I stopped in to get paint for my pottery studio and it was pretty busy. Kendal was great at helping me with what I needed to get and helped me figure out the correct paint for concrete, drywall, and for doing a stencil on the floor. Thanks for being awesome, I appreciate it!

Went in May gave me 2 gallons of the wrong stain. Went back to tell them, they interrogated me on it. Maybe I made a mistake ? No, I showed you the picture. So came back with the ‘right’ stain. Left it with the painter and went to work came back deck looks like the color of putty because they gave me paint instead of stain. It’s October and have stillNot heard back from the manager after calling several times. Now my painter is waiting till February but I want my money back and no one will call. I have pictures and can peel this paint off with my finger nail!!

At first, both employees in the store ignored me. After they finally decided to help me, they were very rude and condescending. I am painting a wood table (my first time painting furniture). I had questions and the employees acted like they didn’t have time to deal with my questions or help me find the right paint. I ended up just walking out and going to Lowe’s.

I would go across the street and visit the other Sherwin Williams. This location has staff that is rude and non helpful. Go to 1419 Matthews mint hill. They are amazing, helpful and are great at customer service.I experienced rude customer service and lack of concern for time. The staff seemed more concerned with speaking to each other than customers.

Im unsure what just happened. I was dismissed by two employees who said they wouldnt (not couldnt but wouldnt) make my order because they didnt enter it when I called hours ago. They didnt even record my order details to start the process although I offered them and suggested I come back tomorrow. Talked over me, laughed to eachother then one employee (the manager?) walked away and disappeared in the back. I didnt even lose my cool, didnt have the time so I just walked out. Whoever was on shift 6pm on 9/13/19 should start looking for a job. Customer service is not for them.
