places too but did not like them. That is why I will always return to firepower. It has been sometime since I was there because of shoulder surgery and was amazed at the showroom. The equipment selection and the pricing cant be beat. Had to call this place twice within 20 minutes or so to check inventory before driving out there to purchase. Both times the person who answered made it a point to tell me I was being a huge inconvenience.Demand is high right now so I guess they can get away with being rude. I will never return to this place as there are too many other gun shops who choose to be pleasant.

Guys are jerks and simply dont bother with you unless you have money to give them. The are a poor display of what a respectful gun owner and enthusiast should be. These guys are simply there to sell you over-priced guns and services. Ive been buying here for about 4 years. Ive since moved pretty far away but still wanted to give them my business.I called ahead and was told they had a plenty of what I was looking at in stock. I drove an hour to pick it up only to be told they didnt have any of either pistol I was looking for. I was told the guy I spoke to on the phone isnt a gun guy and probably didnt know what I was asking for. Great guy to have at a gun store.I was willing to pay more and drive an hour to buy there just to waste my time.

This gun shop has a wide variety without a doubt. They are a little more costly than other stores though. The employees here are very rude except for one of them he has shorter hair, glasses, and tattoos on his arms, he seemed to be the only nice one. The older guy with grey hair and glasses is a complete a**. I would definitely avoid this store just cause you feel unwanted in there. It took 20 minutes of looking around just to be offered a hey do you need some help

My friend and I, both inexperienced female shooters, scheduled an introductory safety course with Fielding and were extremely satisfied with our experience.I have seen other reviews complimenting Fielding on his customer service, and we could not agree more. He treated us with the utmost respect and patiently answered all our questions. He took apart the guns to show us how they worked and assisted us on the range. He was very professional and helped save us money by inviting us to ladies day (Tuesdays). We contract hired him again to help us one more time since we were so pleased with the experience. The safety course was $70/each cheaper than the other class I looked at.Most of the one star reviews begin with I used to go here for x months/years. If they went there more than once, it could not have been a one star experience. Consider giving Firepower a chance!

Very good selection of firearms and accessories for sale. Competitive pricing. There are usually a number of good bargains there. Staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and compare items you wish to purchase. One of the few gun stores in the area that actually cares if a firearm suits the buyer...instead of just trying to close the sale. The range needs remodeled though. They have a large number of popular firearms to rent. Trade in guns are welcomed and they pay a fair price.

I went to this firing range not too long ago. I had used the range and paid. I asked the associate where their bore snakes were. Instead of walking me over to them just points them out. I go and look see the product i want stare at the same associate for about ten minutes until he realizes that i need assistance. He comes by and says Can i help you?. I tell him yes i am ready to get that bore snake and pay. He gives me the bore snake and says they will help you at the counter he goes to the back. I arrive at the counter wait another five minutes just to have the same guy ring me up. He then says is this it? Its like really guy you just talked to me five minutes ago when i told i was ready to check out. The firearms are nice they have a good selection. What they lack is customer service. I do not understand how they have manged to stay open as long as they have with the way they treat customers. I think with this last experience i will not be returning to this gun shop again.

Went there to try out some groupon deals on this gun range. The guy behind the counter was very curt and grilled us on specific gun knowledge. I get that gun safety is important, but that guy was over the top rude. Asked my uber driver about this place and he describe it to me as a backwoods location that has a lot of better alternatives nearby. Definitely never going back here again.

The customer service is horrible. They do not care about you at all. They just want your $ and want to get rid of you. Some a@#$hole with a confederate flag and dont tread on me tattooed on his arms was extremely rude to me I had several questions and he just blew me off and walked away. He should be fired. I once later called them to see if they could help me change a forend on a shotgun that I BOUGHT there. The guy on the phone said its really easy probably take 5 minutes but we dont do that here. We have to keep our employees on the floor. Then he hung up on me. So it takes 5 minutes for you to do something for me? I spent $875 on a shotgun from your store and you cant help me for 5 min? F@# you and F@# this place they are all a@#holes. Dont waste your time or money there.

Ive read some of the negative reviews of the shop and I find them hard to believe. When my wife and I first entered the shop we were kindly greeted. The staff was far from rude. In fact one of the employees, took the time to give us a tour of the range. Everyone there seemed quite friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Went for a Groupon deal and celebrate my birthday and had a great experience. They were very helpful and informative. I havent had many chances to go to a shooting range, but Im glad my wife and I took the time to check them out. My wife has never liked things like this and was trying something I enjoy, and she ended up enjoying it as well. Although the Groupon deal is good, their regular prices in renting a firearm and using a shooting lane are still pretty good. Also, Tuesday is half off for ladies which is nice for the ladies who like to do some shooting. NOTE: Groupon deal is ideally for those who have experience in using firearms, they dont offer classes on how to use them at this time. So you might want to try and take a class to learn how to use them or bring someone who has experience using them (just a heads up there). Overall, we had a great time and will definitely keep this in mind as a fun thing to do.

I tried to do the first time for two and the front desk guy just said no even though he is an instructor and he was not busy at all. No specific requirements or comments at the Groupon web page so I am rating this as a totally bad place to go, so do not try it.

I dont usually review places unless they rub me the wrong way, and I just had that kind of experience with Firepower. I felt the individual who greeted us and got the paperwork ready for the range was very condescending. I wont get into the specifics, but I was in the restaurant business for 15 years and know damn well how to speak with my customers. This guy needs a reminder of who butters his bread.Plenty of other ranges in CLT...wont be back to this spot.

Ive been to this establishment 4 times, and the only pleasant experience I had was when dealing with a younger employee who was definitely a gun enhusiast. The other three times I had to deal with a crotchety old man at the front desk who was very rude and dismissive. I have 30 days of free range time, and I will not use it, plain and simple. If rather go to Point Blank and spend $20 than come to this establishment for free.Seriously, there are many alternatives that are better. What sucks though...if it wasnt for Mr Grumpus, I would probably come back. The prices are decent and the other employees seemed just fine. Thats the 2nd star in the rating.Pro: every time Ive been, all lanes have been wide open and Ive usually been the only customer in the shop. After reading this review, youll probably understand why that is.

My wife brought her family here today using a Groupon and described an absolutely horrible experience. I admit shes not as knowledgeable about guns as I am, but she does own two, has her CC permit, knows all the basic rules of firearm safety, and we have also shot here before (together) with no problems. We just dont get to shoot often, so she doesnt have an entire range of make/model/calibers memorized. She thought it would be fun to bring her family (who were visiting from out of town) to get a little taste of the fun that can be had at the range since they only rarely have the opportunity to go shooting. She also specifically chose a place that offers the option of providing multiple guns, so they could try out different models (keep in mind that the Groupon advertises a choice of over 80 guns to pick from).Instead, she was condescended and lectured by a rude man at the front desk who refused to help her and her family with the very service that is offered in the Groupon. He provided no help at all in her effort to choose a model of firearm that might be appropriate for their different proficiency levels. She was also told that she, herself, could ONLY shoot a model that she was already familiar with (keep in mind that there is a whole shelf behind the counter full of rentals, that you are supposed to be able to choose from for this very offer). Basically, she was forced to argue with a man who, of course, had far greater technical knowledge than she, in front of her entire family, and made to feel like a fool, just because she couldnt identify everything on the shelf by name or recite every make/model she had ever shot in her life ( for example, She knows she likes the Dirty Harry Gun; she doesnt necessarily know its a S&W Model 29). Her family was also basically made to feel that firearms are so far beyond their abilities that only the specialized can handle them (they are all familiar with the rules of gun safety and have shot at least once before, also). In fact her sister felt so intimidated by whatever this man was saying, that even though she has shot with me a few times, handling multiple handguns, AR-15s, and more....she became so stressed that she didnt even want to fire a single shot at Firepower, Inc.Seriously, the basic lack of courtesy aside; how in the world does this kind of attitude attract others to a hobby in a time when the second amendment needs all the support (and new gun owners) it can get? They did eventually finally get to go in and shoot (a single gun), but by then they didnt even want to stay and her family basically walked away saying that they dont feel like ever going to a range again.It is worth noting that when they came back out from the range area, they were helped by a totally different person who was incredibly nice, enthusiastic, and happy to show them the features of many makes/models. They all walked out wishing they had just had him from the beginning. Seriously, you guys need to get this fixed; I am sure that your Groupon attracts many who are curious and eager to learn about this hobby, but treating them like incompetent imbeciles will never help your business or the greater cause of getting new people into shooting.

Absolutely the worst gun range in History. They sure must not care about repeat customers. The staff could care less about you. The attitude and pure vibe you get from the employees is unbelievable. Even if youre there to buy something, they will still ignore you. I really do not know how they stay in business and clearly most of the comments hold the same opinion as me. If youre a new person looking for a range to go to I suggest you choose another one even if you have to drive further away.

I had a gun in lay away here I came to pick it up driving a car with an out of state tag and they wouldn’t sell me my gun even though I had legitimate papers NC ID and birth certificate. I believe I was racially profiled.

Everytime I come up to visit family, I always have a great expirence. No membership fees and fair price on firearms. Could have more shooting stalls but call ahead and get in there. Shawn

Yeah, these guys suck. Ill be really surprised if theyre still in business a year from now. Ive been in the shop maybe a half dozen times in the past 4 years and not once have I gotten a sense that theyre pleased to have a customer. Quite the contrary, in fact... I get the sense that theyre almost annoyed that Im there. Ive been to pawn shops in the hood where the customer service is better. Ive only been to the range once; I was shooting double-tap (aim, pop pop, relax) and one of the guys stuck his head in and said that there was no rapid-fire allowed. Of course not. The last (and by last I mean final) time I stopped by and there were no cars in the lot. Not a one, at 2PM on a Saturday. I went and tugged on the door half expecting that they were closed, (they werent), walked in with intent to look at scandium.357 j-frames. Now I know these are not particularly popular guns, theyre low tech, brutal to shoot and hugely expensive. So what, thats what I wanted. The kid behind the counter first seemed completely disinterested in talking about scandium J-frames and guns in general (seems odd since he works in a gun store) and then when did snap to life all he wanted to talk to me about was a Glock. Not exactly the same category there, bubba. I hopped in my truck, picked up the phone and called my favorite shop (an hour-and-ten minute drive away) and ordered up an M&P 340CT. Theres way too much competition in terms of shops and ranges (with REALLY GOOD staff) in town here now, these guys are doomed.

Great group of guys and will help you with anything from firearms, ammo and accessories.

Been to this store on several occasions and I understand why there are either very low or very high ratings on this page. Depending on who waits on you, you either walk out of there pleased or swearing to never set foot in there again. I am now in the later crowd. Most of the negative reviews on this page hit the nail on the head about how customers are treated. I have been around guns all my life, so I did not experience asking questions that were viewed as stupid or idiotic, but rather my complaint is the staffs clear lack of customer service understanding. The last time I was there, one clerk walked by and I stopped him and asked a quesiton about a firearm on display. He answered abruptly and instead of saying Do you have any other questions that I can answer for you? he walked down to the other end of the counter and just stood there. I have been a customer support manager most of my adult life, and he would work for me for about ten minutes. Drove all the way to Greensboro to buy my AR-15, and happy that I did.

After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive about going there, but it could not have gone better. I would ask everyone to please consider that working at a gun range is NOT just another job. Youre allowing total strangers to fire deadly weapons behind your back all day. Treat the situation with the sincerity and respect it deserves and you will be fine. We interacted with at least 3 staff members, all of whom were courteous and helpful. We went a little over on range time, but they were kind enough to round it down.And for the reviewers that implied racism, there was at least one Black man in the store and he was treated as kindly as we were. As in other areas of life, if you treat them as you would have them treat you, the experience will be enjoyable.

I bought a gun here many, many years ago. I remember the scrawny guy with a goatee and glasses was a total prick every time I was there. Every question I asked was met with a look like I was the dumbest S.O.B. that ever walked in there, as if he couldnt believe I was asking such a thing. I took the gun I bought from there practice shooting one day and left MAYBE 4 or 5 spent shells in the lane. That same jerk wad looked through the window and told me I left it dirty and threatened to charge me $7 lane cleaning fee. WTF? Seriously? Its almost like they look for every opportunity to be a$$holes and relish acting upon it. I am re-entering the market for a pistol soon and I wont even consider going here. Prices too high and staff attitude is entirely too bad. Youve been warned!

I wished I wouldve taken the time to read these reviews and I probably wouldve saved myself a trip. Our visit was planned around the Groupon deal my wife purchased for us as our date night. Upon entering the building the guns had more of an inviting presence then the worker. Granted, he was with another customer but neglected to greet us. He called for his Co worker to assist us. We inquired about policies and what was needed to get the visit started. He stated this was an at will range and skill was required to shoot. We was unaware of this disclaimer and looked for it in the printed Groupon voucher. The attendee said he didnt have time to supervise because two people need to be on the sales floor. My thought was there was only one when we entered though. But I remained cordial thinking he would go the extra mile being wed stated in this disappointing conversation that wed driven over 45 minutes to get there. Needless to say if I was blond haired, blue eyed I think there wouldve been compromise. Needless to say, we ended up and Point Blank Range where the environment was welcoming and there were instructors waiting with open minds and patience! That is where I think well be taking our business plus they are also featured on Groupon!

Usually have good prices on used guns but other then that customer service is horribleLike most of the reviews say the employees are jerk offs if you ask a question you get a rude response and make you fell stupid for asking a question.I stay away after my last experience when I called up when I left work to see if they where open so I can come put a few rounds down range so they guy asked what I was going to shoot and told me no steel rounds I said OK showed up 20-30 mins later and they said sorry range is closed Im like I just got off the phone with someone and told them I was coming to shoot maybe 100 rounds they proceeded to say well store is open but range closes before store...that was the last time I was there I go to the range at ballantyne now great place And great guys

I live and work very close to this place, but had never visited due to the poor reviews Ive seen here. However, I had a gun on loan that I wanted to test out prior to purchasing, so a buddy and I stopped by on short notice. I didnt mention the reviews to my friend, as to not give him any preconceived opinions.When we got there we browsed for a few minutes and were quickly helped by one of the employees. He was very friendly and nice, answered some questions and set us up on the list for the range. Things were going very well and I was pleasantly surprised.My buddy rented a gun and while on the range it jammed a couple of times. He went in to exchange it for something else, no big deal.Fast forward to the end of the show, were settling up with a different guy, he rings up the total and reads off the list, including 2 gun rentals. I mentioned the exchange issue, as he wasnt the one who helped us, so unless it was written down he wouldnt have known we exchanged the gun. Either way, its 5 bucks, no big deal. This guy reacts like a huge pr!ck. Giving us a bunch of attitude about how was he supposed to know, etc... We just stood there, no one was accusing him of trying to take advantage or anything else, it was just a misunderstanding that was easily clarified. He re-rang the total and continued to make a-hole, passive-aggressive remarks about the situation.Bottom line, turned an almost entirely positive experience into a negative experience. The owner was standing there with him at the time and did nothing to try and diffuse the situation.Heres the deal, you may think because you work at a gun shop that youre a tough guy, billy-badass type, but in reality youre a cashier; nothing more, nothing less. I wouldnt expect or accept the unnecessary attitude at the grocery store any more than I would at a gun shop, convenience store, etc... Obviously, these clowns see it differently.Quickly, as for the range, it could use some updating. The dividers between stalls are too short and you have to dodge casings that fly over from your neighbor on the left. The targets are held in place on slack cables, with the air flow on the range, they almost never stop swaying from side to side. Pretty minor fixes that apparently arent a priority.To finish up, the good news - Across the street is a nice big sign advertising the new indoor range coming fall of 2014. I stopped in on a trip from raleigh nc just to look around . I was blown away with the customer service knowing I was not there to make a purchase. When I am ready to buy my glock, I will be buying it there.

I went into Firepower looking for a full sized Glock. There were several in the display cases and a sales associate introduced himself as Fielding and asked if I would like to see anything. He showed me several full sized Glocks and I decided on one in .45 and then inquired about night sights. Fielding informed me that he was a certified Glock armorer and he could put night sights on my pistol for me. He did a great job with my new sights and his customer service skills were excellent. Firepower will definitely be getting a lot of my business.
