One of the WORST gas station next to the busiest intersection(next to Hillcrest hospital). Pumps never work for prepaid cards. 2 times Ive been there and pumps were shut down

Just disgusting!!!! Cashiers always on their phones, playing music, don’t greet customers,....one girl had on pink pjs! A hair bonnet! And stayed on her phone the whole time while helping me! Who owns this place? Are there no rules? No standards? HORRIBLE SERVICE

Just like any other morning I had stopped into my local 7-eleven/BP to purchase beverages and cigarettes before heading off to work for the day. After merging onto the freeway I went inside of my bag to open a Red Bull for the ride, after reaching inside my cigarettes were nowhere to be found much less a receipt. I disregarded the situation to attend work on time. Upon coming back to the location after my shift I had entered the station to ask for my cigarettes. The cashier (Gary) put on a dumbfounded look and acted as if he had never seen be before, asked if i had a receipt which he did not give to me, so he said he would check the cameras, once said I had explained I have food in my car and needed to hurry, Gary then told me my food is not his problem, and that he doesnt have to check the cameras. So after Gary checked the cameras (after approx. 20 mins) he emerged from the office to show his co-worker and I both the footage, on camera I entered the location, selected my beverages, cashed out, it showed him bagging my four drinks and the tape cut to me no longer being in the store and the cigarettes were no longer on the counter. If youre going to cut a tape to cover a simple mistake and make the customer look wrong, and deny them whats rightfully theirs, youre garbage and dont deserve to work in customer service. This is the first problem I have had for all three years Ive gone to this location and will be the last as they will no longer be receiving my business and hopefully anyone other locals who realize that Sunoco is across the street with a better selection, friendly faces and is much easier to pull out of.
